Our interactions with UK Energi were great from start to finish. Everyone was polite, friendly and really helpful. Our initial salesperson, Josh, was an absolute delight to deal with - well-informed, very forthcoming with all of the information we needed to make a good decision, and gave us great continuity through the whole process. Jen was prompt and thorough in explaining everything, and Dan the electrician was great when we needed a small fix following installation. Everything was as promised; we are very pleased with the installation. Also amazed at how much electricity we generate even on a cloudy day - what a result! Pricing was very reasonable - we cross checked with a neighbour who had a similar installation with them two years ago and we got an upgraded battery system and more PV panels from basically the same price. No hesitation in recommending them.

I was interested in installing a heat pump to our old ironstone converted barn. Having obtained one quote, I then went to UKenergi who had previously done a marvellous job installing solar panels etc.. After a very detailed survey and in house discussions, Bailey, their excellent and thorough surveyor, recommended that we did not go ahead due to the thermal inefficiencies of this house unlike the other company........I really respect and appreciate the honesty and advice we have been given AND they are helping us with alternatives meanwhile. A very helpful and competitive company with an excellent team.......Thank you.

Had an install late April. Everything before, during and afterwards from this UK Energi have been brilliant. Great business to use and absolutely delighted with the system we went with.

Great initial consultation with Tracy, clear concise and excellent communication throughout. Provided with an accurate estimate with forecast of spend snd projected savings. The whole experience was stress free with flexibility around installation to meet our needs and timescales. Dan and the team arrived promptly and were professional and tidy throughout. Really pleased with the whole experience with UK Energi. From the initial quote through to installation, communication has been good and everything has been handled professionally. The installation team did a great job. The solar panels look very neat on the roof and they clearly put thought into the cable routing and positioning of the equipment, keeping everything as discreet as possible. The Sigenergy system and Gateway have been installed cleanly, and the team took care to leave everything tidy afterwards. We had a couple of queries around the DNO/G99 process beforehand, which were dealt with and resolved, and the installation itself went smoothly. Early days with the system, but very impressed so far and would happily recommend UK Energi.

Chris If you want to listen to my version you might understand, despite asking for a call back on the day of submission of review ; I did not receive any response. I submitted the review at night. Being professional I don’t have to lie or change the scenario what went wrong 1) Josh is a sales representative - I spoke to him yesterday and agreed that he doesn’t know what I have mentioned. The information given by Josh - gateway helps during blackout by providing uninterrupted power, makes me independent from my energy supplier. He did not mention that powerwall works on AI, there are no manual settings, prevents battery drainage from EV charger, and gateway is required for certain settings and services, which I have asked over the course of days I have given my energy bill, plan using and amount of charging I used. 2) I was only told during installation that the EV charger needs to be separated from the system to prevent battery drainage. The engineer said he will contact Dan and tell me the price and they need approval from him. He is not reachable to your team on that day. If you check your call logs I have also called three times to speak with Dan- all I was told is he could be in the warehouse. I have informed them that I use an intelligent octopus go and the charging starts by the car itself. He didn't know what to do and mentioned seeing how it goes which I also agreed and even mentioned in an email to Dan that I’ll see how it works. 3) over the course of days , my battery was discharged to Zero, started using direct power from energy supplier 4) due to this I’ll called, emailed Dan to go ahead with bypassing EV charger 5) then I got permission to export, I do not have settings to change - which I asked Dan and you which was sorted out by your expert action. 6) then I noticed that without reserve slider settings, I can control export from battery leading battery drainage at 7:30 pm or 8:00pm. Then it uses energy from suppliers leading to peak prices. 7) based on information I gave to you, as a certified installer and trained engineer you have to mention this to me before I make my decision. I can say that your team failed to give this information. 8) then I paid for an extra trip for an extra consumer unit as your team has to come to install that. 9) if Dan remember- he mentioned when I asked for export settings that engineer has to come to onsite (I am sure it is not required as I read manual) 10) when I asked for a gateway in the email - Dan mentioned that if I had a gateway I would not need the extra consumer unit which I have paid for. This is the main reason I got annoyed, not because of the price he quoted. 11) There is no acknowledgement to email or calls which you agreed when we spoke on Friday noon to change the export settings. 12) I am a layman to Tesla , how I’ll know that it works on AI and without a gateway there will be a lot of technical issues. If I am aware of this I would have gone for gateway in the first instance. Why I will risk not taking the gateway and lose benefits like settings and make my battery drain. 13) I use octopus agile outgoing - which I need to change because I do not have a gateway and not aware of this during quote. 14)Won’t you agree that you are a certified installer to give me all the information to make appropriate decisions..? Do you have anything to say about these above points..? Josh - he can clarify what he had said to me about Powerwall 3. Thank you

