Very knowledgeable and helpful good job done

Michael recently did a boiler service. It was easy to arrange the date and time and he came when he said he would. He explained what he’d done thoroughly and gave me a copy of the paperwork. He also previously fitted a new hob. He was really helpful in helping me choose the right hob in the first place, then came round when he said he would and fitted it without any problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I found MK Heating & Plumbing through the Gas Safe Register when my mother’s blow-air heating system failed, after contacting many other companies that were unable to assist with that type of system. The service was absolutely first-rate. Came out the same day, were polite and clearly very knowledgeable. Gave the unit a full clean-out and service, which not only fixed the fault (a blocked pilot light injector) but also left the unit in the cleanest, best-maintained, and undoubtedly safest condition it has been in for years.

We’d done the unenviable and bought a house with a host of issues including an ancient noisy boiler and cold radiators. I explained the problem and Michael was more than happy to come only 24 hours later. He sorted the issue really quickly and I couldn’t be happier!! He arrives promptly and cheerfully gets on. He’s clean and tidy and is time efficient. His costs are reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
