Tom and is colleague arrived on time and cracked on with the installation straight away. The work was neat and tidy and they both cleaned up after completing all the drilling. Both units were installed to my requirements and work perfectly. Tom was helpful throughout the process and showed me how to maintain and run the system effectively.

Firstly, my bottom line is, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom and his company. I contacted Tom as I was in need of an air-conditioning unit for my elderly Mothers bedroom as she was really struggling in the current heat. Tom was very cordial, friendly and helpful and put me at ease immediately without all the nonsense bluff sales stuff you get these days.. He was frank and to the point without dancing around. He followed through with what he said and he came to visit the next day on Friday and discussed what would be suitable for our application without being pushy. I'm an engineer so I was quite sensitive to being "overly sold" something and I felt Tom was honest and explained things clearly. It was a quick decision to go ahead and his quote was VERY fair indeed. I said we needed it quickly which he noted and he called me later to say they'd been a cancellation and he could come on the Monday, that's was brilliant. Indeed he arrived as he said he would and cracked on with the job, no messing around. Less than three hours and he was done, perfect.. Cleaned around thoroughly, put things back as they were, job done.. You couldn't ask for more than that. No issues at all, very professional, clearly he knows his stuff and what he is doing without a doubt. I have asked him to quote for another unit sometime as I so impressed.. My 94y old mom is over-the-moon with the result of her much colder room and she is thoroughly enjoying the air-conditioning experience and how she now feels, in a much better mood. So so grateful to Tom for getting our air conditioning units installed well before all this heat hit so hard. We’ve been enjoying comfortable nights of sleep with our brilliant Fujitsu units in the bedrooms. If the hot weather has tempted you to get some AC for future hot uncomfortable nights then Tom is who you need to talk to. Polite, efficient, timely and knowledgeable.

We needed a new heating system for a community day nursery and asked for advice about air conditioning. Tom came for a site survey and advised an excellent system, with a detailed written quote next day. He and his team worked a weekend to avoid disruption and did a well planned and really tidy installation, which works perfectly. I can’t recommend Tom enough, absolutely amazing service. I needed an air conditioning unit installing, I asked several companies for quotes but Tom was the only one who actually came round, looked at the job properly and gave me an accurate quote. I have been using Tom at long life heating for the past 10 years, and in all this time he has always done his absolute best to sort any of our problems out. As a landlord he also manages the gas safety certificates for my properties and he is always so polite with our tenants. Tom came to view the job we wanted doing and discussed all our options before committing, he turned up on time every day and did exactly what we'd requested, which was to remove the old combi boiler from the bathroom and fit a new one in the loft, the job ran over a bit but the price we were quoted didn't alter. As I’m based abroad I was a little concerned with trying to arrange to have my boiler and radiators replaced, however apart from one minor hiccup with understanding the position of the gas meter these concerns were not needed. We had our standard boiler replaced with a combi, also moved from downstairs to upstairs.Tom had numerous challenges to overcome during the installation including re-routing our gas pipes due to a leak which he overcame and did an absolutely fantastic job.

My boiler went down with a fualt that could not be fixed by another gas engineer so I called longlife gas and heating who was very responsive he confirmed the boiler could not be fixed but thankfully got me booked in and a new boiler fitted in a very short time frame and the job was done to a high standard ,very clean and I would highly recomend thankyou

We called Tom as our radiators weren't working, he gave us options of either trying to fix our 20 year old boiler or fitting a new one. We chose to have a new one and were quoted on the same day. He fitted us in the week after and came at the time he said he was going to. He was polite and tidy and just got on with the job, even though our boiler is in an awkward place! After he'd fitted the boiler and new radiator valves he made sure they were all working and explained everything throughly. He even re grouted our bath tiles, even though that wasn't part of the job and I hadn't asked him to! He left the house and outside area clean and tidy and we would definitely use him again and recommended him to anyone!!

My grandmother also need her boiler fitted and was very wary of who she used. I used longlife heating when our boiler was condemned by British gas , Tom came to quote and discussed the options we had , we were booked in and had a new boiler fitted the following week , I cannot recommend longlife heating enough from quote to installation they were very professional , I will certainly be using again

Changed all radiators, gave the boiler a service. Tom was very friendly and kept the house clean putting dust sheets where he was working. He also explained everything he was doing and kept us informed would recomment their services. - Kev

Tom was recommended to me on a Facebook page, when desperately trying to find someone to help my grandma install a cooker after curry’s refused to install. Tom came as soon as possible and assessed the situation, he caught a gas leak in my grandmas property, and capped it, keeping her safe which I will forever be grateful for. Due to issues at the property, Tom had to return a week later to install the cooker and my grandma is very happy with his service, his reasonable prices, and how polite and communicative he was. Definitely recommend!

I had a boiler installed a couple months ago. Tom squeezed me in last minute as i was in a house with no heating, with x2 young children. He was kind enough to move a few things around to get me back up and running with hot water and heating ASAP, given the low temperatures i was very grateful of this! Him and his worker were on time, clean and tidy when working and completed the job quickly. Given the urgency of my situation Tom could have inflated his prices to line his own pocket, but he did not do this and kept this prices at his standard rates. Will use again for all future plumbing needs. Highly Recommend!

I phoned Tom after seeing his post on fb I arranged for him to fit an outside tap for my mum he got there at the time he said and mum says he was brilliant above and beyond so yes I would definatly recommend this company thankyou tom

Tom and the team done a fantastic job couldn’t be happier (rads, kitchen and bathroom plumbing). Nice lads and deffo know what they doing. Price was competitive too. Had a last minute hiccup with my plasterer and asked if Tom could do all the rads pipework but remove the rads after so I could finish plastering. Agreed he’ll pop in in a couple of weeks when the walls ready and put the rads back on. As mentioned all the work was done quickly and professioanlly. Can definitely recommend to anyone regardless of the scope of work A+++