After a great deal of research into solar panels and battery storage, I decided to go with UK Energi. They weren’t the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive either. What impressed me was the detailed appraisal of my requirements and the quality of the equipment they recommended. I also wanted a battery storage system that wouldn’t take up a huge amount of space, and their solution worked very well. I’ve now had the system installed for 12 months and deliberately waited before writing a review so I could properly assess both the system and the company. Harry was my main contact from the start and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout. He worked through all of my requirements, kept me informed at every stage and made the whole process very straightforward. There was some damage caused by the scaffolders during the installation, which unfortunately took some time to resolve. However, Chris, the MD, personally got involved and made sure the issues were eventually resolved satisfactorily. Since installation, Harry has continued to be extremely helpful whenever I’ve had a question, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. He also made sure everything was correctly set up after installation. The system itself has been excellent, with a really good and easy-to-use app. After a full year, I’m very happy with the system and with my decision to use UK Energi. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending UK Energi.

The installation work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard—clean, efficient, and professional. Josh was an excellent representative who explained the solar system and various options. We had 3 quotes and we chose Uk energi for the level of service. The installation went smoothly but was delayed due a late inverter delivery, Dan the ops manager communicated well and full install was complete a week later. Thanks to Manni and Ethan for starting the install and Dan for putting the finishing touches. The Sig energy battery and inverter system is working smoothly and the app is a great interface to watch the sun give us free energy ! Thanks again

Having had solar installed by UK Energi I can thoroughly recommend them. From the first visit by Josh to the removal of the scaffolding post installation I have found everyone involved professional, courteous & knowledgeable too. Firstly Josh ran through all the options with me & priced the job up and it was obvious from the outset that he knew everything there is to know about solar & he answered all the questions with no hesitation. Once I had booked the job Jennifer kept we well informed of all dates & progress that was being made. The scaffolding company arrived as booked & were polite & quick with no issues at all. The 4 men on the installation day were OUTSTANDING. Manni, Jack, Ethan & Ryan were so polite, pleasant & confidence inspiring. A real pleasure to have them onsite and they worked so tirelessly on such a hot day too. A great team of installers who got a big job completed in one long day & cleared up everything afterwards too. After deciding to explore solar panel installation, I contacted three companies. Only UK Energi replied, and I have not been disappointed at any stage of the process. Josh surveyed my home to assess its suitability and ran through the available options. He answered all questions clearly and knowledgeably. The installers (Manni, Michael, and Connor) were courteous, hardworking, and generally great guys who did a fantastic job. There were no issues at all. Jen was an amazing administrator who dealt with my queries efficiently. I cannot praise the Team enough. They communicated with each other incredibly well. The process from start to finish was straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone looking at the installation of Solar panels.

After a few different quotes from other companies, we decided to go with a Sigenergy system from UKEnergi. From the initial consultation with Josh, to the commissioning and hand-over by the installation team, UKEnergi provided an extremely professional service. Josh was knowledgable and considerate to our requirements. The consultation/survey was informative and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. The support received from Jen remotely regarding installation dates and scaffolding arrangements (working around the repairs to the roof I needed to perform before installation) added peace of mind. The installation team were efficient, tidy and polite. Considerate installation to allow future expansion with all cabling neat and the property left immaculate. I would definitely consider recommending UKEnergi to friends and family in the future, and will more than likely use them again myself!

We chose UK Energi, upon 2 recommendations from previous customer installations. Our initial survey was exceptionally detailed with plans for two systems due to the layout of our roof. Every step in the planning was communicated, prior to installation we had a change of location for our storage unit! this wasn't an issue for UK Energi, One phone call and an email sorted this, the team who arrived mapped everything out fitted the panels best practice for our roof, while the electricians sorted the instal for the storage unit and ancillary equipment. all the workforce including the subcontractor scaffolders were happy working teams. we had a couple of snags post install which have been rectified without delay, additional roof tiles and a comms update. The wait for the Handover pack was 4 weeks, UK Energi waiting for replies from the DNO. we're well pleased with the operation of our system, the expected generation for the month of October was within 2% of the given projection. well done team UK Energi. like those who recommended you to us , we have recommended you to others.

