I was invited with a group of heating engineers to visit the factory in Belfast and as an engineer myself I was very impressed with not only the product itself which I found has a much greater build quality than its competitors. Not only that but the ethos and attitude of the company was also pragmatic, helpful and very professional. I must admit being based in mainland Uk I wasn’t familiar with the product before hand but pleased to say that I have ordered a kit from them for our next install. Great quality, good price with good support 👍

The Warmflow agentis external pro is very good boiler . It simple to install and set up it come with of extra fitting for oil line and condensate plus the plum kits are really simple to install . It also come with it own System cleaning filter . Also the Warmflow rep Gavin have been very helpful and supportive to.

Lou and Gavin came to set up and commission our install a Warmflow AS03-290 heat pump warmflow HP290UV cylinder and provided an excellent service. They took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we understood how the system works and what to expect. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. Very informative throughout the whole process and happy to answer any questions. Great boilers, 10 years warranty on the pro versions. Comes with everything you need. isolation valve, oil filter, system filter, fire vale, males irons and two bottles of inhibitor. Riello RDB burner and no rubbish plastic parts on the combis either unlike the Worcester. These boilers make Worcester look cheap and a bit of a rip off.

Highly recommend the new warmflow boilers, they offer a reliable and efficient form of heating and Gavin was brilliant in guiding me with advice. Would highly recommend Warmflow.

5 star 🌟 service from Mr Gavin Thomas from Warmflow . I have built up a good working relationship with Gavin over the years, i can honestly say he’s one of the best out there with his customer relations and support . He answers any enquiries efficiently without delay and his products knowledge is fantastic . I’ve recently fitted my first Warmflow Cylinder , on the whole a very postive experience. A lot of thought has gone into the design and they clearly have the installer in mind. One small negative I had was that the Cold Water Combination Valve and the location of the Expansion Vessel connection. Unless I’m overlooking something , then the valve can only be installed in one particular direction, as the “tapping “ for the vessel is on the front of the valve , so it can be fitted horizontally on a wall from right to left , however not from left to right as the “tapping “ then gets fouled by the wall unless the who valve is spaced off the wall a number of inches to allow for a fitting /attachment . I appreciate that may be a bit tricky to follow , I’ve explained the best I can . Not a big issue if you know about it , and I’ll be more prepared next time if this particular valve is still specified within the components pack . On the whole , a very good experience and I would definitely be looking to install one of these units in the future .

Installed a warmflow e43 external last week. Really impressed with the quality and ease of Installation. It has a riello burner which is really easy to setup. It heated the house in no time considering it was a converted barn with around 30radiators in total. Customer service is great, Lou the rep always goes the extra mile to help you out and really knows his stuff if you have any queries. Excellent service and I look forward to installing the next one

We recently installed a Warmflow boiler for the underfloor heating in our new build house and are very pleased with it. The house is always warm and the boiler has been easy to run.

Did a warranty repair call out for this company few months ago and still not paid their invoice. Do hundreds of warranty call outs for Grant Boilers and never a problem with payment. Fitted 3 of their oil boilers following false promises from their sales rep and deeply regret doing it. Beware when installing their products as they are a nightmare to deal with when the customer calls with issues. AVOID!!

Go to oil boilers and technical guys are unmatched even had them talk me through a shitty firebird one time

Quality everytime

Recently replaced our ageing boiler with a brand new Warmflow unit and the difference has been outstanding. The house has genuinely never been warmer, and we’ve already noticed a reduction in our oil usage, which is genuinely a bonus given current fuel costs. The new boiler is quieter and much cleaner in operation compared to our old system. The install process was also very smooth – everything was completed in less than a day with minimal disruption. Overall, we’re pleased with the upgrade and would highly recommend Warmflow kit to anyone considering replacing their oil boiler. Likely the single greatest investment we've made to make the house more efficient

Great support with the product pre and during installation and commission from both Gavin the sales manager and the technical support team (Leo) in head office. I have full confidence in the product which was a Ground Source Heat Pump Cylinder and Buffer tank. Homeowner has never had the heating and hot water working as efficient or warm with the previous system.

I can't recommend these boilers and heat pumps enough my customers with the heat pumps say they love them I've changed 2 heat pumps 1 LG and 1 vailent to the new warmflow R290 heat pumps and they said the cost to run has halved both customers and the boilers I use to fit alot of Grant and Navien until a few problems with navien and Grant cost just keeps going up admittedly the early warmflow boilers I would not touch but the new Agentis Range I won't fit anything else they are truly an awesome bit of kit Granville Aquatec Plumbing Norfolk UK

Great boilers, great aftercare, an asset to us as a plumbing and heating company!

