Great people, who do a great job. Cant fault them!

We qualified for free solar panels and battery. We chose to buy an additional battery. It was a nightmare from start to finish. Two day job took FIVE WEEKS! Admittedly, Xmas came in the middle. But I would never use them again, left hand didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing. Delays, numerous texts (the boss wouldn't call me, just text, despite me asking for a call), wrong addresses, sub-contractors who knew it all but turned out they'd wired it up wrong. Even applying for the loan was fraught with issues as we took zero %, then they said they couldn't offer it. They did reduce the price to take the interest into account, but that was two loan applications The original panel installation guys were brilliant, as was the last electrician. In between was just a joke. They did give us some money back for all the hassle but, tbh, our experience is still only worth two stars (that's only because the last electrician saved the day, would have been one otherwise).

Very professional company, wasn’t sure about heat pump at first but I think the system is very efficient after having insulation and solar installed , really pleased

BG surveyed our house thoroughly but we didn't qualify for an ECO4 grant. However we did qualify for cavity wall insulation under another government grant. We got a few mixed messages from different staff on what ventilation was required under the scheme. The guys on the day were friendly, informative and very professional - and cleaned up as they went on - to the extent you couldn't really tell they had been at all when they'd finished! The medium used was PVA-bonded-polystyrene beads which is as good as it gets - so they certainly didn't cut any corners. For info - due to the open fire we required a gravity vent (permanently open 100mm thru wall vent) in the living room and the bathroom and kitchen required continuously-running extractor fans. The fans were particularly impressive as they have humidistats which ramped up the fans when things were steamy. The house felt immediately warmer - very happy with the final result.

Second boiler I’ve had installed by Boiler Genie, this time after moving into a new property. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The installation was carried out to a high standard, with all pipework looking clean and neatly finished, and the space left spotless afterward. Delighted with the new boiler, huge improvement over the old, oversized unit left by the previous owners. I’ve already recommended Boiler Genie to friends and family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Lack of communication with everyone involved.? One big race to complete all the work, No time to actually test it, or get your thoughts your made just to feel like the daft customer to sweep up..!

one word FANTASTIC! I contacted Boiler Genie after seeing their TV advert. I now have an air source heat pump system and solar panels fitted, which was all covered by the ECO4 grant scheme. The process from start to finish was seamless. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again Boiler Genie

Yet another pop up company,set up for government cash,then folds when cash runs out? Been stung before with these companies,do the work get the cash, then problems arise,but it's a new company now can't do anything.same director, same premises now moved onto another government scheme. Do your research before committing, cause your left on your own having to pay for servicing and repairs/ replacement a couple of years down the line

Made an appointment for them to visit my home. They called 2 days before to confirm but yet didn't show up and haven't heard from them since. Poor customer service. Will never contact them again

New ideal logic combi boiler installation this week. Really good customer service, keeping us informed of every detail Easy to contact and helpful Fitter service was excellent. Punctuality excellent. Did a first class job and gave advice as he went through the installation. Really competitive price too! Would recommend

Great service from start to finish. Had a new boiler installed. It was installed very quickly as I had no heating.

Don't ho near them for ECO 4 grants. The guys who came to the house were brill, but, even though they admitted we were eligible for all measures, they informed me via text that they wouldn't carry out any work. When I called to find out why, call handler admitted they wouldn't carry out the installs because there wasn't enough profit in it for them! Complete waste of time! Reported to Ofgem & SCARF too.

They came out to survey at my request and spent 2 hours at my property. Various recommendations made and great price offered. Only to receive a phone call the next day stating no funding in my area. Surely this was known prior to survey visit and I could have been advised. Very disappointed

The say they have government grant then say the grant had been stopped and waited for it to restart, then they say same thing one day before the installation date, they don't contact with updates, they don't reply to my calls. Very bad service

Now here's the thing,reps going round the doors advertising free insulation and free boiler if you qualify. I qualified on less income than 31k, retired living on pension, but as I already have loft and cavity insulation installed which I paid for I don't. I've helped my energy efficiency with the loft and cavity insulation,and a new boiler through this scheme would improve it more as my boiler is 12 years old. So it kind of defeats the purpose of energy efficiency improvements to say you can't have a new boiler installed through this scheme unless you get one other insulation too. So upshot is no new boiler because I already have loft and cavity insulation installed.

Was not given full report on house insulation obviously because we did not comply with offer.would have been profession if they would have let us know we did not meet guidelines. Disappointed

Poor quality customer service, avoid.

We would like to thank all the team from Boiler Genie who installed our boiler, wall cavity, loft and underfloor insulation. A very hardworking team who talked us through everything they were doing. Jennifer for keeping in touch with us at all times. Every one of them were very pleasant and professional and made us feel they were happy to be here doing the work for us. They have all done a first class job and cleaned up after finishing up. We now have a lovely cosy house. We would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and helpful staff, Boiler broke just as it was getting really cold, arranged a new one through Boiler Genie and spoke to Andy, he arranged to fit us in the next day and to make sure we did not have to suffer a freezing house. Fitting was quick and efficient and all the follow up and staff have been amazing, highly recommend.

Would not recomend. When selling the product its all fun and games. But when its faulty, they make every single excuse under the sun to not help you & make you pay all sorts of fees. Moreover, after puchase customer care is non-existent. Also according to them new customers gets yearly letters for servicing but not old customers. Thus any call out fees will need to be paid & any warrenty is voided. (So we've been paying for a service that we could not use).

Have used them several times for servicing of our Worcester boiler, service engineers always turn up on time and never had any issues. Also had help from Debbie to resolve my frozen condensate drain, whilst I was away from home. Will certainly be using them in the future, highly recommended.

I hope they fit gas boilers more safely than they drive. No safety culture.

We would like to thank all the staff at Boiler Genie for the installation of the underfloor insulation and the new boiler at the start of this week, from the office staff and surveyor who worked around our times to make the installation appointment, were very professional and polite, the staff who fitted our underfloor insulation arrived on time and were very polite and professional and done an amazing job fitting the insulation and tidying the area then showed us the completed job, the new boiler got installed the following day and the member of staff who did the boiler installation was very professional, polite and had showed us his gas credentials and spoke us through what would happen during the installation before he had started, when the job was complete he showed us the new boiler installed and took us through the operating instructions for the new boiler, left us all the information and numbers if there was any issues. Fantastic from start to finish. Liam was extremely helpful on the phone and we were surprised how quickly the whole process was from start to finish. Paul who fitted the boiler was very efficient and done a great job with absolutely zero mess. Could not praise them highly enough. Great service. Highly recommend !!!
