Excellent service from the guys at 360! They gave me an afternoon appointment and rang me to say they were on their way. Cut off and capped the gas supply to my gas fire which I was going to remove but even took my old fireplace surround and hearth away and put it in my skip. A very reasonable price and I would certainly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

We asked for a full remodel of our en-suite, also increasing the size, so we required all trades, joinery, plastering, electrics, tiling, and plumbing. It was extremely well organised and everything went to schedule. Craig kept us fully informed. All the works carried out were exceptional, fantastic tiling, all the bathroom fittings that we picked were fitted perfectly and we are thrilled with the final result. Top quality installation work of a Veissmann Vitodens 100 boiler by Craig & Dan; professional yet friendly; efficient and quick, but took the time to set and explain controls. Very satisfied with everything.

I was recommended Craig about 6 yrs ago to install a new bathroom. Was not disappointed. Craig arranged everything from tilers to joiners to complete the work. From that experience we have used Craig for replacing our boiler (which he maintains every year.) to even small jobs like replacing a tap. I have recommended Craig to friends who have also had new bathrooms or boiler replacement or repair.

Craig and the team did a brilliant job for us. They replaced all our TRVs, installed a new boiler, fixed the electric heating element on our hot water cylinder, and replaced the cold water tank. While they were here they also spotted another leaking pipe and sorted it out free of charge, which was much appreciated. After the boiler installation, a small pipe developed a leak from the condensate line due to a defective part. Craig came back quickly and replaced it straight away, even though it wasn’t their fault. All in all they went above and beyond. Really professional, reliable, and just genuinely nice guys to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. They fit me in at short notice and replaced my knackered boiler with one they recommended. Turned up on time, left the place tidy and as a bonus already noticed our house is warmer and our energy bills lower (I monitor our spending and usage daily!)

Just had a new boiler fitted by Craig and Dan. Very impressed with their work; they turned up on time, were friendly, professional and within 5 hrs I had a new boiler fitted and working. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing and heating jobs.

Craig is hands down the best tradesperson we have ever had in our home. In love with the finished bathroom and appreciated thought Craig put into details and consulting with us as he went on options. The team he had on the job all did quality work and he ensured proper handovers with them at our home so expectations were clear. Job finished on time and to budget agreed. I usually feel on edge when people are working in my home (especially as I work from home) but Craig and Daniel were so friendly that I genuinely felt relaxed. They also dealt with my many cats darting about around them without complaint! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Absolutely fantastic service. What a great team. Had the bright idea when replacing the boiler to move it and change to wall mounted, and replace the indirect hot water cylinder with a pressurised one in a better location. What a transformation - almost instant hot water all over the house at volume. Been waiting 25 years for this! Very tidy & punctual. 10 out of 10 from us. Highly recommend. Already agreed another job with them.

We were very happy with the excellent work carried out by 360 Plumbing & Heating Solutions. Craig & Daniel were very professional and friendly. They installed a new combi boiler for us and went the extra mile by fitting shelves in both the airing cupboard & the kitchen cupboard that used to house the old boiler. We would highly recommend them in the future.

We needed a new shower fitting so contacted 360 Plumbing & Heating who came out very quickly to assess the job and provide a quote. Work was carried out very soon afterwards to a high standard and I am very pleased with the job they have done. Would recommend and would certainly use them again.

Linda needed a new boiler and 360 came recommended by her plumber CPS GAS, who normally services her boiler. The boiler needed replacing urgently and from the phone call one day, came out and replaced the combi boiler two days later. All work carried out same day. was clean and tidy, sorted out the flue with a new one and the botch job from the previous install. Everything spot on. Came back a few days later to sort out an issue when the cold tap was turned on, air trapper in a filter, all sorted in a minute. When installing they spotted the outside gas pipe fittings had perished and the pipe was moving freely and fixed straight away. I'm enquiring about my boiler and will replace it soon. Would recommend 360 for all your needs,and CPS GAS who recommended them when servicing the combi.

Very respectful of my property (covered my new carpet and staircase). Very clean and tidy workers.