We’ve recently fitted a large Warmflow unvented hot water cylinder, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall quality. The cylinder is manufactured to a very high standard, the finish and colour look great, and all the connections were clearly labelled, which made installation straightforward and efficient. Once installed and commissioned, it performed exceptionally well, heating the water quickly and efficiently with excellent performance. Overall, a top-quality unvented cylinder and one I’d highly recommend based on our experience on site.

We have recently had a new Warmflow oil boiler installed on the recommendation of Steve at Hafod Heating. After reading up on Warmflow products we decided to trust his judgement and went ahead with it. After nearly 2 months and some very cold weather we can honestly say we are very satisfied with our new boiler, and Steve's professional service. I’ve just had my second Warmflow oil boiler fitted and I’ve already seen a huge increase in my heating and hot water. The old one fitted in 2006 was on its last legs but hadn’t missed a beat. Thanks to Steve and his team at Hafod heating (mold) for great service.

Recently visited the factory, and saw first hand how much care and attention they put into making their boilers, admitting they had to improve on issues encountered on the old boiler, with the help of installers they listened and adapted. The new improved boiler is brilliant using well known and trusted components (grundfos pump/Riello burner etc) as an installer I fitted one last week and found it really easy to fit, a well thought boiler with plenty of room for us heating engineers. Will definitely be fitting more

Arrived at HQ, for training and info gathering on the boiler ranges and air source products. Very impressed. Fitted 1 and ordered another already... converted to warmflow from worcester on the oil side.

Phoned Warmflow regarding boiler breakdown at 8am on the Fri 19th January 2024 engineer arrived 11.20 boiler fixed and going by 12.30 fantastic job couldn't think highly enough of this company from the person who took my call to the engineer doing the job Great Service fantastic from Lisburn Depot

I had an so called engineer, more like a sales man call at a property to service a boiler. From the moment he arrived he condemned the boiler insisting I would be better of buying a new one. All he could say was about the things that could be wrong if he took them of and wasn't interest in getting to work, as he knew I was paying for the first hours labour. I contacted warm flow and the best that they could come up with was that they would commission a new boiler for free if I bought one from them. I would rather frezze then buy one of them.

Recently had engineers out to solve minor issues with ASHP. Part replaced. Machine working flawless since commissioned in 2020. Brilliant after market service and brilliant product. Thanks

I recently got a Warmflow Agentis E26PPRO installed at my house, a fantastic boiler which not only looks good but is highly efficient. I've hardly noticed my oil drop with the heat being on twice a day! I paired this with a Warmflow Nero Hot Water Cylinder and have endless hot water, a lot better than the old copper tank before. Highly recommend these fantastic boilers!

Spoke to one of their technicians today about a issue with a combi boiler which is over 20 years the guy wad very helpfull and knowledgeable I was impressed

the shameless company, I tried to order a boiler service in July, until today I had no answer. I called today to get information when someone can do the service and found out that I may need to wait other 2-3 months. I do not recommend

I have owened my new build for 2 years. Within 2 months we had our first boiler break down. I payed for a service which seemed to fix it for a while. 1 Year in we had a full boiler breakdown just 3 weeks after a service. I put my foot down and warmflow "fixed" it free of charge. 2nd year now and guess what... Boiler has broken down again. Warmflow are trying to charge me to fix it today. What sort of cowboy company produces boilers that break down every year from new? WARMFLOW DOES. Staff on the phone are about as useless as their boilers. I have a 2 year old and a pregnant wife at home freezing. Do the right thing and finally admit you should give me a new boiler. Otherwise you'll be hearing from my solicitor.

This company exhibits everything you would find in the manual of how not to run your business and the previous other 29 reviews certainly back this up. Have had a pellet boiler for 3 yrs and probably had upwards of 30 callouts. Engineers file false reports, sneak round property taking photos to suggest a motive for the boiler breakdowns rather than to admit the equipment is not fit for purpose. Have been told "we'll send someone out when we can, but don't know when that'll be" and "I'm doing this out of the goodness of my heart" Absolute shambles of a company, customer service is non existent and if 3 services in 3 weeks is a quality service then I must have missed a memo!!

