28 years ago, we had the windows and doors in our whole house replaced by Academy. We have had no problem with them but, as would be expected given their age, a small number of the window units were showing some internal moisture. We asked Academy to provide a quote for replacement glass units. Keith Wall came and looked at them and quickly provided the quote for what we asked for. We were very impressed by his manner and the fact that he didn’t try to sell something extra that we didn’t need (unlike other suppliers who we asked to quote). He told us about the higher thermal standard that we could choose, explaining the difference but not pushing us one way or the other. We also asked him about a problem that we had with the front door, and he gave us the name of a supplier that could address that (rather than trying to sell a new door). We accepted the Academy quote and the whole process through to installation was very smooth. We would have no hesitation going back to Keith if more units needed replacement or if there was any further work on the windows that we required.

We have had a new front door fitted by Academy Windows. The door is of great quality and the service was excellent - very impressed with the speed and cleanliness of the installation and the ordering process with Keith was easy and comprehensive. We have no qualms in thoroughly recommending Academy Windows and Conservatories!

good service and nice windows. There was one pane broken on installation but that was replaced quickly and all is good

We needed a window and bifold at short notice and after visiting other showrooms we decided to go with Academy. Keith promised he would get them fitted within our tight timeframe and he didn’t disappoint. He pulled out all the stops, kept in touch along the way and kept to his promise. The fitting team were great too, going over and above when the bifold would fit under our gate by removing bricks and then making good after. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Well done team academy!🤩

Second time using Academy Windows. Very supportive in managing our needs, clear steps and timing for order and installation was efficient and without additional damage. Very happy with new windows and would use again.

Excellent service, and a fantastic door, the installation was quick and to an incredible high standard. The whole process was simple and the communications was fantastic. A time was booked in to install, and they turned up on the minute. I would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with our new door and windows. Academy was recommended to us and we are glad we chose them. Keith Wall was very helpful and the two men who did the job were very professional, and left everywhere spotless.

Great service from start to finish. We are currently renovating a Victorian Terraced house, which had windows probably put in in the 1970s - wooden and rotting. We couldn't really see how they could be fixed! But we had the initial survey, then a more detailed one, and now have full sash Georgian style windows at the front of the house, casement windows at the back, a beautiful frosted window for the bathroom, and a new front and back door. Special shout-out to Leigh, who came to fix the windows. His attention to detail, workmanship and tidying up was superb, even having to deal with us having an 8 month old 3 legged kitten, who wasn't allowed out yet, so there was a complicated system of shutting various doors behind him. The service was so good, we are getting Academy to renew our gutters and drains. Highly recommended.

My mother needed new doors and windows but wanted to use a local firm that had a shop that she could visit. She chose Academy Windows in Wokingham and couldn’t be more delighted with the finished results. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable and insured that my mother’s requirements were met with the right products. Always on hand to answer questions and he made sure the process was painless for her. The windows and doors were installed by Steve & Carl and once again they were punctual, polite and clearly when it came to installing the Doors and Windows, on top of their game. My mother is over the moon with the results, and we would both have no reservation in recommending Academy Windows and Doors to everyone.

We had a kitchen window and larder window fitted last week. Jack was very professional and a pleasure to have working for us. We are pleased with Academy Windows and would recommend them.

My experience of Academy Windows was a good one. The firm was recommended to me by a relative who had used them to replace most of their windows and I was very impressed with the end result. From my initial contact with the Sales Representative, through the selection of window and door styles, to the careful measurement survey and then the installation, all went well with only a couple of small hiccups. The purchase process with staged payments was well explained and documented. Without exception , all the staff with whom I had contact were polite and friendly. The installation, involving replacement of all my doors and windows, went well, with minimal disruption and the fitters cleared up any mess as they proceeded with the work. The 2 minor hitches were that: 1. the garage door fitters only put a manual winder (for use if the automatic function failed) on one of my two doors, so they had to return to fit the other 2. a pane of obscured glass for one of my bathroom windows was missing from the initial stock delivered, but a replacement came within 2 working days after the main installation and meanwhile the fitters put a temporary blanking panel in. I would like to make a suggestion that would have made the whole thing absolutely perfect: it would have been nice if the new glass could have been cleaned more effectively - I found several panes that required vigorous cleaning to remove smears and sticky residues. Would I use Academy again? Without doubt -though hopefully, my lovely new windows and doors will outlast me! 9.6.22 March 2026 Having been impressed with their work on my house in 2022, I asked Academy Windows to come and replace an old wooden side door to my garage (which had not been included in the previous work and ie showed signs of rotting. Once again the work was organised efficiently and every step was carefully explained. There was a slight delay whilst the door was manufactured but the actual installation was done carefully and speedily. I am very happy with the result.

