Oliver installed a new gas boiler, connecting a newly installed gas system (switched from oil), modified the radiators and has done a fantastic job, working long hours to work within my schedule, making this process a breeze for me. Then he explained and walked me through the new system. A gentleman.

Had some long standing issues with radiators and boiler - mostly due to age and wear and tear. The Boiler studio came out, fully serviced the boiler, replaced all failing parts, and completely cleared and cleaned all our radiators too. The difference in how the boiler sounds alone, let alone the warmer, more efficient and safe system we have now, is night and day difference. Fair price for the work, and just a pleasure to engage with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Oliver replaced my downstairs radiators with grey traditional column ones which are just gorgeous. Oliver was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was ever a bother. He carefully explained the various stages of the process and kept me up to date on progress at all times. All in all, a first class service!

Oliver was ready to step in and fix my hybrid cooker when no-one else would. He's friendly and patient and kind. He had to call twice, to help me discover the right new part to buy, and didn't charge us any money the first time. He then came back and sorted everything out even though it was a fiddly and difficult job. We're very grateful.

I had to call Boiler studio as my 92 yr old aunts oil boiler stopped working. It was during this most recent cold spell and i couldnt afford her to be without heat. She had her boiler serviced in october but it just never seemed right and the original company wanted 100 pounds to come back out to look at it just a few weeks after they had serviced it. Oliver from boiler studio was one of a few people i called who were all booked up. However oliver took time on the phone to troubleshoot with me initially. He then called me back within the hour to see if i had managed to get someone. We hadnt and so he made arrangements to visit my aunt that day. The job was not straight forward and he had to fix mistakes/poor job done by previous firm and wear and tear on parts. He explained everything he was doing and i could see first hand how meticulous he was. He fixed the problem, was lovely with my aunt and i am mow booking him to come to my house in a few weeks. Can’t fault anything! Everything from initial quote through to completion and walkthrough was brilliant. As is always the way, there are a few undiscovered hiccups but Oliver had solutions and ensured the highest quality install. He took time to prepare the work area and ensure it was kept clean and kept us informed throughout. Finally, paperwork, guarantees, invoicing and instructions were clear and precise. Oliver repaired my oil heating burner. He was very thorough in his assessment as to what the issue was with it. He also replaced my mixer taps and a programmer box. The advice and subsequent work was brilliant, we had initially contacted Oliver to discuss what we thought was wrong with our heating but when he came out and investigated it turned out to ne something totally different and when we thought about it there had been other issues plaguing the system since I’d moved in so the subsequent suggestions made a lot more sense. The fixes that were suggested are now in place and the system is so much more efficient - it gets hotter faster, radiators that used to have cold spots (or be permanently off) are now working again and too hot to touch and as a result the system shuts down faster hopefully saving me fuel Very impressed with the work , would highly recommend a chat especially given current cost of heating oil!

Oliver at the Boiler Studio provided absolutely fantastic service - can’t recommend him highly enough. In just a few hours, he serviced our boiler, replaced a worn out part, serviced and certified 2 gas fireplaces and rebalanced our whole heating system - none of which had been touched since 2019. I had a few problems with a gas heating system losing water pressure.. it transpired it was a slow leak in the pipework AND an issue with the boiler. Oliver visited a couple of times and left me clear instructions on what to monitor between visits so we could get to the bottom of the problem. He also took time to give the boiler a proper full service. He also turned up on time with good communication in between visits. Will use again. THANKS

Oliver came out to give me a quote. Then my boiler broke down in between him fitting a new one. He came out and kept checking it. He also brought us 2 heaters for the house. He came yesterday and fitted us a new boiler. Honestly amazing job and I would recommend him 100%. Oliver is so clean and tidy. You wouldn't even think he's here. Outstanding service in every way! I contacted The Boiler Studio as the combi boiler in my house had stopped working. Oliver accommodated me even though he had a full schedule to attend to. In fact he even facilitated me by starting his following day extra early 7:30am to help rescue my situation. On inspection of the broken down Boiler which had been 15 in service and therefore had various problems needing attention. Oliver explained everything clearly and gave me the different options of repairing the existing or installing a new one. After considering the options I decided to go for the new boiler which came with the 10 warranty also. We agreed on the installation terms and Oliver booked me a date for the install. On arrival he explained to me exactly what he would be doing and then kept me informed throughout the whole process, making sure that I was happy with everything at each stage of the work. He was friendly, professional and respectful of my home at all times. The engineer worked non-stop to complete the install even though he had limited space due to the location of the original boiler. Oliver even completed a full flush / clean of the system. Despite the late finish that this incurred the engineer still took the time to patiently explain how to control my new system and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any problems. Before leaving he checked that everything was working and left my home clean and tidy. His attention to detail is exceptional. All in All it was an Exceptional service from start to finish; superb quality and I would certainly recommend Oliver without any hesitation. Fast efficient service for a boiler repair. The Boiler Studio rescued us when we couldn't get a timely appointment with British Gas despite having a service contract. We are very happy we now have hot water and heating. I would 100% recommend the Boiler Studio for friendly, professional service.

In the past 12 months, Oli has serviced our boiler and provided a repair when we had no hot water. On each occasion he has been clear about when he is available when booking his time and has explained any issues and repairs required. Through regular servicing he is able to find and fix minor faults to make sure my boiler has a good few years left in it. The process was seamless due to the quality of care taken, COVID measures applied, communication, punctuality and reliability. Top advice along the way including installing HIVE. From the outset Oliver and his team have been faultless. He responded to my query over text immediately, got boiler make/model and arranged a call out the next morning. (Great considering we have a toddler in the house and no hot water!) He and his apprentice Nathan came and within a couple of minutes identified the piece causing the issue. Oliver arranged the replacement piece, sourced and fitted within the hour. To finish off he checked the boiler and system fully before filling out the relevant paperwork. For service, communication, efficiency and crucially work, my experience with The Boiler Studio was faultless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - we're actually moving house and will use them moving forward!

We had a big problem with our boiler, condemned by British Gas and they told us they could not put the boiler back in the same place, along with a bunch of other problems. Olly provided a great design for a solution to the issues. This included a new boiler (in the same place as the old one) some pipe work that should be displayed in an art gallery and above all a system that works absolutely brilliantly. No hesitation in recommending to anyone.
