3.8
One reviewer says H Malone & Sons Ltd had good stock. Another calls the company fantastic to deal with and would highly recommend it, and a third describes the staff as a good set of lads. A separate reviewer reports poor workmanship after a boiler and radiator job, saying a loose fitting on a living room radiator caused a leak that ruined laminate flooring; they say the company deflected blame and ignored emails, and they plan to go to the small claims court.
Good stock
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We hired H Malone to fit a new boiler and radiators in our home but due to poor workmanship, they left a loose fitting on our living room radiator. This caused a leak which has completely ruined our laminate flooring. Any decent company would have offered to pay for the damage but despite repeated attempts to discuss the issue, they’ve done nothing but deflect blame and ignore my emails. It’s been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They can expect a letter from the small claims court soon.
Fantastic company to deal with, can highly recommend