Our experience with Academy Windows was excellent from receiving the quote to installation. The company show an attention to detail and customer service which is rare these days and we will certainly use Academy again for any future projects. Materials are high quality and our installation engineer was first class, polite tidy and got the job done efficiently and on time.

We have had all our windows replaced over the last few years by academy windows. The service has been great, very quick and efficient and the work carried out has to be to a great standard. Even when I made a mistake by forgetting a window this was resolved quickly and easily. We have had no problems at all and would definitely recommend

We have been really pleased with our new windows. The guy who installed them was really professional and we’ve noticed that the house feels warmer and we don’t get condensation even on colder days. We have used Academy before for new external doors and the company is still installing products of a very high standard

Excellent product, well fitted would certainly use again .

I asked several window/door companies for quotes. Academy were professional, knowledgeable and they were competitive. They were also local and independent so I was pleased to give them the business. Installation was straight forward with no mess and I am happy with the finished job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had new windows throughout, a new back door, new facias and drains. Very happy with the whole service. Very thorough and explained everything, prices very reasonable. All work carried out to a very high standard and the place left immaculate. Would highly recommend

Great product and excellent, friendly team.

Great service, reliable and I would recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with the finished 'warm roof' install which has made a significant difference to the usability of the conservatory in both summer and winter as well as the efficiency benefits. The teams were professional, knowledgeable and tidy with the installation process. Highly recommended.

Great experience very good job they were tidy and was a very good job done thanks

Great service and quality with competitive pricing. Very pleased with the new windows and would recommend Academy Windows for others requiring similar work.

Having first approached Anglian Windows for a quote, and having received such abysmal service, it was a pleasure to subsequently deal with Keith and the team at Academy. Keith met with us at our house to discuss the plans for our Conservatory and we also visited the showroom in Wokingham to look at the various specifications available. Two separate teams were assigned to the job - the first one to take care of the foundations and brickwork, and the second to install the glasswork. There was the odd unexpected hitch, like having to apply for planning (not Academy’s fault - just some unwelcome red tape) so my advice would be to have patience..! All in all a relatively smooth process which has left us with a fantastic addition to our home. I would certainly recommend using Academy Windows for your Conservatory, and my thanks to all involved.

Used Academy to replace 2 main windows. From quote to installation Academy was spot on and will highly recommend

Must have used Academy for windows and doors for 30 years or so. Never let me down. Great people, service and installation.

Our windows have needed replacing for some time and we have just never had the time or money to do it. After a recent door knock from Anglian, we got a quote from them. We have had quotes from Anglian some time ago with a previous house and has a horrendous experience. To be fair to Anglian it was much better, but still quite inflexible. Not wanting to help with making some minor adjustments to a window that had been installed as part of an extension. We decided to get a quote from Academy to compare and give us some comfort that we were doing the right thing. Academy's quote came on marginally cheaper, but included 1 extra window (4 rather than 3) and they also said they would fix the extension window as well. We decided to go with Academy as they were recommended by friends and we had a good feeling about them. Everything went smoothly, windows installed 4 weeks earlier than the original estimate. Everyone that we dealt with were great (original sale person, the guy who measured up and the installers), and nothing ever felt like a strong sales pitch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy with my garage side door. At first visit, Keith offered no nonsense price. I was in no hurry, Academy didn’t chase. Gary measured up, and confirmed details that Keith had explained. Gary’s son Jack fitted the door. He was polite, efficient and tidy. Highly recommend Academy and would use them again.

Great service from start to finish . Thank you

I would thoroughly recommend Academy Windows. Over the years they have replaced windows, built us a conservatory and just recently replaced my patio doors. Can’t fault their service , always pleasant, hard working and efficient.

Having met and discussed a new front door we were given excellent info. We then went forward a bought a new door which arrived on time and was excellently fitted. We cannot thank Keith and his team enough.

