I had rang ATS as I had an issue with my boiler pressure. They booked me, paid over the phone and had someone out the same week, was all sorted in a 5 min phone call. brilliant service and the engineer was so polite and prompt.

Got a new gas boiler fitted in my rental property/ The engineer was in and out in a day with very little disturbance to my tenants- great job, would recommend this Company !

Booked the job with Einna, very professional, gave me a time slot, engineer turned up! Boiler service completed and certificate emailed on completion.

I had the pleasure of using your services; unlike two other companies, you were the only ones who immediately told me what was wrong and what work needed to be done❤️ The engineer were very nice and explained everything to me, as was the helpdesk administrator!!! communication was quick and to the point, I received answers to all my questions, and everything was carried out as promised. The deadlines were not far off. They didn't leave a mess behind, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend you! Thank yous very much!

This company shouldn't have a contract with anyone should be closed down 6 days with no heat they just lie to u on phone thing is it's a easy fix there better company out there rubbish

Disgraceful service, took over a week to get an appointment which they never even bothered to attend. Even spoke to their office and was told the engineer was a half hour out. Took a day off work for this, save yourself the money and heartache, and find a more reputable company.

Just had ats gas boiler engineer out. Just rang this morning and they were out in a couple of hours. Could not have asked for better service. Both receptionist and gas fitter very polite and efficient and boiler fixed in no time. J young

Can't fault them for their speed in coming out and carrying out an inspection for a Gas Safety Certficate. But actually getting them to provide the certficate has been a pain. Still waiting for them to issue it despite repeated calls and emails.

I had a new gas combi boiler installed by this company, very pleased with the service, gas engineers were very friendly and experienced and tidy job completed in a day and all is working brilliant, would highly recommend this company thanks again.

From the moment I phoned ATS service, I was treated with a friendly & kind manner by the lovely receptionist, who I now know in name terms. The guy who came out to fix my boiler was fast, efficient and was able to explain clearly, what was wrong & what he needed to do. I was very relieved that he was going out of his way to get the part I needed. They have been more than courteous & so friendly, definitely use again!

Called the reception today to book an appointment, initially fixed for 06/11, and I preferred for 08/11. When enquired about boiler servicing and diagnostics of radiators and taps, was fine, but received a call again from them saying they are busy and will cancel the appointments of 08/11. When asked for next available appointment, I was only told, they have no dates anytime soon. How can there be such a flip flop, the moment you know I'm desperate

Phoned today to book a service. Was told that they are to busy doing housing executive work and they can't assist for a month and a half . To be honest they could of book me in and done some private work nxt week or planned ahead. I am not saying anything about there work it could be brilliant .

Poor customer service and sheer dishonesty. After not showing up to the first job I booked, I conceded to pay an after-hours call out fee to resolve my issue that evening and restore heat. Operator said the technician would call to let me know they were on their way and didn't. I stayed in all evening waiting for the technician, only to find a 'Sorry we missed you' card delivered through the door when the house was occupied at all times. Never knocked, rang doorbell or attempted to call me. Operator denied this was the case in the morning. Very disappointed as they have carried out work for us in the past.

Called ATS early on Thursday morning and they had an engineer out on the same day. boiler serviced with no issues. Excellent customer service & the engineer that attended my home was a gentleman

Excellent customer service, quick and tidy. Hot water stopped working, weren’t able to come out on the day of calling (can’t blame them if they’re busy, was the start of winter). When they did call out problem was diagnosed and part was ordered. fixed very quickly and cheaper than boiler manufacturer quote for same fix. I’ll use them from now on for yearly boiler service

Quick servicing with same day response

I had leak in my flat and panicked and phoned ATS GAS and they came straight out away , I was very surprised as it was late but not for these guys , they sorted the problem out straight away and got leak fixed . Top guys I will definitely be phoning them again as response time is second to none .

Called late on a Friday and had a new boiler installed first thing Monday morning. The engineer did a great job. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

ATS were quick to answer and promptly make an appointment. My Boiler had stopped working after running out of oil but also required a service. ATS Called out to service the boiler and quoted a new boiler required. I got a second opinion from a different company who serviced the boiler for £7 less and had the boiler running in no time. I wouldn't recommend ATS at all. PS- one of the 5 star reviews is by the managing director of ATS ...Emmet O'Neill!

Absolutely excellent service from Ats, would highly recommend the company to anyone. I've used ATS for servicing in my previous dwelling without a hitch, prompt and professional. On moving to a new home I required a gas conversion, as the heating system was an oil system, ATS completed the conversion in a day with a full clean up. One year on and no problems, first annual boiler service has just been completed.

ATS fitted our new gas boiler today. We were very impressed with their speedy service and surprised there was no mess to be seen post installation! We would definitely recommend ATS to friends as they are professional, reliable and stand by their word! Their honesty must also be commended as we accidentally overpaid and they promptly brought this to our attention and immediately transferred the money back into our account! Well done on providing an excellent service!!!

Had a boiler breakdown and ATS were able to get to me and repair my boiler within 3 hours. Great service and friendly engineer. I would highly recommend.

Got gas cooker connected yesterday but it wasnt connected right had a gas leak all night repaired now

I contacted ATS Gas to service a gas fire and boiler, and they did an outstanding job. The guys are very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend. First class job