From the initial no hard sell survey visit to comms updates then the installation, uk Energi have been a breath of fresh air. The installation team were very young but the most impressive customer service reps for their company I have met in many years. Polite, tidy nothing too much trouble. The explanation of the work carried out (especially the cracked tiles being replaced) and how to use the app was excellent. No mess to clear up no outstanding questions I can highly recommend UK Energi and I can’t wait to start earning via SEG. Thankyou to the uk Energi team.

If Carlsberg Did Solar Panel Companies….. We invited four companies to quote including our national energy supplier and chose UK Energi for a couple of reasons. Firstly, they were very competitive. Secondly, they didn't sell us what we didn't need and thirdly, their sales, customer service and their installation team were absolute class. Sales - Josh paid us a home visit and did the survey there and then giving us a quote before we left but without pressure to give him an immediate answer. He was professional and personable and spoke eloquently using non-tech language that was easy to understand. He certainly knew his stuff and is a great front-man for UK Energi. Customer Service - Jenny was our point of contact once we had selected UK Energi and she was brilliant. Whatever they are paying her, it isn't enough! ;) She guided us through the whole process and was on-point throughout. Installation - Wow, amazing. The scaffolding was erected on Tuesday as promised, the team came to install on the Wednesday as promised and the scaffolding came down on the Friday as promised. Take a bow Lewis, Jake and Ryan, take a bow. They turned up just before 8am on the day of installation and the weather was dreadful. I fully expected them to postpone but they were having none of it. They put in an eleven hour shift in sometimes horrendous conditions and met every challenge with positivity. I was so, so impressed. We are out in the sticks and on such stormy days broadband/wifi connectivity can be a nuisance and it proved to be the case but they worked through it, found the solutions and refused to leave until we were absolutely satisfied. Their stairway to heaven has been upgraded to an escalator. I could recommend them strongly enough. Whoever reads this, please, please, please consider them. They are epic.

Amazing customer service!! I met with a lot of different companies but UK Energi was the most efficient. They gave fair and honest prices. Helped me get exactly what I needed for my solar panels package and even stopped me from buying more panels than I needed based on the requirements of my property. Harry Hunt was who I originally dealt with on the phone and he was available for any questions during the purchasing process and even after installation. Would definitely recommend this company and use for further projects for my house in the future!

Having just had 11 solar panels and a Tesla battery installed by UK Energi the whole process was straight forward and well managed *special note to Tracey (the surveyor) who was clear, to the point and a pleasure to deal with (unlike some other solar companies who i also had the misfortune to get quotes from) so yes i would highly recommend their services. **Only downside is one of the panels is slightly misaligned on my roof which makes my teeth itch hence the 4 star review and not a 5 star review.

This is a long story, one year ago we started to looking for a team who can install our solar panel system. The criteria: long time on the market (no cowboys for coins), enough (good) review, reasonably priced. We met David Kemp, he pretty much sold the service for us, but unfortunately we had other expenses so the project got delayed. After a year we called the company, Tracy came, measured everything, gave us a quote, (we already had 3 other) we find reasonably priced, not the cheapest in the market but the 10+ years experience is a must for us when we buying something with 5-25 years warranty. All together, the team made a good job, clean install, listening for our needs (put it here, don't do that... :) ) all completed within 4 weeks. I'm pretty sure we made the right decision.

Really pleased with our solar installation from UK Energi. They were helpful during the time we were getting quotes and didn't harass us with pressure sales. The quote given was very competitive compared with some other quotes we had been given and they also managed to fit more panels on our roof than some of the other suppliers had spec'd and quoted for. The installation was arranged within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote, the scaffolding was erected a couple of days prior to installation and taken down a couple of days after. The installation itself only took about 4 hours including 8 panels, wiring and setup. We are already generation the majority of our electricity needs from the panels (though obviously this will drop during the winter), and the Sigen App allows us to see at a glance how much power is being generated, used and stored as well as any surplus being sold back to the Grid (though we are currently awaiting the paperwork to enable us to go on the appropriate tariff for resale). The only minor issues we had were that the system required an additional fusebox which would not fit in our electric meter cupboard, so this had to be mounted externally in our hallway (te cupboard has since been modified to accommodate this). We also needed a wifi range extender as the inverter could not pick up the signal from our router, even though mobile phones couuld pick it up in that location with no problem. Overall, very pleased with this, and we look forward to tracking the savings being made over the coming years.

