KD Heating and Plumbing Ltd gets mostly positive reports, with several reviewers happy with boiler work and plumbing jobs. Some describe Kenny as polite, helpful and good at solving problems, and one says he came out quickly when a boiler stopped working. Others say bathrooms and heating systems were fitted well and that the work was tidy. A few reviewers report serious problems, though: one says a radiator job left leaks and pipes they thought looked awful, and another says a problem was not fixed properly and the person did not return to put it right. One reviewer also describes rude customer service from the lady at reception.
Wouldn't waste your time even contacting them. The lady at reception needs some serious training in customer service. Beyond rude!
Fast, efficient service fitting new boiler. Great standard of work. Used this company for smaller plumbing jobs in the past and have always been very satisfied.
Kenny changed our radiators, we heard the hoover going but thourght nothing of it.on completion of the job we were pressed for time so assumed everything was OK On our return at 9pm we discovered he had had a major water problem. The upstairs carpet was not wet but shaking along with towels he helped himself to as well. We spoke to his son the next day who seemed unaware if the problem. Kenny failed to even offer to have some one come In to help remove the water It seems to me he is better to be avoided. I now use a different plumber and cannot recommend Kenny at all.
Kenny ripped out my bathroom and fitted a brand new one, so happy with the work great job, will go to Kenny for all my plumbing work in the future!
Dependable,polite and efficient.

Our boiler stopped working on Sunday and Kenny came to make sure that we had heat until he could order a new boiler. Boiler ordered Monday and installed Wednesday. I would happily recommend.
Called in a slight panic as my heating packed in! The response was immediate, the professionalism of the job was spot on and completed with a really quick time frame. Would definitely be using this company again 👌 thank you again for all your help 😁
Won't go to anyone else. Excellent. Always happy to give advice on any issues, get my boiler serviced every year. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Kenny came to replumb and fit a new TRV to a radiator in my house. The radiator is really prominent and is what you see as you walk up the stairs. Of the two pipes to it Kenny used copper on the short one but plastic on the longer run. It looks awful waving its way across the spindles on the staircase. When the heating was refilled there were leaks in the attic. Kenny returned twice that day as water was coming through the kitchen ceiling. Sadly, it is still leaking. He promised that it would be fixed and the TRV would be fitted but I’ve heard nothing – really disappointed with him.
On Monday night I found that my sink was completely blocked. So I used a plunger to try and clear it. Broke the seal on the plughole which emptied the sink onto my kitchen floor. Kenny came to my house first thing on Tuesday and fixed the sink - however - he noticed the plumbing was still blocked. He inspected all the drains in our property and managed to source the problem out. Delighted - Kenny has a great attitude and sound problem solving experience - he persevered with his investigation into the old plumbing pipes we have in our property until he got to the bottom of it! Thoroughly recommend.
My 85 year old Mum's boiler broke down late on a Friday night, I called Kenny totally out of the blue at 9:35 the following Saturday morning, explained the situation and he said he would be there within the hour. True to his word he was. Mum's boiler is not exactly a modern contraption, but Kenny persevered, calling his Electrician colleague Iain (who also arrived within minutes)in for further investigation into the cause of the breakdown. Eventually within a couple of hours, bits had been replaced and the boiler was back working. Really cannot Thank and praise the efforts of Kenny that morning. Mum now cosy in her house.. Thanks Kenny-really appreciate what you did for Mum.
