I reached out to AB Plumbing regarding some potential advertising work. What followed was one of the strangest interactions I’ve ever had in a professional setting. During the chat, he randomly commented “lovely photo” - completely unprompted and totally inappropriate. If that wasn’t odd enough, he then asked if I’d give him a massage. At that point, it was clear at this point I was dealing with a very strange man. Definitely not someone I’ll be dealing with again, and I’d advise others to approach with caution if you're expecting a professional experience.

Spent 2 hours making a small job into a big deal. I had a leaking overflow . I was told it's an old style cistern you can't get the parts for them anymore. He went out to get parts from kings Norton. Then spent ages trying to fit plastic bits together. He told me I might have to pay for a complete new toilet with attached cistern. My porcelain is all champagne in colour. So the idea of an all white toilet is not what I want. He flooded the bathroom floor and used my hand towel to mop it up. All the bits he took out of the cistern are all in my bidet. When I came downstairs I discovered the water had come through the wall and soaked my downstairs toilet. I am elderly and disabled but he said he couldn't get back to me quickly because he had a lot on. But I was ok cos I had the downstairs toilet. He asked me for £200 which covered the emergency call out fee. Which he told me is £189 per hour. I feel I have been scammed. Do not use