As a former consultant who spent years researching and training other companies' staff in customer service, I have a keen interest (both personal and professional) in the subject. Being a Yorkshireman and engineer means that product quality and price are also very important to me! I've been delighted with all aspects of the solar panel and battery installation, value for money and energy savings so far. Great customer service is only truly tested when not everything goes right and in this respect UK Energi have been exceptional. The people at UK Energi that I have dealt with have all been fantastic. Of particular note I'd like to mention the following: Joe, with his friendly and polite, unpushy style gave me great information and guidance from the start, and saved me from going to a competitor with inferior products and worse payback. Reece, Evan (& Brad) have all 'gone the extra mile' in helping to solve my wifi problem that was preventing me from fully utilising the Sunsyk app to get the best from the system. Jenny, an ever-positive, friendly and helpful voice on the phone, despite me ringing many times to get my issue solved. I would recommend UK Energi to anyone who wants to deal with a quality outfit.

The right price, the right setup and having had a few issues in the years since, their aftercare is exceptional. This was always very important to me, and they have not let me down. I got four quotes for solar panels in Summer 2024. Uk Energi were the final company and I’d pretty much decided on another company. However the sales person was knowledgeable and took time to understand our needs. They knew they were the last quote but didn’t ask for what the other companies had quoted which I really liked. The price was the price and they were nearly £1000 cheaper. So we went with them and they were fitted in October 2025. Installation went smoothly and they were considerate about where to put the cabling. I needed to contact support once and they helped me out with an app query really quickly. I’d definitely recommend. I know it’s been a hot and sunny year but the savings have far greater than predicted and I am so glad we had them installed.

Had my solar fitted 18 mths ago . Not much return during winter about from charge to the batteries , but this summer getting hundreds of £ back selling back to the grid . No electric bill about from standing charge

From the initial consult through to the fitting we had a fantastic experience working with UK Energi. We knew more or less what we wanted but I also had a healthy cynicism towards sales people (thinking of the double glazing salesmen of the 80s!) but Josh was honest, knowledgable and at no point did we think anything was being over-promised in terms of a return on investment. An 18 panel installation with a 5kwh battery seemed to be the sweet spot between cost and return so we went ahead. It’s a month later now and all the paperwork has gone through with both our DNO and Octopus and we’re now exporting to the grid about 3x the electricity we’re using which is awesome. Shout out to the rest of the team that helped answer our questions and make recommendations along the way including Jen, Manni and the aforementioned Josh.

I had a great experience with my solar PV, battery storage and EV charger installation. Still installation, my electric bill has been reduced to only the standing charge. My monthly solar generation has been on average a 150% my actual load consumption, which is great for making money to pay the standing charge. I'm an extremely happy customer that has been treated right from day one. This is a perfect example of under promising and over delivering. I would like to thank Harry for the phenomenal job he has done in designing my system. He's an extremely knowledgeable person and great at his job. A job well done by my installation team: Ryan, Ethan and Manni on the first day. They did an excellent job setting up the system and making it look beautiful on a steep roof in the blaring hot sun. A special shout out to Danny who had to come back and do the finishing touches due to the complexity of my installation. He did a great job and went the extra mile to ensure the system working and that i was satisfied. Well done to the entire team and keep up the good work.👍👍👍👍

Once I had decided on UK Energi the experience was 1st class. The guys fitting the panels and electrics were very good and after I had changed my mind about battery and inverter location it was not a problem. Would recommend

Everything was done at the appointed time,survey scaffolding and installation. The installers came at 8.30 and were finish by 2. Firstly, it didn't go smoothly - we had a problem with the battery connector in the loft, which took quite a few weeks to fix. BUT once it was all set up, everything has been faultless since. the best thing is out bills have come down massively - helped of course by the brilliant weather we've been having. I liked the 'not hard sell' when we had the initial visit, the quote was what we expected and that was it for us, we haven't looked back. this is the second house we've installed solar PV on and I can't understand why all new houses aren't specified with solar from new..............

I had solar panels and 11kw battery installed few months ago and am very happy with it, not only I am not buying any of the grid am actually selling to them in summer months. I should have had more panels installed at the back of the house as well.

I’ve had my Sunsynk inverter, batteries, Zappi charger and Aiko solar panels installed over a year now. The system has performed superbly and was expertly installed by UK Energi. Everyone I have dealt with has been brilliant from Danny in sales, to Trevor, Chris, Evan and Jenni and the Scaffolders, Roofers and Electricians.

Fitting was well organised and done quickly and easily. No problems understanding the system and seeing exactly what I am generating, using and selling back to the grid. Roof fittings are neat and tidy. Had the system over a year now and really pleased with the savings being made. A good decision environmentally and financially, should have done it earlier!

