Victor was very professional, He identified the problem immediately. His work is very thorough he made sure everything was check before leaving my 88 year old Mam with her heating on. Carnt Thank you enough Victor . My son in law is a gas engineer but unfortunately due to severe back pain could not be there and told me the work would of cost 3 times more with British gas.

Victor was quick efficient and flexible. The work to install a new radiator and bathroom tap looks great. 👍

We have worked together with Heatflowtech Ltd on two projects to date. One involved a full heating installation for an HMO property with six bedrooms, including complete pipework, system connections, and radiator installation. The second project included the installation of shower units. All work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The systems are fully operational with no leaks, good circulation, and everything functioning as intended. Reliable, skilled, and professional workmanship. We would highly recommend.

We had a burst pipe due to freezing temperatures, and Victor truly saved us. He arrived urgently, fixed everything quickly and professionally, and charged a very reasonable price. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend his services

Great service from start to finish. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Explained everything clearly and did an excellent job. Took the time to explain the work and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Friendly, prompt and affordable service. Kept me updated the whole way through the work and sent pictures without being prompted.

We recently used HEATFLOW TECH Ltd to renovate our kitchen in preparation for fitting our new freestanding units, and Victor was outstanding from start to finish. He managed the entire project with great care and attention to detail. Victor completed the re-wiring of all sockets, switches and the cooker, neatly channelling cables to keep everything tidy. His communication throughout was excellent—he regularly checked in on specific details to ensure everything was installed exactly how we wanted it. The plumbing was also transformed. Our water meter had originally been fitted inside a cupboard with a tangled network of pipes, but Victor tidied all the pipework, combined the dishwasher outlet and sink waste, and made the whole area far more practical. He also installed the washing machine in what will become our laundry room. Porcelain floor tiles were fitted beautifully, the walls were freshly plastered, and the old ceiling was removed and replaced with a new, perfectly finished one. Victor has very high standards and clearly aims for lasting quality rather than quick fixes. I would trust him to do a fantastic job on any future project. Highly recommended!

Viktor and his team did an exceptionally good job on our bathroom renovation from start to finish. Viktor helped us to revise our plans, provided clear costings and timelines and then got on with it. His team did a great job and the quality of the work and particularly the attention to detail was top drawer. He responded to our feedback and made sure the finished product was exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

Victor transformed our spare bedroom into a wonderful bathroom, and managed the entire project throughout. What could have been a stressful undertaking, was instead straightforward and stress free. Victor took care of everything from start to finish. The quality of work speaks for itself. You can see the photos showing the progress. Starting as a pretty dreadful spare bedroom, we now have a magnificent bathroom, finished to an exceptionally high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victor and his team. Indeed, we will be hiring him again for further renovations. For a stress free, high quality experience, I don't think you could do better.

The team were efficient, polite and friendly. They went extra mile to fit the boiler and all its parts in the small place I had available. And they left my kitchen clean! Amazing workmanship.
