As always our annual boiler service from Dutchie was done with efficiency. But this year I would have to mentioned the well mannered Dylan. It was great that he explained what he was doing and refreshing to have his positive cheerful presence helping us old dears out!

Recently had a gas boiler installed by Helios Gas Ltd. Had a very efficient service. Someone from the Team arrived, within hours of my contact, to establish what the problem was and I was given an honest appraisal and options to resolve. New boiler installed within days when weather permitted (avoiding Yellow warning for high winds) Installation took less than a day and work was carried out tidily, cleanly and with little disruption. Dillon who installed it, with help of team members as needed, was pleasant, respectful, flexible and communicated well throughout the day. The room was left very tidy with all waste taken away. I would highly recommend the Helios Team.

Couldn’t recommend enough just had a nightmare with my boiler and didn’t think I could get any one out to help as it’s Boxing Day but they came through and saved the day! Gave me excellent support over the phone. They talked me through the issue clearly and patiently, and thanks to that guidance I was able to resolve the problem without needing a call-out. I can’t express how much I appreciate you taking the time to help and saving me the cost of a visit. It’s a great example of honest and helpful customer service, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Will be using them again in the future without hesitation. Highly highly recommend!

We couldn't find anyone local with the expertise to fix our boiler. After 4 days without heat and hot water and frantic calls to service engineers further down the country a recommendation was made to call Helios. They were able to send an engineer out ASAP. An engineer arrived first thing in the morning, identified the problem, sourced the parts and fixed the issue on the very same day. First class service! Would highly, highly recommend.👌

Great service. Paul and his guys have been my go to plumbers for a long time now. Can always trust them which is important.

We had paul on one of commercial projects commissioning and setting up 7 no: remeha boilers ranging from 40 to 120kw. Paul firstly came to site when arranged which is becoming a rarity for most tradesmen nowadays. When on site paul was knowledgeable and had a great attitude to get the job done. He went over and above with no complaints. He kept the site team up to date with progress throughout. I would have no issue in recommending paul and his company and will most certainly be using them again on future projects.
