Very polite people very professional minimum disruption explained everything to me and explained how it works etc highly recommended to any body who needs a boiler.staff was easy going and listened to you when you had questions they answered them when iever you asked.will recommend to sny body who needs a boiler

I have just had two lovely friendly engineers fit me a boiler josh the apprentice was very good he really got stuck in fitting the outside pipes and helping to fit the boiler and cleaning up as he finished what he was doing they were both nice and respectful and did a really good clean up when finished very satisfied with the whole experience thank you very much

Absolutely brilliant service came to do my mums new boiler the lads who came were so lovely and polite my mum is deaf and she felt so happy with their service .they left no mess covered carpets amazing service would highly recommend these guys 👌

I honestly can't praise this company enough. We needed a total refit of our heating and from start to finish they have been a pleasure to work with, from the first survey with Richard and communication from Rob in the office . The lads that came to do the heating refit worked flat out, they didn't stop all day. The electricians came the following day to wire everything up and again i have nothing but good things to say. Everything was left clean and tidy. We are so happy with the work that has been done and every member of the team that was in our house are a massive credit to your company.

We had some Solar Panels installed on our house and Scarbrook provided and excellent service from start to finish. I was updated with timelines from James and the workman cleaned up and explained the work done. Highly recommend.

Came to fit me a new boiler, Michael who installed the boiler was an absolute star, professional, courteous and even came back when I couldn't get the boiler to work and explained everything to me perfectly. David the electrician absolute amazing service, prompt, professional and an all round star. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Avoid at all costs, came to fit a new boiler.. the state of the holes they left in the wall have only caused more issues allowing the cold and other unwanted rodents access to our property which ultimately has made the situation 10x worse!! We aren't talking a small hole here.. 6" square around the boiler pipes.. with no easy access to fill them! Absolute cowboys!! I'm pretty sure there are regulatory standards when it comes to fitting a brand new boiler that aren't adhered to here.. and corners have been cut to finish the job quicker and get home early!! Thanks for nothing!!

The state this company has left my terminaly ill mums after a boiler installed is disgusting. Black sluge from radiators up walls, mess all over and after asking to help tidy up they refused and left all the mess. Poor quality service. Avoid at all costs

Said that have called at my property to install carbon monoxide detector on Friday 10th march for Rotherham council I waited in all day nobody came to my address .that would have done well to get on my street that day cos neighbours could not get out due to amount of snow why send letters out and lie phoned up on 10th march at 4.52 to ask why nobody has been no answer left message no reply inept

I rang Rob the plumber with a query about a fault on my boiler. He talked me through the procedure and it was up and running on 5 minutes. I can't recommend Scarbrook Plumbing highly enough. Thanks.

What can one say about this company that as not already been said. The guys turned up early, always a good sign. They were professional from start to finish. The job looks great, they even cleaned up when they had finished. . Just great..

Absolutely great company to do business with. We were moving house to Brayton and the heating system needed the back boiler taking out and a new combi boiler replacement. Richard recommended having the radiators replaced as well to prevent future problems with rust and debris that could be in the system due to its age. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner. Three heating engineers arrived early in the morning and the whole system replaced within the day and the old taken out and removed. The chimney breast where the back boiler was taken out was bricked up and plastered. The whole area was then cleaned and all the debris removed. We would fully recommend this company.

Trying to leave me over the weekend without any means of hot water which legally they aren't allowed to do. The boiler was only installed in January so please tell me why a Fault message has appeared on my boiler and won't dissappear after resetting it? If this doesn't get resolved with in 24hrs I will be taking it further. I phoned up at 11:24am and nothing has been resolved. If I could rate a zero I would 😡

Had a new heating system fitted on March 25th 2022. 3 guys came got on with job did a good tidy job worked all day until job completed. Highly recommend this company 😊👍 top guys. Well done fellas

Used Scarbrook for grandparents new boiler they were fantastic couldn’t have asked for better. Phil and Rick were caring and polite, even brought an electric heater so they didn’t get cold whilst the heating was off. Would highly recommend great service and professionalism throughout from enquiry to completion.

Waning.. This company cannot be trusted to stick to any arrangements made. Absolutely diabolical service. Had an appointment arranged to service Boiler on an empty property. We were given a time slot of 10am to 2pm. No problem with that but we explained that as the property was empty we would need at least 30 minutes notice to enable us to get to the property to let them in. They guaranteed that they would call us an hour before they arrived. Having had no call we decided to go to the property and arrived at just before 1pm to find a card pushed through the door saying we had missed the appointment at 11.20am. We called them immediately and were told they had tried to call but nobody answered. This is absolutely a lie as we had our phones with us contantly all morning. The guy who answered the phone was very unhelpful and had a don't care less attitude. Despite still being within the time slot they had given they wouldn't revisit and said they couldn't come until at least the end of March. We refused and we will be booking with an different company.

I highly recommend this company after they fitted my new boiler this week. Excellent communications prior to work being carried out, all times and dates quoted were spot on . James and Mike were the men who carried out the work and from start to finish were exemplary , very professional and friendly , fully explained everything before leaving. well done Scarbrook thank you

In the past, I've had dealings with Scarbrook on behalf of my mother and have been very pleased with the customer service and work carried out. Now I want to get in touch regarding options for a central heating system for my own home and they just don't call back!! I first called on Wed 4/12 and spoke to an electrician who said he would get someone to call the following day. I called back late afternoon and left a voice message, no response. I left another voice message late Friday afternoon - nothing. My husband called on Tuesday 10/12 and left another voice message - still nothing. Maybe they don't need the business. I've contacted other plumbing and heating providers who have been on the ball and we are making good progress to replacing our system.

Fantastic job installed new boiler and radiators in the whole house. Great lads very friendly did a great job from start to finish no problems whatsoever ever I would highly recommend the company thank you to all concerned.

very difficult to get through on phone, just rings then goes voicemail but left message but no call back, so left second message today, lets wait and see. been 10 days and still no callback, despite reminder from them saying boiler service due. WONT BE USING AGAIN and definatley not reccomending anymore

Avoid like the plague....they ignore warranty and after 3 weeks of no heating and limited hot water, trying to get them out I've had to claim on my home insurance!

Excellent Job. My old boiler died a sudden death. Phoned on the Wednesday and they fitted my new boiler on the Friday. They turned up when expected and left the room much tidier then when they arrived. Excellent service would recommend to anyone after first class workmanship.

I live on a council estate in Rotherham where we get District Heating . The Council had all our Estate Refurbished with new boilers, pipes and radiators ....Mark and Gavin , or Gavin and Mark did my heating , they did a wonderful job, very clean and tidy....They really got on with the work .even put polythene down on all my fitted carpets ....All pipes are covered with this white plastic casing ,and look really nice .....Never been as warm......Well done to all the men concerned ....JOB WELL DONE LADS ...
