Had some gas pipework redone (to replace 15mm with 22mm pipe), taking the new pipework round the back of the house and into the boiler via the exterior kitchen wall (11/05/26). Great work and highly professional! Crucially for me, they turned up when they said they would, within the hour to quote and a day later to complete the remedial works. No nonsense like other tradesmen who mess you about. Competitive price too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, highly recommend.

Our Combi Baxi Boiler broke down at 6.00pm on New Year's Eve which meant We had no heating or hot water. We phoned Hassan at 7.00pm and he arranged for an engineer to visit us within 2 hours. His engineer came before 9.00pm and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We needed a new boiler. Hassan and his engineer were brilliant. They arrived with the new boiler (which is so much better than our old one) at 9.30am and had it fitted and fully operational by lunchtime. Hassan and his engineer were friendly, professional, great communicators and did an outstanding job. We cannot give this company a better review. We will certainly recommend them to friends and relatives and will get all of our services done by them too. They instill confidence and could not have done better in our hour of need.

I had a boiler pressure issue. Engineer came out within 3 hours, he diagnosed, fixed the issue and serviced the boiler within an hour! He walked me through the issue as well as the resolution then gave me additional advice and recommendations on replacing the boiler in the future. Excellent service, can't fault it. Boiler leaking bad New Year’s Day morning, called simply heating and to my amazement he was as my door in under 2 hours and had fixed that day. Highly recommend and is now my go to gas engineer.

Excellent service. My old thermostat was not communicating with the boiler and the heating was off. My previous heating engineer is no longer trading due to illness. I phoned Simply Heating and although Hassan was busy on another job he identified the solution and his colleague was fitting a new thermostat and controller not much more than a hour later. Not only was the response speedy, the work was completed quickly with no mess. We have just moved into a new house and had an emergency with our boiler. Muhammad visited within a couple of hours and fixed the fault in half an hour. He was very friendly and explained everything, leaving us feeling very relieved and happy knowing we would have heating through the night.

Called after a Google search as boiler had no power to it. The guy who own the business said he could come to me same day. Withing 2 hours he was at my door. He diagnosed the faults, showed me the parts. Gave me a cost price for parts, fitting and a service that was due. Completed the work there and then. Were able to arrange the installation within 24 hours. Called the number before 8 o'clock in the morning and they answered!! Heating was not coming on, 12C temp in the house. Arrived at 11, new thermostat bought and installed and heating back on by 1. Great service, great communication and good prices too.

Prompt,came to the house on very short notice.Gave me an honest appraisal of my old boiler in that a repair would be possible, although it was not cost effective in the long run.A quote was then issued for a new worcester Bosch 4000 30 Ci including fitting which was very competitive.We agreed the price and had it fitted .The gas engineer started at 12 30 and finished at 6 pm non stop,and considering this was a Saturday the day before New Year's Eve . Our boiler lost all water pressure due to a leak on a Friday morning. We contacted Hassan and he came round the next day. After attempting to fix it and coming and going for additional parts, the leak was determined to be from the main heat exchanger. Hassan let us know the price difference between fixing the boiler or replacing with a new one with a 7 year warranty. We went for the new boiler and the team came round first thing 9am on the Wednesday as arranged and was done by 11. Heating now working perfectly and have a nice thermostat installed as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be looking to use Simply Heating for the service in the future.

Hassan came out at short notice and spent 3 hours on a Saturday attempting a repair and also came back after consulting the manufacturer. Unfortunately the boiler couldn't be repaired so within a few days Hassan fitted a new boiler at a decent price with minimum fuss and disruption.

Hassan Sattar was prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and caring. He came and capped off two gas pipes leading to fireplaces. He realised that my Mum (85) was quite distressed about the need for this to happen as my Dad (95) needs to come back from hospital into a hospital bed at home and the capping off had to be done quickly. On Friday 22 May 2020 I had my annual gas boiler service. British Gas was unable to send an engineer because of COVID-19, as they were only dealing with emergencies. However, they advised me to speak to British Gas Local Heroes. I contacted HASSAN at Simply Heating Gas Engineers in Newcastle upon Tyne. He came at the promised time and I was astonished at the thoroughness of his work. Never before have I experienced an engineer explaining the servicing details and for his friendly response to my questions.
