Time and date were easily arranged on the phone and Mark arrived as expected. He carried out the service quickly and effectively. Messaged a few companies for what i thought was a replacement water pump. Holland gas were the only ones to reply and I'm glad they did. They came round for an initial assessment and it was found my water pump was not at fault it was a preasure pump. I got sent a quote within a few hours and once agreed they were booked in within 3 days. on the day of install they came round and changed the part and cleared up any mess. Both engineers that came round were friendly and helpful. Thank you Holland Gas for your help in getting my hot water sorted.
Holland Gas did my gas safe recently and they were without doubt perfect, I was away from the property however they followed my complicated tech heavy entry to my place and was as if they not been there. This is not the first time living where I have had Holland Gas out, When I first moved in we had an issue with the boiler and Craig was straight on it, cold time of year then but they had our heating back on within 24 hours. I can not more highly recommend all the team at Holland Gas more than anything. If you want a job done right, then call them.
I went with these guys because of the reviews here and wasn’t disappointed. Every company was busy ,but I was prepared to wait for these to be able to see me , but in fact was only a day ,Craig came and diagnosed that the boiler was sadly uneconomical to repair and suggested the new boiler .Liam arrived another day later on Saturday and fitted all in good time and in very clean working practice ,all contact and information relayed to me via Loraine in the office ,all very fast with updates on progress. I would highly recommend Craig and his team ,all very friendly and professional.

Allan has been round previously to install a new filter, valves and recently completed the annual service. I could not recommend him more highly. I ask 3 local companies to quote to replace the boiler at my mother”s property. One of which being Holland Gas, Craig (owner) arrived right on time and conducted a very professional survey highlighting one important part that both the other companies had missed. Craig, was very professional and returned his comprehensive quotation within his given time frame. The choice was simple Holland Gas got the job. Their installation engineer Alan, arrived on time, and worked very hard delivering an excellent installation. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Great job well done and by a nice friendly engineer. Boiler fitted along with new pipework to the hot water tank. Knocked a star off because the labour rate is extortionate compared to other quotes - we chose Holland gas because they were available to do the job much earlier than the others, but wouldn’t have if we were not in a rush.

As three of our neighbours have had Holland Gas servicing their systems we also tried them. The visit was booked for the first call, 8:00 on Monday. The plumber arrived at 9:05, we had a sale viewing that morning. He serviced the boiler and set the heating temperature at 16 degrees! And because I said that the heating mysteriously came on mid morning said that it was Comfort setting? changed the hot water setting which I had adjusted at a reduced setting so that we could run a hot bath without having to add cold. Holland Gas removed my old boiler and water tanks, replaced with a combi, replumbed my kitchen for a refit and replaced all my radiators. Quote was very reasonable and was impressed when they showed up for the quote and put covers on their boots when they entered. The work carried out was of high quality and the one very small issue was quickly resolved. Professionable, knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

Second time using holland gas first time was for a boiler replacement and second time was to have some basin taps changed. Can not fault made a request on the website next day Craig called and got everything booked in for me! Friendly team got the job done quickly while remaining a high standard of work! Absolutely amazing service. Had been trying to contact a few people to come and look at our boiler however we had no replies. Tried these guys as the reviews were great and they did not disappoint. Lovely friendly lady answered the phone and said someone would be with us that day. Two guys came to look at the boiler, both professional and knowledgeable. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team, everyone was amazing. I was impressed by their professionalism but also by their thoughtfulness. The project was a new bathroom so we stayed with relatives, then had to isolate because of Covid so could not see the project as it went on. I recently used Holland Gas for a gas safety certificate on a rental property I own. They were extremely effecient and professional, I even received photos of the job via email. The company I used last year have still yet to get back to me and the job has now been done completed and invoiced.

Recently unfortunate to have a condemned central heating boiler needing replacement. Holland sorted out a quote very quickly, taking time to talk through options, pros and cons of each so I was fully informed in my choice. And an amazingly competitive price compared to elsewhere. Installed and up and running in a week, even with the Covid-19 lockdown (installed sensitively given the distancing needs), leaving the house warm again and very neat and tidy. Super job, highly professional and will be my go to company hereon.

