I have been using Copley Clark for many years for a variety of reasons. I cannot recommend the Conveyancing team there highly enough. Bea Campbell runs a tight ship and all small questions answered quickly and efficiently. Bigger ones dealt with and you always feel that they are on your side, in your corner and are there for you. Give them a try for your next conveyancing job and I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I found Bea Campbell to be very helpful with her advice and knowledge in dealing with the sale of our current property and the purchase of 2 properties. Two of which will be completed on Friday 1st September - just waiting on a confirmation date for the 3rd property.

My heart dropped when I read the previous review and the reviewers problems about getting their father's will. I'm trying to do the same but Amber couldn't be less helpful if she tried. No offer of condolences {even the utility companies offer condolences.] It's a stressful and emotional time without having to deal with someone so unhelpful or professional. I appreciate they don't want to deal with issuing wills because there is no new revenue but so far my experience with Copley Clark has been a disappointing one. More than happy to change this review if things improve. I'm crossing my fingers.
My died in April, and I required to retrieve his Will from C-C, which they held. I rang and was told to put my request in an e-mail, which I did, and I received absolutely no acknowledgement. I chase by phone after too weeks and remarked that surely it was professional to at least have some e-mail in response. In short it took C-C almost seven weeks to retrieve the Will, and a charge of 600 GBP to make a simple renunciation which other solicitors have told me should cost no more than about 150 GBP. Throughout there was no lack of care, or professionalism, and total inefficient, right down to paying their inflated invoice - i was give a telephone number to process payment, which in fact is a fax. Avoid the whole C-C group and look elsewhere. What is worse is that my late father too had avoided C-C because of their poor reputation, and used another local Solicitor (which were excellent), but that practice had closed, and they handed their affairs over to C-C.
