HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO DEAL WITH. LEFT MY PROPERTY A MESS& THEY USED MY TOILETS AND LEFT IT IN A DISGUSTING WAY AND THEN REFUSED TO CLEAN IT UP WHEN CHALLENGED ON DAY 2. PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES WHO OFFER THE SAME SERVICE & IF YOU THINK THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT THEN YOU'VE GOT ANOTHER THING COMING AS THEY'RE FAR FROM INTERESTED. GO ELSEWHERE AND AVOID THIS DODGY COMPANY
Worst Company ever!!! Staff doesn't even speak English, they not letting you know what they doing, they didn't put no protector over carpets, they damages my new carpets, scratched my wardrobes, walls, they broke my window now i cant even close it, the boiler is leaking, the heating doesnt work as it should, they said they will come next day to do their work and they didnt even turn up, then they let me sing some paper without even explaining what its, the boiler looks like it has been instaled by the trainer, the staff doesnt even speak english how are they qualified to do this type of job, they are scams they only want the money and doesnt do their jobs properly!! They should go back to school and learn how to communicate with customers in English, ste staff spoke their language when being in our home, we didnt feel comfortable, they were using our toilet, they left the doors open all day we were freezing, we could not use water or go toilet or make something to eat, now they damaged my house and they dont even want to fix it all they say we will call you back, im so gassed!!! If i knew i would not let them in!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID Had a boiler and central heating installed. Caused damage to my walls that they promised wouldn't happen and didn't repair. The boiler looks like an apprentice has installed, very badly installed pipework. The boiler has been leaking for months. Calls and texts get ignored, they've got the money and no longer interested. I will have to pay someone now to get the boiler repaired and all the damage caused. Very unprofessional and just after the money, so avoid at all costs.

We recently had a central heating installation completed through a government scheme by Apex Nationwide Ltd, and we are extremely satisfied with the service. The engineers, Baber Hussain and his co-worker Haider Ali, were highly professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. All the work was carried out to a high standard and in full compliance with the scheme’s requirements. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Apex Nationwide Ltd and their team.

DISGUSTING!!! Non of the workers could speak English Language, so it was very hard to communicate with them. On their arrival I offered all of them hot or cold drinks, but they said "No". However, when they left I found my Granddaughter's empty juice cartons and our empty plastic water bottles, which were stored in our porch. So, they steal from us!!! I am not worried about our water, but stealing juice from a child!!!??? I can't understand it as I offered them a drink when they arrived! Later on I also found that they stole 2 tubes of toothpaste!!! They are thieves!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Also, when they finished their work, one of them pushed us to write a review on Google. He stood by us and was watching and advising what to write. JAN 2024

The process for having my new boiler installed was quick simple and the contractors did a great job. They completed the job properly and left behind no rubbish. A great job.
