I’d like to highly recommend this company for their excellent service. We suddenly had no hot water at around 4:00pm today, and after calling several companies, none of them were able to offer immediate assistance. Thankfully, James responded quickly and promised to arrive by 6:00pm the same day — and he did. James was professional, efficient, and quickly identified and fixed the issue on the spot. He also gave honest advice that saved us from spending a large amount of money on unnecessary repairs or replacements. This is a reliable, trustworthy company with fast response times. Couldn’t recommend more. Boiler broke down on Saturday, James was with me within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the likely problem, ordered the parts and came back the following morning and sorted it. Was honest and genuine throughout, and bent over backwards to get the heating and hot water back up and running. If you need a local plumber then look no further than James.

Amazing service A*+++++++ Spoke to James to try and arrange a last minute annual boiler service as I had been let down by another company and he kindly managed to fit me in the next day. Arrived earlier than expected and gave me a courtesy call once completed to let me know everything was fine and left paperwork for me at the property. Would recommend everytime!!!!
We called a few plumbers and James was the quickest to come back with amazing communication all the way through out. Turned up within 12 hours. Can’t recommend James enough! We are now hopefully warm and dry for Christmas now.

James accommodated us at short notice and fitted us in on the only day we could do, much appreciated. He went above and beyond , noticing other bits that needed doing and getting them done too. I needed an old rad replaced because the of rust all over the bottom of it and looked for someone near the area. JP heating was close enough and the reviews were really good 👍. Called up James and we agreed for him to come and have a look, to have an idea job wise and cost wise, as spoken over the phone he showed up punctual on time rather than waiting the whole day not knowing when. Had a towel radiator installed in the bathroom instead of the old normal rad and the whole experience it's been really pleasant👍. Mostly what stood out from his service was his punctuality and been able to communicate and always available for any issues or advice over the phone too. James initially came to us in Basingstoke a few years ago when we needed some wash basin taps replacing in an emergency. He made a good impression so we contacted him again recently when we needed our Ideal Boiler annual service. After he had done this he returned a couple of weeks later to replace two older radiators with new ones and also replaced four existing thermostatic radiator valves. All this work was quoted beforehand and the invoices came soon after the work was completed. James is a good, tidy worker. He is approachable and explains everything clearly. We are glad that we have found him.

Our radiators stopped working just before Christmas and James was able to come out the same day to fix it. He explained what was wrong and was helpful giving everything a once over too. We then asked him to service our boiler too which he scheduled in today for us. Would highly recommend.

James supplied and installed my new economy 7 hot water cylinder. He also replaced a toilet ball valve and syphon, including a new donut swal and coated bolts. I would highly recommend James, we had a full new boiler installation which was relocated from the ground floor to the first floor + new radiators . James spent a good amount of time talking through our wants and needs to recommend the right boiler system for us. He was prompt every morning , clean tidy and quiet ( as I work from home during the day ) + is super hard working - he completed the job early showing a strong work ethic. Good marksmanship as you can see with the neat pipe bends on our outside wall & I was still able to get a shelf in the airing cupboard for my towels even though there is a bigger cylinder & boiler in there now ! Very happy customer :)

We had our boiler converted to a combi boiler after we were having issues with the existing system. We contacted James from JP Heating Services and he was quick to answer and come round and give us a quote. After this we were very happy with the quote and over the course of 3 days the job was complete and we had working hot water and heating again. Exceptional job completed by James. Absolute pleasure to have someone so honest and genuine come out to look at my boiler. Got condemned in the afternoon and told I need a new boiler by previous gentleman so wanted to get a second opinion, James came out at 7.30pm in the evening and didn’t leave until gone 10pm. He found the problem and was able to rectify this so now no requirement to change the boiler at all. You will agree if you contact him and get him to come and look at a job that he is incredibly trustworthy and explained everything so clearly that you won’t need to contact anyone else which is what you want. He then booked us in Asap which was the following week. He completed the job on time as quoted, even when he fixed an extra fault. Good prompt service, great attitude and at competitive pricing, James replaced my unvented direct cylinder on time with no trouble. He is happy to explain the process and takes time to answer any questions rather than rushing in and out. James and his colleague performed a complex 2-day installation of a new oil fired boiler. Have used JP heating Services recently for a couple of different plumbing services. First was replacing expansion vessels for both my heating and hot water. Second was sorting out plumbing under my kitchen sink. Both jobs, were performed professionally, he was very clean, work is very high quality, he arrives on time and work is completed to quote. The first job completed by JP Heating Services was fixing my boiler - after experiencing a problem which another local plumbing company was not able fix after multiple of visits. JP Heating Services identified the fault within about 30 mins, the problem was fixed later that day. I will be using him for all my plumbing and heating needs going forward.