Phoned for an initial enquiry today and guy on phone was so rude that i decided to just leave it. Im now reading all the negative reviews and am not surprised. Why spend money on tv adverts when you’ve poorly trained staff answering the phone?

Phoned for a boiler service in August. Told it would be 5-6 weeks for some reason? ( People wating since March?) Phoned today to be told they didn't know if or when it might happen. (don't do Winter services?). Only interested in big bucks sales and little interest in after care? Used to hold the company in good regard. Disappointed, to say the least. Best to be honest and say, "we don't do boiler servicing "

I was really disappointed in this service. We called and asked for someone to come to look at the boiler as we have no heat or hot water. We were told that no there'll be nobody in our area for at least 2 weeks and to just look on the internet to find someone...not very helpful.

I have to say the new Agentis range of Warmflow condensing boilers are second to none.Manufactured from 5mm plate they feel like the old school Warmflow of 30 years ago.As an experienced plant engineer of 35 years working with most brands i can safely say i still maintain Warmflow boilers i installed back in the mid 1980's and haven't missed a beat. With all types and designs of boilers they require professional servicing with annual inspection of inhibitor levels.Unlike most condensing boilers Warmflow have a separate exchanger which requires seals during servicing however this design has the edge on efficiency. 5 stars for Warmflow on the new Agentis range and when installed to the required standard has a 7 year warranty.

Warmflow have tried but failed. Biggest problem is they don't listen to customers and installers feedback. Won't fit because of plastic flues that are complete rubbish.

I contacted Warmflow 2 weeks ago, regarding my Boiler breaking down and to make an enquiry about getting a new one. They took my details and said they would get someone to contact me. Still waiting!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! NEVER AGAIN!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Had a Warmflow boiler which only lasted between 6 and 7 years - was just out of warranty when it burst, needing to be fully replaced a few days before Christmas. Phoned the plumbing company who had installed it to be told that they had since stopped using Warmflow boilers due to having so many problems with them. Managed to get it replaced by a local plumber with a Grant boiler two days before Christmas. Phoned Warmflow a few days later to complain and they didn’t want to know and couldn’t have cared less. Absolutely abysmal customer service for a terrible product - no way should a brand new boiler need replaced that quickly. Stay well clear of this company.

I've had a Warmflow boiler for over 10 years and it keeps our home warm and cosy all year round. It's fast to start up, heat the house & keeps the water hot.

Useless. Nothing but trouble since warmflow product trial began. Keeps breaking down at worst of times. NO EMERGENCY NUMBER AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS OR SUNDAY so if your boiler breaks down then its tough luck. Very dissapointing service....

I don't normally write reviews of companies but in this case I've made an exception, I have read the reviews with disbelief, I have had nothing but excellent service from the technical department and the same can be said of the rep, I have been in the industry for 22 years and we currently have 4 engineers on the road servicing, repairing and installing all makes of boilers. We install warmflow boilers as a preference due to the quality, reliability and efficiency, we have been fitting quite a few Warmflow combi boilers lately due to this and the fact they are the only manufacturer who are "A" rated on heating and hot water, this means our customer has the best fuel efficiency, saving them money. In my opinion Warmflow boilers and the team behind them are Excellent and would recommend them to anyone.

Worst boiler anyone could buy my sons isn’t 3 years old yet and the plastic non return valves have been replaced twice on needing another set warmflow no longer supply the parts they have changed the design of there boilers so no longer stock the parts when contacting customer service they e mailed my son with the biggest load of rubbish I have ever heard & im a plumber. STAY CLEAR OF WARMFLOW

I was with them for 10 to 12 years getting my boiler service I just phone up today for a service and was told they don't do any servicing in the winter and that was the way it was left not very helpful I would not recommend them

£2000+ combi boiler sprung pin hole leaks along a weld seam on the primary heat exchanger. Boiler was serviced regularly and installed with corrosion inhibitor added. If Warmflow believe 5 years to be an acceptable life span for a boiler they should pack up and move their manufacturing to China. Based on the earlier reviews here and on their Facebook page I wont even waste my time phoning. So now you know. Warmflow, a disgrace to NI's engineering & manufacturing heritage.

Fantastic....thanks a million to whoever was on the phone 5 minutes ago. I though I was facing a cold and a dirty weekend (not that sort of dirty weekend ;-)). Radiators heating up and hot water on the go. Reset sorted. Can't thank you enough. 5 Star service.
