Gas fire valve had packed up even even though it was a brand new gas fire fitted 2 years old. These fitters came assessed, sorted the problem. Then reconfigured and paired the remote control for it. One happy customer

Outstanding service from Bearwood Gas Services. Asked them to reinstate a gas fire and service and repair a combi boiler. Both dealt with quickly and efficiently at a cost of a couple of hundred pounds. (Another gas engineer had quoted over £1,500 for the fire alone.) Everything checked and tested to my entire satisfaction before they left. Highly recommended.

Really great service. There were difficulties in getting to the boiler and they went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend.

Poor very poor attitude. I have an appointment at midday. I'm waiting in the house an hour and ten minutes call the company. I ask why nobody has contacted me. "I can come at 2.30". I phoned back and said I'd been waiting in the house for over an hour, a call would have been nice "you can use somebody else". Thanks mate. I responded with "what kind of an attitude is that?". No answer! Lousy

Amazing service. My problem, which I was quoted on with another gas fitter and that was going to cost a small fortune, was resolved on the same day that I called. It's rare these days to find tradesmen who stand by their word and who take pride in doing a good job. I am pleased to say that Bearwood Gas Services are excellent and I recommend them unreservedly. I had a gas fire service today,I have never had one before and was shocked 😨 that the fire was leaking carbon monoxide. I needed a new fire .It just shows how dangerous it can be not servicing your fire annually. I could not recommend this company enough for their professional manner and knowledge.They will definitely be my first call should I need any work doing in the future.

Very good service

Used the engineer team early April after a restaurant relocation. There was no gas in the unit and they were very accommodating and getting our kitchen operations back on track. Rapid service with finding parts and doing a very clean job. Would recommend such service again - thank you from the modé lagos team

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Please be aware of one engineer ( Supha) in this company. I called out the guy to look at my boiler on Thursday as hot water and heating had gone. Call out charge was £40. He left in 5 minutes after checking and messing with boiler to tell me I needed to call gas company as issue with the gas. I called gas company they came and changed meter and everything should have been fine after that. Unfortunately my hot water was back on but not heating which I found bizarre. Called out the same guy from this company. Costing me another £40 he came out and changed batteries on my control panel and left saying heating should be back on in 15-20 mins. I had to call him out once again this time telling me the diverter valve needs changing this will cost £250. I knew something wasn’t right. I rang a family friend in London after FaceTiming him he looked at pipes under my boiler and told me the heating plug had been turned off. I turned it back on heating was up and running in 5 mins. So this engineer failed to diagnose this and wanted to con me out of £250 please beware everyone.

Great, efficient service and friendly people! They fitted a radiator for me at a very reasonable price and were able to fit me in at short notice.

Best service I've received from any callout I've had previously. Came home Wednesday evening to find my boiler leaking from the bottom, quick google search I managed to find these local guys. They came out within the hour and identified the issue within 15 mins, made my boiler safe and ensured no further issues would happen. They said they would order the part required on Thursday morning. They sent me a price for the part and installation on Thursday and were here on Friday afternoon fitting it. VERY competitive pricing and will highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their boilers. Communication through out the process was top notch.

Called Bearwood Gas Services as our fire had broken. I called during a weekend and they arranged to come out on the following Monday. They arrived exactly at the time that was arranged and were polite, professional and very efficient. The problem was found and solved very quickly, and at a very good price. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when needed.

What can I say Supha is a life saver..! We had a small problem with our combi and he promptly came and sorted out for us. He also helped with bleeding of all the radiators free of charge. Great guy. Great service. Highly recommended.

Soofrah (pardon the spelling of his name) was very helpful and he spotted what needed fixing and he got the job done. I would use his services again because of how quick he was with resolving the issue. Very professional and I just want to say thank you for the wonderful service provided.