Fabulous service - quick to come and give us a quote which was within our price range. Once the clearance came through to install the solar panels it was a quick process to get them installed and for the scaffolding to be taken down afterwards. Everyone was polite and helpful with the process. We had to have a return visit due to a need to re attach a connection but this was all done very quickly. Also had a car charger fitted and the team were very helpful in helping us set up apps for both. Now enjoying free electric energy, car charging and looking forward to getting payment back from the grid soon!

From the initial quote and home visit to the final installation, UK Energi were professional and efficient throughout. The team—Lewis, Manni, Ethan, and Ryan—arrived promptly, worked diligently, and took care to accommodate my preferences, especially regarding the battery and wiring placement. They were courteous, tidy, and clearly take pride in their work—each of them is a credit to the company. The only complaint is the delay in receiving the final documentation (which were all dated shortly after the install but recieved over 6 weeks later) needed to arrange the SEG, which could be improved. Overall, very happy with the installation and service.

We had a meeting with a representative of uk ENERGI who went through all the details of installation and went into depth of aspects of the savings and what to expect and explained all our questions so we decided to go ahead we were not disappointed the scaffolding went up without a hitch and the installation went smoothly without any bother needlessly to say the system is quite brilliant and we could see savings immediately could not wish for more everything went smoothly and we are highly delighted with our purchase which was a very competitive quote thank you uk energi

From the very first contact with Harry, through designing the system and installation, everyone were so friendly, helpful and professional. After installation, queries regarding getting the MCS certificate and MPAN from the DNO were handled efficiently by the after sales team. All in all a 5 star service and the system is working well.

Extremely happy customer July 2024 and after receiving quotes from 5 solar companies I decided to go with Ukenergi based in Doncaster. They were the only company to do a site visit and were fairly local to me. TBH I expected a high price to cover that cost and possibly a pushy salesperson. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Tracy was with us 4 hours planning and discussing our requirements. I had lots of questions! We ended up with a much better option for us due to the site visit. I would have had less panels with other companies who hadn’t considered putting the panels on different aspects of our roof. I told them I wanted panels on my garage only so this is what other companies quoted for. Tracy gave us other options to consider. She wasn’t pushy. Initially I wanted 2 batteries. Obviously it was our decision to make however she suggested that as we are low users one battery would likely be sufficient and we could always add another later although it would be dearer than having 2 batteries initially. She hid nothing regarding pricing and was very open and honest. The overall price was competitively priced taking in to consideration the extra panels. We took the plunge and our panels were installed a couple of weeks later. Ukenergi took care of the application for the DNO and we had nothing to do. Communication is excellent and they are always available to answer any questions. The installation went well and whilst the electrician had a difficult install he couldn’t have been more helpful. Everyone did an excellent job with all wiring neatly secured. They left the site clean and tidy. The electrician stayed late and then came back day after to finalise the set up for us. The only slight issue was with the scaffolding company that they use. They caught our garage door with the scaffold poles and left a couple of small scratches. Ukenergi took ownership and dealt with the issue to our satisfaction. Ukenergi could not have dealt with this any better and I am extremely happy with the way they dealt with the issue. I highly recommend Ukenergi and if it hadn’t been for the scaffolders this would have been the perfect install. Their pricing is competitive, customer service exceptional and workmanship also excellent. I am still happy with no issues and have no regrets going with this company. I still highly recommend them almost a year later.

UK Energi were very professional from start to finish.They clearly explained how the tailored solar system would work and backed it up with an illustration of how it would perform. UK Energi installed a solar and battery system at my home. From the initial home visit to scope and quote for the job through to installation UK Energi were professional, knowledgable and responded quickly to all my questions throughout the process. When I had an issue connecting to the inverter via the app following install UK Energi returned to my home and resolved the issue quickly with no quibble. Almost a year on from install, I am happy with the performance and quality the installed equipment.

UK Energi have been superb! The installation of my solar panels and battery was done effectively and efficiently and the engineer gave me a very good comprehensive explanation of the capabilities of the system and the matrices I needed to understand and keep track of. When I switched my electricity tariff to an export tariff with my supplier UK Energi helped me setup my inverter to take optimum advantage of revenue generation from the panels and battery. Their communications have been very effective and helpful and I always know I can speak to someone if I ever have a problem. I would wholeheartedly recommend UK Energi, especially if this is your first dip into solar.

Josh, who put together our quote and talked us through the offer, was lovely – no pressure at all, just genuinely helpful with a cracking deal. Really nice company to deal with. The advisor was great and understood my situation, didn't rush and was happy to work around my schedule for calls and emails. The installers were good and explained some changes they recommended and most importantly, why they recommended them. Aftercare so far has been very good with quick replies and easy to understand explanations. Would I recommend? Yes. Prices are average (not a bad thing!) but the process and care is what makes UK Energi the company to use.