Excellent - a local company with experienced fitters that I had complete confidence in. Would recommend without hesitation.

Can throughly recommend Academy Windows from initial visit from Keith then Gary the surveyor then the installation team, not to forget Louise in the office, you hear many horror stories but Academy are a credit to double glazing business 2nd time of using I used Academy after a personal recommendation and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

So glad we went to Academy for our front door and matching electric garage door. In the Wokingham showroom Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful but not at all “pushy” The surveyor, Gary was efficient and friendly. Steve and his son fitted the doors. Steve did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our new doors and the whole process. We definitely recommend Academy Windows.

First class service from quote to installation. Very pleased with windows installed, and would definitely recommend Academy to others. Thanks

We have used Academy for a number of years for replacement doors and windows. This time we required a new conservatory roof. Academy were able to provide expert advice and the installation was excellent. As always, we were extremely happy with the service provided by Academy.

Academy fitted a new back door for us, having fitted new windows and built a new garden room for us a few years ago. The whole process, from Keith supplying a quote to the actual fitting, went very smoothly. The installation was done with great care and attention to detail. We're very pleased, even more so having had many complements from visitors!

I had Academy Windows replace a downstairs cloakroom window and external cladding. Communication was good from the start to the end of the job. I requested replacement of the insulation within the external stud wall during the quote stage and they were happy to accommodate this as well. The fitter was affable and professional. The final finish was neat and clean and has been trouble free since the work was completed 6 months ago.

Fantastic experience with Acadmey. Found the whole team friendly and helpful and guided us through the process. Expecially I would like to thank the fitter who came to install the doors, lovely guy and has doen a brilliant job. We are verry happy with our new French Doors.

Highly recommend Academy - they have provided us with new front and back doors in the last year - great service and seamless buying and fitting experience - we are so pleased with the results !

I had a great experience with Academy Windows. They carried out the work efficiently and did an excellent job with the new windows.

Work carried out efficiently, I sterllers were tidy, polite and speedy. Good job done well.

Very happy with the end to end process and quality of work.

Having used Academy Windows on many occasions over two decades and always experiencing great workmanship, advice and competitive pricing,we approached them when considering a Conservatory, the experience again was outstanding, from the initial quote and advice to the finished project, all the people worked on it were great and we would happily recommend the company. Thank you to one and all.

Academy changed out some more wooden windows with PVC, the work was carried out with out any problems. the two chaps who did the work were very professional and charming. Would highly recommend this company, and we are have another job on the pipeline with them.

Very pleased with replacement Patio doors, working very smoothly. All the Academy staff have been helpful and the installation team very professional and tidy as possible.

My wife got Academy details from a google search, we contacted Keith who visited us to see what we required and provided us a reasonable quote Throughout the works we’re done to a high standard by quality tradesmen who could be trusted to do a good job Overall we are very happy with the service provided and quality of the finished work and would recommend Academy to anyone looking for home improvements on their homes

We have used Academy Windows 3 times over the last ten years, entire house replacement windows, back door and more recently french doors. Always received excellent service and follow up. Competitive pricing for good quality windows. Fitters professional and tidy.

I would recommend academy windows , they were very nice people did a great job, I had a slight problem with the door that was fitted phoned Keith and he sorted it out right away for me thank you Keith and team

Needing a new front door and attached glass window we contacted a number of companies and and chose Academy Windows. Subsequently experts arrived to make precise measurements and details or the appearance and colour of the new door required. The new door arrived on time and was fitted in a few hours.. It is a great improvement in appearance and is not affected by strong sunlight. We are very pleased with the result and consider it good value for money Peter and Diana Timbrel

Very friendly and no hard sell attitude. Windows installed well also by friendly guys and the whole operation was nice and smooth! Highly recommend.

We wanted 5 new Windows and looked locally for highly rated companies. We chose Academy who were great from the start, no nonsense just really friendly and a genuine and honest quote. The installation team were excellent, very tidy workers who were very respectful of our property. We are genuinely delighted with our new Windows and would recommend without hesitation.

The new Door was installed very efficiently and took only a short time. The Door looks very smart and am proud to show it to my Neighbours. I have already recommended your shop in Wokingham to one of my Neighbours who is contemplating a new Door.

