I am a student in college and was looking for experience the guy on the phone was very rude swearing using faulty language.

I returned from my Christmas holiday to find the house freezing cold and the boiler not working. I was very grateful that first Charlie and then Darren came out during their Christmas break to diagnose the problem and explain exactly what was needed. They also lent me electric radiators to tide me over until they were able to replace my 50 year old system with new pipes, radiators, a new boiler and the removal of the water tank in the loft. The work was completed ahead of time in 4 days, everything made good afterwards and the cost very much in line with my expectations. I am very happy with the boiler replacement that RP&H provided. The team were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me regarding my many questions. The quality of work was very high, and the price was very competitive.

Darren and his son helped fix a small issue for us last year, before we booked them for a larger job - a full boiler and tank replacement as part of our loft conversion. Really impressed with their professionalism and flexibility. Loving our new setup and great water pressure, would certainly recommend.

So, I was awaken at 4 in the morning with a hot house and my outside AC Condenser screaming, called Reading HVAC they came out same day found and repaired the problem quickly at a great price. Dan the Service Tech, was honest and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Dan instructed me as to what to look out for and offered me several options for the future for when and if other problems arise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well Done

Darren diagnosed the problem with our shower by phone and photos and Charlie came out and installed our new shower. He arrived on time, was neat and tidy, and very professional. All the mess was cleared and the old shower taken away. The new shower now works perfectly.

Darren and his son installed and new hot water tank as our pressure was poor. They arrived on time everyday cleaned up and left place spotless we’re totally professional through out and when the new system exposed weaknesses in the pipe work elsewhere they were on hand to sort them out no worries at all. I couldn’t recommend this company enough