I have had my solar panels 9 months now. I have 12 panels and 2 battery system. The installation was fast and efficient and more such a neat professional job. Regarding the advantages of the panel I have been amazed. I was sceptical about them, but since March this year I have received covered the gas and electric charges including standing charge, plus received a credit every month as well. Totally recommend these guys.

I would like to give UKENERGI a 5 star rating they have been great from the outset, speaking to Harry about the system, he was informative, polite and answered any and all questions that I had. I went to UK ENERGI following a positive outcome by my brother who also had an installation. We were the furthest south (Oxfordshire) that they had done an installation but seemed to take it in their stride arranging the install. Carl, Scott, Brad and Lewis who fitted the system, very professional and friendly, 15 solar panels, Sig inverter and battery and gateway, lovely bunch of lads and Jen in the office was very helpful when booking in the installation helping juggle things around to suit a day I was able to take annual leave. Excellent customer service guys, keep up the good work !!! 😁

Had UKEnergi install a 8.5KWh solar and battery system along with a car charger in May 2025. The initial quotation phase was very good and the advisor very receptive to our queries. The initial planning application to get solar installed went through within 2 weeks and the install was booked shortly after. The install was completed very quickly, with a couple half days for scaffold build/dismantle, and one full day for the main install which included removal of an old small solar system that came with the house. The system seems to perform as expected and meets our needs, although we are yet to experience performance throughout colder months. We had a minor dispute after the install regarding a broken roof tile, noticed some time after the install. We initially had to pay an independent roofer to have it repaired in an effort to prevent any water damage from the hole left in our roof. UKEnergi did refund us the cost of the repair in the end. Accidents do happen, but what matters is the way it is dealt with, so ultimately this is a positive review. Point of interest if considering having solar installed; you require an MCU certificate to be issued after install in order to go on to an export tariff with your energy provider and be paid for excess electricity you export back to the grid. We were originally told this would be up to 6 weeks, but was actually closer to 9 weeks, which resulted in a lot of exported electricity for which we got nothing. Not a specific issue to EnergiUK as the certification is reliant on a third party, but something to be aware of when being quoted expected project timelines.

UK Energi recently fitted Solar, battery storage, new fuse board and an EV charger at my property. The price was amazing and service was 100%. System was installed quickly and very carefully, every step of the way my input and opinion was asked for. I was expecting UK Energi to be one of the more expensive but was very competitive for what was a much better system and met all my technical requirements. Very happy, and 2 weeks on we've not paid for a single unit of electricity!

Looked at getting full solar system for a few months and after seven plus quotes and gathering as much information as possible & still feeling sceptical on the information & quoted prices given & being inflated etc , then Ukenergi popped up & they were great in winning my trust with honest , thorough information aswell as a great price which was all down to Harry initially, he was on hand throughout the whole process , thanks again Harry for being a fine genuine guy and great honest salesman. I've recently had a solar and battery installation with UKEnergi and have been very impressed from start to finish. I had 11 Aiko 450w panels and the 8kw Sigenergy all in one battery. They've been in for about 6weeks and all our energy needs have been met by the system. From first contact with Harry via an online meeting I knew that I was dealing with a knowledgeable and professional company. Harry was very responsive to all my questions and signposted me to independent reviews of all the tech involved. Evan then came out for a survey of the house to check that everything with the initial quote was appropriate, again very professional and thorough. Clover scaffolding were great with Sam and Tom and very amenable to put the scaffolding in the arrangement that best suited our needs. The installers Ethan and Ryan were fantastic and I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to do such a good job, all looks great with the sleek black panels, bird guard and cables running down the back of the house. Manny the electrician again did a brilliant job installing the battery and explained everything to me before leaving. We ended up having enough space for an additional panel which Chris the director sorted out for me and we were able to maximise the output of the system. The Sigenergy system is excellent, lots of safety features, great app, all built in to one unit and we're able to add more storage later if needed. I would highly recommend UKEnergi to anyone looking for a solar and battery installation. I got 5 quotes ranging from a UK energy supplier, some national installers and more local firms. UK energi came out on top and I'd use them again.

My main energy supplier ( a leading uk name) were having difficulty in establishing an SEG export tariff for my new seperate Uk Energi Solar & battery installation in difference to my existing FIT payments from an older seperate system (seperate MPAN).Incredibly UK Energi’s Jennifer (head of compliance) proactively contacted my Energy supplier directly and it is now being sorted. This is way over and above expectations and another great example of UK energi’s service excellence for which I’m very grateful.