We have now had windows and a door from Academy Windows & Conservatories. We've had great service from the point of order to the installation. Communication is always great and they will be very helpful in answering questions and any customisations/changes needed. Thoroughly recommended!!

Great local company. All the members of staff we dealt with were professional and skilled in their roles. The fitting team were excellent, they completed their work quickly and to a high standard. One of the nicest things about dealing with Academy Windows is their presence on the high street, meaning you can always talk to someone about the products. J - Charvil

Very helpful & knowledgeable from the start. Fitters polite and clean workers. Very happy with my new front door

A splendid experience with such a professional team, friendly and proactively engaged at all stages of the process. We had very specific colour requirements for our new door and needed it to match our electric charging pod. We were quite impressed how Keith listened, followed up with the manufacturer on the colour code and delivered it with military precision. The installers were quick, focussed and cleared up afterwards.

Excellent servicevby Academy Windows & Conservatories from start to finish! Thoroughly professional, they kept me informed throughout. From the salesman, surveyor and installers - everyone explained what they would be doing. No question was too stupid for them. No mess or fuss - the old door and fittings were removed for. I would 100% recomend this company.

From ordering to installation Academy have been brilliant. Absolutely delighted with our new door, it has received many compliments.

Although there was a problem with one of our new patio sliding doors it was rectified quickly and the service was very good. All our doors replacement windows and doors have been installed by this company and we have always found them efficient and willing to help over many years. My wife and I thoroughly recommend Academy for all. windows and doors.

High quality conservatory upgrade. Helpful staff. Clean and tidy onsite work. Very happy with our new conservatory.

We have recently had aluminium sliding doors fitted from Academy Windows in Wokingham. The service was very professional and they were fitted very quickly with minimum fuss. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend them. We were originally looking at Bifold Doors but Keith from Academy explained why the sliding doors would be better for our house, so they definitely do not try and give you the hard sell, but listen to your needs and respond to them with the best solution.

Brilliant from start to finish. No hard sales tactics. Honest company with trustworthy staff. Installation engineers amazing and we are very happy customers - would recommend to anyone.

I recently had a window supplied and fitted by Academy. This is the second time they have fitted a window for me as I was so pleased with the first one they did last year. The fitters who came were so polite, informative and respectful and we are delighted with our new window. Thank you to all the team at Academy!

Absolute cowboy builders, beware! Ordered a new kitchen window to be fitted. It took months for the window to arrive, the installation was dangerous (lintel too short and held up only by small bits of wood), plaster finish was uneven and quickly peeled off (we had to strip it and do it properly ourselves in the end), the glass is dirty on the inside (raised and confirmed the problem 6 weeks ago, still no answer) and despite repeated requests and reassurances, still no FENSA certificate. The builder clearly hated his job, knowingly cut corners, and couldn’t care less about our home or the quality of his work. The sales people are polite and helpful when you talk to them, but little action seems to happen as a result, except to take your money. This was a straightforward window in a wall. I read good reviews so thought I could trust them. Unless you are prepared to keep a VERY close eye on the work as it is being done, complain, finish it properly yourself, and you are happy to have to keep chasing for answers weeks afterwards then based on my experience (so far), I’d avoid this company at all costs - don’t be fooled by good salespeople! A brief update further to Academy’s response: 1. We were told the window might take a few weeks to arrive, because of the colour choice. We ordered it on 12 October 2024, it was fitted in February 2025. 2. We were told the work would be FENSA certified when we ordered the window. 3. The only reason the job was not covered up with an inadequate length of lintel held up by bits of wood, was because I noticed the botchery over a weekend and complained. Still the builder tried to defend it on Monday morning before admitting it was inadequate, and fitting one of appropriate length and support. 4. I have indeed been notified of the replacement glass, within a day of posting my original review here, and having chased up yet again via email.

Very pleased with the new door, there were a few problems with the installation but they were put right quickly and efficiently so no reason to not recommend.

Great service and products. I have used Academy before and will do again in the future. The whole team are very helpful and keep you informed throughout and the pricing is very competitive. Phil D

Academy Windows fitted windows and doors for our entire house including bifold doors. They were a pleasure to work with from the start, with clear pricing, good advice about some issues we had and quick responses. I would highly recommend them. Our windows and doors look fantastic and have changed the look and efficiency of our home. The fitter spent almost a week with us and worked tirelessly to make everything perfect. He was friendly and thoughtful to our needs with us working from home and having a toddler he was very flexible. I cannot recommend Academy enough!

