Great service. Was able to identify and solve the issue over the phone to keep me going until I was able to get the part on the boiler replaced. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and use again.

We have contacted Sure Safe Boilers on a number of occasions and have always experienced first class service. Having a young family including a newborn baby it was important that we had someone look at our boiler in a timely manner. Thomas was very prompt and came to assess the problem straight away. Any faults with our boiler were identified and fixed asap. An excellent company who went above and beyond. I would recommend their work and I will definitely be availing of their services again.

Great customer service. My boiler broke down and as two sets of engineers were unable to fix the problem, I contacted Thomas. He called out very quickly and resolved the problems with the boiler. He sourced and installed the new parts without any issues. Thomas delivers a very professional and efficient service.

We contacted Sure Safe Boilers late on a Saturday afternoon after finding our boiler was leaking water. Thomas was very easy to get in contact with and despite it being late afternoon he helped us stem the issue until he arrived at the property. Thomas was with us less an an hour after we called. He was able to resolve the issue and get our boiler repaired. Overall Thomas provided a professional and efficient service and would highly recommend. Since the initial call Thomas has also kept in contact to ensure everything was in working order.

Highly reccomend. Called with a boiler issue late in the evening and helped us within minutes with no issues.

An employee helped us within minutes when we had no warm water, he took time out off his evening to help. I will definitely ring this company again if i have a problem.

I rang Thomas at 22:00 as I had no hot water or heating. He was out in 15 mins. And had everything sorted quick as lightning. He was so friendly and professional and gave me great tips to sort things when the system gets airlocked. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone. Thank you Thomas. Very much appreciated.