Thank you Supha and his three colleagues, (apologies I can't remember others' names I think one may be called Hameed) for the amazing service. We wanted a new combination boiler since ours was an ancient system boiler needing replacement. Supha provided us a competitive quote for the work. It wasn't a straightforward job since the old boiler was in the kitchen, the hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard in the first floor and we wanted the new boiler in the garage with installation of a vertical flue. These guys were very punctual, professional and efficient. They also assisted us with IT work related to remote access of heating system operation , thermostat and also registered the boiler on behalf of us. We bought a new hob and they readily replaced it free of charge. They didn't leave any mess and tidied up everything. I highly recommend Bearwood Gas Services. Once again thank you guys for 5* work. Much appreciated!

My boiler diverter valve had failed and the engineers came to sort the issue efficiently. Their prices are very competitive too. Roll the clock forward a month and I had no heating. They came and sorted the issue which was very trivially the timer switch having accidentally knocked. However this was no issue for them and they saw to it and one cold radiator all rectified within 5 minutes. A thoroughly honest team and professionalism. My go to engineers from now on

Quoted me £200 to change a part that would have taken less than 5 mins. He based his quote on the street I lived on as he presumed I was loaded. Not very trust worthy at all.

We called the National Grid and they sent an engineer to cap off the gas. We then had 2x time wasting engineers from 2 different companies, both of them higher on the Google search list than Bearwood Gas Services. Late in the afternoon of the second day without gas we called Bearwood Gas Services. The first engineer came and assessed, advised us of what needs doing (2 leaks to be found and fixed). He left a particularly good impression on us and we agreed to get started the next day. The engineer showed up ON TIME, found the leaks, fixed them and then put everything back (he had to remove the carpeting and the floors!). They explained the job to us, fixed everything in a timely manner, and have been faultlessly professional throughout. Many thanks to Hamid and to the first engineer whose name I can not remember now. If we all did our jobs properly, we’d live in a much better society. I saved their numbers; I could honestly not recommend them more.

Had to have a new boiler fitted, the two guys Supha and Atlas that came to do the job were brilliant, friendly and efficient. Can't fault the work they have done today, job done to a high standard all mess cleared away, full explanation on how to use the boiler. Would highly recommend these two for a job very well done.

Fantastic response. I called them as an emergency on a snowey morning as I had a leaking radiator and I couldn't turn the heating on because of this and they came out within 1.5 hours and changed valves / connectors on the radiators and got me sorted. Any big company would have charged double what they charged me so I really appreciate their fair, honest prices and fast service. Also Dave the very elderly cat appreciates having his radiator on again 😁

Fantastic service. The guys were extremely professional, friendly, and have a high level of work ethic. They installed a new boiler and thermostat, working 11 hours on day one, and 6 hours on day two, to finish the job. Really quick to respond to call-out, and their prices are extremely competitive. So impressed, and would highly recommend them.

Really nice guys who came on time, worked tidily and professionally and finished the work to a very high standard. We're really pleased with the work carried out - especially as they found and fixed a problem that could have become much worse if left any longer. Disappointing service Booked in for a quote, waited over an hour after the time arranged and still had to ring back to find out why no one has turned up If someone had the decency to ring me and inform me I would not be so annoyed Wasted time and terrible customer service Reviews are misleading

These guys gave us a great service. Came out and diagnosed problem. Managed to get the part and fit the same day. Competitive price and a great job well done. Would highly reccomend.

Excellent work

Connected my gas oven and it seemed to be working fine, I recently decided to use the grill for the first time and it smells very strongly of gas that gets worse the longer it's on so I am too scared to use it you can hear the gas hissing out the back of the oven, also the Hobbs and oven were fine but recently when I turn on my oven it smells like gas and the flame stays on high the temperature dial wont turn the flame up or down so now too scared to use the oven as well!!

Awful service. Told he would be here at 9:30am. No phone call to say he'd taken another job and wouldnt be here until 2pm. Had taken time off work for this. Wouldn't recommend.