I needed information/advice about the conservatory...Keith from the sales team came to my home to see the issue.. advised me very honestly..I definitely recommend them as they are trustable 😊🙏

Good service from this company. Keith was very helpful and courteous; the two guys who came to fit the door did a good job too - even though they left some mess behind on my patio to clear up! All in all would definitely recommend.

Brilliant company who do fantastic work. Keith was really helpful throughout the whole process.

Thank-you to everyone at Academy for our new front door, our hallway is now much better insulated and the house looks smarter on the inside and out. Really great customer service, when there was a minor issue with the door after installation, Keith came round within half an hour to sort it out.

Absolutely delighted with my new front door supplied and fitted by Acadamy windows. Keith was brilliant , visiting to go through options, to the door being fitted by 2 nice, professional, polite guys everything went to plan .I was kept informed of progress, and any contact with Acadamy was delt with ,promptly, professional and cheerfully. Thank you Acadamy, I would highly recommend your company.

We are very happy with the patio doors Academy Windows have supplied and fitted recently. After placing the order the job went through smoothly and efficiently. A leak in a gutter joint was plugged, for which no payment was requested. However there is one aspect of the process with which I wasn't happy, and that was demanding full payment before the job was done. Payment for the manufacture of the doors before installation is acceptable, but the customer should be able to hold back full payment until satisfied with the completed product.

As a returning customer I was sure that all would be excellent and it was. I am delighted with my new back door and kitchen window. I would definitely recommend Academy Windows.

Academy windows were brilliant, from start to finish. They were actually recommended to us by a friend, and we later discovered they have installed windows and doors for a number of our neighbours. It was great to be able to go in a local showroom and see the actual products. They were thorough in their work, prompt to arrive and finish and always cleared up when they left for the day. Super friendly and considerate installers too. A few weeks in now and we’re very happy with our front door and the windows, glad we went with academy windows and I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic. We dealt with Keith who sorted a new front door for us - helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Everything delivered and installed on time as agreed too. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with my dad's new front door. Keith was extremely helpful, spent time explaining all the options and helping us to choose what suited best. The rest of the process was smooth and efficient, within the timescale stated. A good job done, thank you.

I am very happy with my new ebony garage door. It now complements my composite front door, which was also installed by Academy Windows a few years ago. My neighbours have also complimented on it.

Acadamy has been my 'go to' company since 2001. Works completed by them over the years have been doors and windows in various rental properties, as well as two conservatories. The process has always been extremely professional from initial enquiries to Keith Wall, through to survey and finally fitting by some great lads. Before I discovered Acadamy, I had a few jobs completed by a much larger and well-known glazing company (also beginning with 'A') who could learn an awful lot in terms of customer care from Acadamy. Many thanks to the whole team for some really high quality installations.

Wished I had employed another company

We recently had a new front door installed with Academy and we could not be happier! The door looks amazing and has transformed the front of our house. The process from my initial enquiry with Keith in the showroom, to the survey and then the installation was seamless. We were kept informed each step of the way and everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Academy.

Very pleased with our new windows fitted by Academy. Fitters were very professional, completed the work efficiently and on time .Highly recommend .

Had our conservatory upgraded with a tiled roof. Service from start to finish was excellent. We now have a room we can use throughout the year.

Excellent service and good value for money

Wonderful service from start to finish. Beautiful composite door installed with no fuss or mess.

Very nice company to work with. Their products are first class and workmanship very good. We are delighted with our new front and garage doors.

Amazing work from Academy Windows. We are very happy with the window installation - the quality of the product and the professional work completed by the team. The team were helpful, very neat and great service.

Very professional and quality job from start to finish. Keith in the showroom went through all the options and gave top tip to wander around our estate and look at what other people had. I had not spotted all the different types before. He gave us glass samples and then came and measured and quoted. It was very straightforward to choose but we did not feel rushed or pressured at any stage. Once we accepted the quote Gary the surveyor came out to do the full measure and assessment and a few weeks later we had a date for the fitting. The fitting team Steve and Col were amazing - they worked like a well oiled machine and always cleared up at the end of the day. So polite and kept us informed throught the job. There was so little damage to the surrounds that I am now having trouble convincing hubby he needs to repaint some rooms (we had been holding off until windows fitted) !! WE are very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and the fitting and especially the large coloured glass feature window. We also had some brickwork done to change height of window again really good job from Sean the brickie and all plastered before they left. I was dreaded getting the windows replaced as you hear so many nightmares but it was such a painless process with Academy, great team of honest hard working people who take pride in their work - can't recommend enough.

