Pump Services & Gas Boiler Service

Highly recommend this company, I have used them for several years now and without fail they always deliver fair and high quality Customer Service (sadly a rarity these days!). Had my annual boiler serviced yesterday and Jay couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. Will continue to highly recommend them to friends and colleagues. I can't review Jay's gas engineering abilities but if his work is the same as the care and help he gave me and my family then it has to be 5* . Braving a holiday without the husband, we travelled down from Scotland, only to reach Chilwell and be left stranded with our trailer having jumped off the towbar and caught under the car, in rush hour traffic. Like a hero, Jay doubled back to come and help us. He doesn't know me or the family. The kids have nicknamed him Mucho Man as he managed to untangle the vehicles and pull them apart, connect it all back up and off we went again. Honestly, if that's his attitude to a stranded family where he has nothing to gain, I can only imagine the care and professionalism he and his team would carry at work. We called Pump Services yesterday mornng as my 87 year old mother had woken up to no heating. A lovely experienced man called at her bungalow in Attenborough within 2 hours of our call. He worked hard for 4 hours to fix the boiler. Mum felt very happy about his knowledge, skill and manner. A rapid response. Thank you so much . Very impressed .

Another year's annual boiler service. Very pleased with this firm. So much so have used them now 6 or 7 years.

These guys are great! I use them to service my boiler every year and when I had an emergency water leak recently they did everything they could to juggle jobs around to get to me ASAP ! Very good heating engineers, and these are the only people I have in my home for boiler and plumbing issues ! 👍🏻

My family have used Pump Services for many years and they have always been reliable, trustworthy, tidy, competent and competitive. They have gone out of their way today, to help me out at short notice and I cannot thank them enough ... as usual, the engineer was on-time, informative, pleasant and polite. I rarely write reviews but I am always impressed with this firm and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great service - polite, quick and professional. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Nottingham area looking for Boiler repairs/servicing. Have had British Gas cover for years, but when my boiler had issues they wouldn't touch it. So grateful to these guys who sorted my boiler quickly! Thanks again!

Our boiler failed during the evening of the 10th December and an engineer was with me by 10am on the 11th and had it working again by 11am. Excellent customer service from start to finish and the engineer was exceptionally helpful.

Brilliant ... my nana recommended this company for a service in my boiler last year I'm so glad she did ! my boiler broke !! Having no hot water I called them up came out the same day and it would of been fixed if the part had of been in stock but it's not a worry as came out the next day and fixed it .. the man that came was lovely friendly and most of all honest ... I felt very comfortable leaving him to the job! Highly recommended !
