This visit was to do an annual service and a gas safety report/ certificate. Service didn’t take long and boiler cupboard was left tidy.

Been using Josh and Pipeline for over 10 years never had a problem ,always been 1st. Class. Would recommend them to anyone.

I needed an emergency plumber. I phoned and left messages for 4 companies but dialled about 8 numbers. Pipeline were the only company to pick up the phone (it was 4.30pm). They took full details and I sent pictures across. They arrived early the next morning with all the correct equipment to fix the problem. Plumber was fabulous. Work was completed and I was able to have new carpets fitted. I cannot fault this company from first contact to work completion. Would recommend them to others and would not hesitate to call them again - Thank Uou

From start to finish everyone we had contact with at Pipeline (Josh, Lewis, Joey and Carolyn) was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, skilful and professional. The workmanship was superb and we were delighted with our new kitchen tap and water filter. As an added bonus the original mess of plastic pipes fitted many years ago was replaced with a far neater and robust set of copper piping and a valve to control our sometimes erratic water pressure. We were also very impressed with the software used to manage the process and keep us informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pipeline and would be happy to use them again.

I really feel that this was a review worth writing. Josh and his team are amazingly knowledgeable, polite, tidy and reliable. We have a large old bungalow and they installed an air-source heat pump to replace our oil heating system. We found it made the difference that Josh has undertaken the certification to calibrate all of your property's needs and kept the entirety of the job in-house. Very detailed! The house is very cosy even in minus temperatures (and my bed is warm to get into at night!) and we are now happy to say the running cost will be cheaper than oil. Pipeline are also available to come and service the heat pump when the time comes and it feels great to know the same company that calibrated and installed it will also be looking after it! I have also had general plumbing undertaken by this company and have been pleased with all. Thoroughly recommend this company.

We have an underfloor heating system installed which had become very inefficient. I have had a different plumber out several times but he has been unable to resolve the issue. Pipeline plumbing were then recommended by a neighbour and they fixed all issues within a few hours, including draining the whole system. They also found two other faults which they remedied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pipeline Plumbing.

Josh has serviced my boiler for many years in two different properties. He has also replaced my old boiler with a new one and fitted a new large radiator for me, removing an old one from a different position. I have always been very happy with his all aspects of his workmanship and also he is a very pleasant and friendly and helpful person.

Massive GDPR failing. New boiler was WiFi enabled and Pipeline accessed the boiler remotely without my consent. When offered replacement boilers they were all internet enabled. I can not recommend an organisation that takes data without consent.

Extremely happy yet again with the service provided by Pipeline Plumbing. Harry fitted a Hive control to the boiler in our new house. He was very polite and cheerful and spent some time checking that we knew how to use the app. We will continue to use Pipeline in the future and highly recommend them.

Friendly local service that sorted out my underfloor heating problems eventually. All works carried out very neatly , with care and attention to detail. They were obviously very busy so I had to wait my turn to get the job done and it was difficult to contact the plumbers themselves rather than reception, but otherwise an excellent service.

Having moved to Storrington two years ago we discovered within a week that our elderly boiler and central heating did not work. Josh and his team were on site immediately and swiftly arranged to replace the whole system which now works super efficiently and is very economical. Subsequently they have refitted both our cloakroom and bathroom to a very high standard. Their attention to detail is second to none and all of the team are polite, tidy and very helpful. They carry out major work in a stress free manner and their aftercare service is exemplary. We would be happy to recommend them to everybody. Many thanks to Josh.

Josh was very professional - the fault recurred a few minutes after he left but he returned within a short time and diagnosed the problem. He obtained a new part and returned to fit it within a week or so. Not the cheapest by any means but I have full confidence in his skills.