Very happy with my solar system from UK Energi. From the Initial visit with Tracy who talked me though everything, did all the measurements and talked me through the system I could have and answered my questions. Eventually agreed on 9 solar panels and a 10KWH battery system which was a lot cheaper than octopus 7 panels only quote. Everything was planned well and I was kept in the loop via emails as to when the scaffolding was due to be installed and the actual system install date, took 1 day to install. A bonus was that it turns out I could actually squeeze another 2 panels onto my roof space which the workers informed me of and asked if I would be interested in doing, given I'd already paid the price for scaffolding and the workers to install the system it was a no brainer to say yes while they were here and I got a good price to fit the panels and optimizers. Another plus for UK Energi and their workforce was that while installing the panels they found some cracked tiles what would have been under the panels. Instead of leaving them, they swapped them out for tiles that weren't broken from other parts of my roof and did it so that all the broken tiles where now on the bottom row of on my kitchen roof. This allowed me to then go replace them without having to go up a ladder and onto the main roof. Very helpful in my opinion. Did have a sight issue with that the battery wouldn't work when trying to set it up, the electrician did all he could but been late Friday evening it had to wait till Monday to be sorted ( turns out it just needed a firmware update after they contacted the manufacture ) In short, I'm very happy with the system they have fitted, been up and running now for just over 1 month and I haven’t used any power from the grid, pay back time is just under 10 years.

I started looking for solar quotes back in Feb2025. Got quotes from 3-4 diff companies including UKEnergi. Harry Hunt gave a detailed description/analysis based on my house needs and future requirements in mind. He also gave options for diff tech on offer (in terms of solar panels, battery & inverter solutions). After careful consideration, I make a deal with UKEnergi to do the solar installation. Installation carried out on 01April 2025. You can imagine how much time did I spend on my research and carefully selecting the installer. That turned out to be the best decision at the end. UKEnergi was thoroughly professional in their approach to work & after sales support as well. I had been in contact with them for some time after my installation (till i get my MCS Certificate). They were helpful and professional all this time and would recommend them to my close contacts.

From start to finish the whole experience of dealing with UKEnergi was a pleasure. Harry was very patient and took all the time required to explain the different options and pros/cons of the different approaches. On the day of fitting the team went out of their way to ensure that we were completely happy with the installation. Overall I've had a great experience with UK Energi, right from making the first enquiry in Nov 24, to selecting them for my Solar and Battery Installation, right through through to it being up and running in February. Come May 25, I'm now generating NET +£50/month on an import/export tariff. They were very flexible with the design and options to suit me, and also with the installation which was a very neat, unobtrusive and professionally done. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They took a long time to ensure my needs were properly ascertained and researched honest answers to my, sometimes difficult, questions. The installation met my exacting standards - initially there were a few minor issues but these were quickly resolved (the company CEO even paid a personal visit during installation). I had a tiny issue with guttering after the installation which was fixed immediately, so aftercare also proven to be excellent. I am now truly delighted with my solar system- thank you UKEnergi.

The team from the start of initial enquiry have been professional throughout. There was no hard sales (which I experienced from another company). Also considering the cost was very competitive. I got in touch with UK Energi because I was looking into purchasing some batteries for my home because I’ve gone all electric but my radiators cost a fortune to heat my house up, I spoke with 6 companies and they all sell different makes of batteries then I started realising this is going to be a headache picking the right batteries and the right company, I spent over a week constantly reviewing all these models and many hours on YouTube. I spoke with Harry at UK Energi over a three week period and he explained everything and I told him about my bill and my day to day usage. To cut this review down the electricians installed everything and it all went smoothly, Harry kept in touch through the process and has even rang me twice since the install to check I’m happy with everything. It is an investment but definitely worth it for me now I’m looking at my bill, I will be in touch with him again once money builds up in the bank to purchase some solar panels. I had several companies around for quotations after doing a lot of research in to what we needed.Watching you tube , reading articles on line there is so much information out there some true and some misinformation so what do you listen too and trust?. We decided to go with UK Energi, because of the professionalism from the start of the process. Paul the surveyor came round to talk me and he listened to what I wanted, Paul than went through the All the checks with property that need to be done to ensure that the information he provided was accurate . This reassured us as no other company went so in-depth with a survey, Paul than went through the options which would be most suitable to our needs and what we wanted.He listened to us and did not push or try selling us equipment we didn't need,or push us to buy there and then .We decided to go ahead with the install.The company kept in touch via email and telephone letting me know what was happening and when the install would be happening and who would be doing it . On the day of the install Carl and Scott the panel installers arrived on time and explained what they would doing and talked to me with respect, and they did a fantastic job on the installation it looks amazing.Whilst they where installing the panels I ask if I could increase the number of panels ,this is when I received the best customer service from Reece .He drove and delivered the extra equipment needed to ensure a smooth installation.All the electrics where carried out by James, another star explained what he was doing and why, and did a very tidy install and talked me through all the equipment I needed to know. The day after the install I received a courtesy call from Reece just asking if all was OK and if I needed any assistance in anyway with the equipments or app . We are so glad we went with UK Energi a great company with outstanding customer service and a team of people who care .