It is easy to make an appointment by phone, Lorraine is easy to talk to and communicates clearly on times and who will attend. Payment is easy too, all the details are on the invoice, it suits me to pay using internet banking but I'm sure they accept cheques etc too . I would recommend this company.
After waiting a week for a “reliable” plumber to come and install a new boiler as we had no hot water or heating I decided to call in the Holland Gas team. 2 days later I had a new boiler fitted (which you’d never know they’d been in the house) and a new thermostat fitted. A month later we had a leak in one of our radiators and they came out and repaired it all in the same week. We won’t use anyone else! Can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work boys :)

Great to find a trustworthy local company. Holland Gas replaced the boiler and old radiators just after I moved into a new house. In particular the service from the office manager is notable, the team were clean and tidy and respectful of my new carpets and whilst inside my home. They provided an electric heater for me one night which I thought was very thoughtful as I did not have one myself. My house is lovely and warm now. I would definitely use Holland Gas again.

Lorraine at the office co-ordinated and communicated everything constantly, and poor Steve had plenty of steps to enjoy all day on the top floor flat – so hope he’s ok. You all know how it goes it comes to end of working hours and you get home and walk in to a freezing cold house and run to the boiler only to find absolutely nothing no lights no noise nadda not a dam thing so you start searching Google for local tradesmen and start ringing round to no avail and then Holland gas pops up so you dial the number and expect to be fobbed off with I'm too busy or it's going to cost you your soul to get me out at this time of night but what you actually get when the phone is answered is a chap called Craig who is a very friendly polite and helpful fella who's actually willing to help even when you can hear family mayhem in the backround! I couldn't recommend anybody else any better than him hes an absolute star and has really got me out of a sticky situation especially with young kids here at home ! So when your stuck and down and out just give him a call and remember to wave at his grey and orange vans when you see them on there way to rescue somebody else's day! Thank you again Holland gas!!!!

Not perfect but sorts issues quickly I recently had a boiler service- there was a bit of a slip, however, I have to be fair and say this company immediately responded to my (somewhat OTT) email in a professional manner. They came and sorted the issue quickly- that is all you can ask for. Not everything goes to plan but I give this company credit for accepting their mistake and putting things right immediately, I would highly recommend.

The boiler had been looked at by 2 other companies, and they failed to fix any of the problems with it. All visits were carried out on time, within a specified time-frame on the day, and quote. My boiler is now fixed, taps don't drip, and the pipe is no longer leaking. The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. Couldn't recommend Holland Gas more.
Honestly, plumbers have been the bane of my life in the past but what a breath of fresh of air these guys are! Reasonably priced, show up on time, no mess and nothing too much bother. Properly customer-focussed business. Great stuff!

Our boiler gave its last on Monday, so I entered the terrifying world of trying to find a "good" plumber. I happened upon Holland Gas's website, which I felt was "human" and reassuring, so I asked them for help. Well, help they did ! Craig (Holland, owner) came around almost straight away (he was already nearby) and tried to fix it there and then, but it was so old it simply had to be replaced (as I'd already suspected). By the Friday (yesterday) I had a new boiler all fitted and working (we were away from Weds to Fri anyway, so it was the earliest we could do ourselves). The guys who arrived (Liam & Jamie) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, hard-working and polite. They worked from 11am until 5pm seemingly without a break, or a complaint. They tidied up after themselves and even mortar-filled a hole left by moving the flue (a job I'd earmarked for myself over the weekend). I was thoroughly impressed by Holland Gas in all respects, and would *definitely* recommend them to others (have done already). I'll be using them again, that's for sure.
Craig was extremely professional and helpful, giving me advice on the best system for my house and what alterations would be needed. Assessment of my boiler and estimate for the work were both completed on the same day. On the day of the boiler fitting, he arrived promptly at 8 o'clock on the dot and finished 12 hours later, having worked solidly. There was no mess and everything was left working and warm! Thanks to both Craig and Liam for a job well done at a very competitive price too.
