Always received good service from WW Plumbing over the 10 years I have been using their services. This includes gas boiler servicing & plumbing installations. Expert advice is provided before work starts by polite and knowledgeable fitters and jobs always come in at a very fair price. Certification is provided including for landlords requirements and completed work is left tidy, clean and all working efficiently. They can be relied upon to be punctual, something which I have always valued. With my background in construction management I would strongly recommend this contractor.

Fantastic company. Found them on Checkatrade after a poor experience with a large plumbing and heating firm. Steve first attended to assess the issues with our pressure vessel, hot water overflow and radiators, and his knowledge was immediately clear and he explained everything properly, something the bigger company didn’t do. Alfie then carried out the work and was an absolute credit to the team. Despite being early in his career, his professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

A cold snap and the old boiler packs up. A leading company will no longer stand over it so because of a leaking washer a whole new boiler is required. Saved by the cavalry Wetherall and Wyse who showed up promptly, solved all the challenges of soak away and flue management plus quoted £1k LESS than the main competitor. Installation was a long and tricky day which the guys tackled cheerfully and tirelessly tidying up brilliantly at the end. The next day the Big Boss came to check all was ok and he too pitched in with the last minute fixes. Brilliant service, I have faith in the local and couldn’t be more pleased by the service. Use Weatherall and Wyse if you possibly can but be warned there might be a queue!!

Just had a new boiler installed by Steve and his team. They were so quick to respond to the issues we were having with our old boiler and gave good advice with what options were available as to what to do next. New install was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t recommend Steve and his team more highly. They just replaced our oil fired boiler and added mains pressure hot water tanks. Worked very efficiently and exactly to time and were very neat tidy and polite, going the extra mile to make sure everything worked properly when they finished.

Our old basin taps in the bathroom had seized up. They managed to find similar new taps to replace them. So no need to replace the bath taps as well. They were quick and tidy. We have used them for many years for all our plumbing work.

We have used these guys for 8 years. Wouldn't use anybody else,they have been reliable, professional and charged a very fair price. From fitting bathrooms to fitting a new boiler and servicing it. They even remind us when the boiler needs servicing. Recently came to fix a leak in the bathroom, poor guy had to remove fitted cupboard, then collect a part.He was a lovely young man ,bathroom left as he found it .Couldn't fault the them,highly recommend them.

Can’t recommend Weatherall and Wyles highly enough. We decide to finally get rid of our back boiler and have a new wall mounted boiler fitted. Steve came round and gave a really competitive quote. Karen arranged everything and Gareth did the work. Gareth is a real asset to Weatherall and Wyles, he is polite and friendly but more importantly really good at what he does and has great attention to detail and care. Everything was done in a couple of days, including removing the back boiler and boarding up the hole and the house was left spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending Weatherall and Wyles for any plumbing or heating and we will definitely be using them again.

Let me be frank. I have a deep distrust of anyone associated with the building trade. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve answered the door to a builder or window installer cold calling, trying to drum up trade and ready with the patter that instantly puts me on my guard. It’s a prejudice based on experience of cowboy plumbers, especially. It’s wrong of me to assume until proven otherwise all plumbers are cowboys, of course. The quandary is that as I’m not a plumber myself, it’s impossible for me to gauge a plumbers competence and integrity without taking a risk and letting them loose in my house. My hand was forced when a minor tap leak became major and having to face up to the fact I really, really needed to renew the central heating and have a working bathroom installed. I’m a bit reclusive and I like it that way, but it means I don’t know anyone in Faversham. I reached out to the owners of the rental house next door for advice and they recommended Weatherall and Wyles. I’m very glad they did. After I contacted them by email, Karen gave me a call and was really helpful. She booked me in and Steve came around and fixed the leak. That was not easy, given the age of the tap and lack of care from me. The best endorsement that I can give Weatherall and Wyles is to say that I asked for a quote to renew the heating and bathroom, which I received the next day, and accepted it immediately. Steve gave me the confidence to defer to his expertise. With my neighbours recommendation, Karen’s kindness and Steve’s professionalism, I was never going to look elsewhere.

Had an urgent issue with our immersion tank leaking a lot of water and ruining the flooring and room underneath. Steve and co turned up less than 24 hours after i first noticed it and had the issue fixed in 10 mins. He was super helpful and efficient, would definitely recommend.

I was initially concerned to have the Power Flush, however, there were no leaks & having seen how much sludge had been in the pipes, I would now recommend a Power Flush. Boiler broke down.Contacted WW Plumbing & Heating by email as it was a weekend. Steve came out really promptly & confirmed it would have to be replaced unfortunately. I had a quote & an appointment for fitting within a day and, even though it's presumably the busiest time of year, the new boiler was fitted the following week! Communication is excellent. Steve & Joe arrived on time. Were efficient, tidied up afterwards & explained how it worked etc. An all round painless experience!

Fantastic service from Steve and Andy fitting my boiler for me. All work completed to a high standard and explained the whole process. The team also noticed that my gas supply pipes were not to the current safety standard and replaced them for me there and then. Will have no hesitation in recommending and using in the future

Had a new combi installed in May 2021. Showed up when arranged, got the job done...all seemed fine. Weren't the friendliest of workmen...more a case of short replies if you talked to them, but no small talk. However the quality of work has only recently become apparent after replacing all my radiators myself ready for winter. Included in the quote was a system flush which was definitely not carried out. Having done so myself, the state of the water coming out of the two old rads not being replaced yet was dire. The vavles on both were seized and had definitely not been operated in the last 6 months. Added to that there were other things such as the old thermostat just thrown under the floorboards, pipes not having been wiped down after soldering, leaving long streaks of green oxidisation on visible pipework, a half-a*sed attempt to drain down the hot water cylinder left in the loft (at my request) and holes in external brickwork from the old flue partly filled with bits of cardboard...and the internal hole not filled at all. Don't think I will be using them for future services somehow...

We're new homeowners and haven't had to get anything like a plumber in before but had a disaster where our concealed loo behind a tiled wall (terrible design!) began leaking. I was recommended Steve by a friend and he came over all the way to London to help us immediately. He provided excellent service and was just generally great to have around our small flat, which is especially important as we're working from home at the moment and are in all day. I probabaly use Steve & the team 6 or 7 times a year for everything from Boiler Installation to Gas Safety Certificates across a number of properties. They always do a great job, its always well priced and I've never needed to get him to do something twice. If its fixed it stays fixed.

Richard and his team worked quickly and efficiently to organise our central heating. We were very impressed with how tidy and quick they were with the work. We were slightly dreading the experience as others had said it would up haul our house. This was not the case, they kept everything clean throughout. The boiler is working well with all the appropriate paper work. My only criticism and this is entirely a personal thing, is I’d have liked to be talked through what was happening a bit more. We had to book them in a month previously due to a broken heater. Having not had anything done like this before I’d have appreciated a bit more hand holding and conversations throughout. However, the work they did were great at a reasonable cost.

W&W just finished installing new boiler system, couple of new radiators and an upgrade on remaining rads. The guys were spot on time first day and finished quicker than originally planned. Work done was top quality and house was left in a good tidy condition. Had follow up meeting when everything was explained with clear instructions. During this very cold period winter 2018 my boiler broke down and despite not being one of their regular customers Steven came within 5 minutes of my calling. Unfortunately the problem was not straightforward so he had to return a couple of times on the same day (amazing sevice!) coming to the conclusion that there may be a fault with the boiler rather than something created by the extreme cold. So, fingers crossed for the moment.... Highly recommended