Absolutely abysmal from day 1 of starting the project Wanted an enphase system and they said they specialised in it so I went with them They didn't have certification to install enphase so that was a month wasted They then got the scaffolding wrong 3 times forgetting to put in a point of entry onto the roof, each visit was another week of delay so that was already almost a month My living room and garden was cluttered with electrical equipment during this time Once the works started, there were constant issues of missing parts and forgotten cables which added months of delay Once everything was finally up and running I requested for compensation for the delays which was mandated in our contract, they then ignored settlement figures and had to try and deal with an extremely childish member of staff, Peter Ryalls, and tried to back peddle for another few months until they tried to take me to court, of which they then finally agreed to a settlement figure Absolutely bonkers company, and I'm still waiting on an MCS for export, this all started in January. I had a choice between them and Heatable, should've paid a bit more and gone with the more professional company

Outstanding from start to finish! Throughout the entire process, every single person I have spoken with at UK Energi has been polite, helpful and professional. The salesman, Paul, was friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike other companies, who quote online using maps, Paul visited us in person. He obtained measurements of the roof and property to ensure the sizing of the installation quoted was as accurate as possible. Paul then worked with us subsequently to ensure we had a system that would deliver for our needs. Following the discussions with Paul, we then had a query about the quote documentation. So, I contacted the office and was able to discuss my query with Jenny, who was again friendly and helpful despite my undoubtedly silly questions! Once our deposit was paid, we then had the pleasure of speaking with Peter, who was our project manager. Peter ensured we had the right information relating to scaffolding installation, timings for the onsite team doing the installation and subsequent scaffolding removal. Again, just as with everyone else at UK Energi, Peter was happy to handle my queries, responding to text messages past normal working hours where warranted. And so we reached the installation. The Scaffolders were prompt and on time.. and fast! The scaffolding was installed both front and rear of the property in under 3 hours, and the team were friendly with it. On the day of installation, the UK Energi van with the roofers and the equipment to be installed on the roof arrived, again promptly. They wasted no time at all in getting set up, checking the scaffolding, unloading the various fittings for the panels and getting started. It should come as no surprise that the roofers were just as friendly as their other colleagues in UK Energi. A couple of hours later, the electrician arrived to begin the inverter and battery installation. Equally friendly and helpful, he explained certain aspects of the installation to my enquiring mind, and additionally worked with me to ensure that I could leverage a wired network connection to my house for the inverter instead of a wireless one. The installation of the equipment on the wall was completed exceptionally neatly. The on-site team worked fantastically together, and the only delay for the electrician at the end was with some niggles commissioning the system with Givenergy. By great fortune, the first full day of the system being installed was a sunny one, and the impact of this on my electricity consumption was dramatic, with large parts of my day seeing the smart meter reporting usage of electricity at 0! The scaffolding was removed a couple of weeks later. This is longer than normal due to the Scaffolders having a week's holiday in the mix, however it was no inconvenience to us. The part of the process that is out of UK Energi's control is that with the DNO, who are responsible for issuing the certification and documentation that permits setup of an export tariff. At time of leaving this review (1 month after installation), we are still waiting for this documentation. I understand that this is far from uncommon, however this has absolutely not stopped Jenny at UK Energi coming to the rescue! Jenny has been pushing the DNO (even including me in the email trail!) to get this for me as quickly as possible. Given all the other interactions so far, I've no doubt that this, too, will be resolved very soon. My most sincere and exuberant thanks to all involved in delivering this significant project for us.

I had great experience with UK Energi from start to finish! They were honest, upfront and informative with me during the survey. They installed the solar pannels quickly and with minimal disruption and now nearly all my electricity is covered by the pannels! They were happy to answer to follow up questions and overall, everything cost a lot less than I anticipated!