Professional service from survey to installation. Would highly recommend.

Academy fitted new windows in my bathroom, 0n time and did anexcellent job. I am very pleased. John R W Smith

Fast response and great service would recommend

We ordered a new front door and were very pleased with the quality, delivery times and professional installation. Very helpful team throughout the process too

I was very happy with the service I received from the team at Academy Windows. They were extremely professional and helpful at every step of the way. The replied very promptly to my initial query and then very clearly explained what options were available to me. The survey was carried out exactly according to schedule they had set out, and the fitting was done to a very high standard. I just had a single (three panel) bedroom window replaced, including the interior board/sill and I am very pleased with the results - the sound reduction is very impressive. Happy to recommend Academy Windows for their helpful and professional service.

Keith has been very responsive to follow up the window and door installation status throughout the project. He had also provided some solutions on my door installation which is out of my expectation and make it more convenient for my kids to get into. The installation team also carried out the job very well, efficient and clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for window and door replacement.

Excellent from start to finish! Honest and fair pricing in the showroom, good communication until fitting then very efficient and tidy installation by 2 polite and friendly guys. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication throughout the process. All staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation was quick and we are very happy with the quality. Thank you

First class. Extremely professional company in every respect. They really know their stuff. Seamless process from initial contact to installation. It’s so refreshing to not have to worry about a thing. Heat retention is superb and our windows look gorgeous. We could not be happier.

Scores maximum points on all our criteria. Really easy to do business with and totally professional in every aspect. We've found a jewel almost literally on our doorstep. Would recommend Academy Windows to anyone!

Academy Windows Wokingham installed a large sliding patio door for me. It was a stress free transaction from quote to work completion by an excellent team of fitters - all steps explained, carried out on schedule and to a very high standard. Thanks Folks!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. I like that they are a family run business. I am super happy with my new front door. Highly recommend Academy windows & conservatories, I would have no hesitation in using them again.

The team at academy windows were both helpful and professional. I plan to use them again in the future.

We had two windows replaced and the service from initial on site meeting through to installation was great. Keith was always a call away to assist with anything and the installation team did a brilliant job. We're very happy and our house is now warmer!

Academy fitted a new patio door for us in January 2024. Work was done on time, to specification and to quoted price. A couple of minor snags were fixed within a week of the installation. We are very pleased with the new patio door.

An excellent contract with great communication throughout and competitive costing. The installation was expertly completed and the new bay window fits and looks perfect. A great local company, thanks from a very satisfied customer.

Academy Windows installed a warm roof for our conservatory which is fantastic. We can now use the conservatory all year round. The installers and plasterers were great with attention to detail and the whole installation was easy and seamless from the initial enquiry with Keith in the showroom through to the end result. I would definitely recommend this company, many thanks.

Just had a lovely new back door fitted. Amazing service from start to finish, everything was explained clearly, timescales were stuck to and any queries I had were answered straight away. The team who fitted the door were quick and efficient and so tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definately be using them again.

Brilliant service! Really helpful service and so quick to install the new windows. Also the windows were very reasonably priced. Compared to some companies we looked at, Academy Windows were so well priced. Really pleased with our new windows.

We found Academy professional and friendly from going into the shop to order through to the completion of installation. We love our new door, thank you Academy.

Excellent service, friendly staff - couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We chose Academy Windows because of their many excellent reviews. Happy to endorse as the service was really good. Plenty of choice, quick turn round and quality fitting.

Excellent service from initial visit to finished job. Every step of the way was explained to me and advice given was very helpful. Every member of this firm were very polite, arrived on time and worked quickly and my house was left clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The team did a brilliant job - a great door at a really good price, all delivered with the minimum fuss. Would thoroughly recommend!

Love my new front and back door. Keith came round and showed me what I could have and to pop in the show room which I did to choose colours and door handle. All went smoothly. Another guy came round to measure up and order and then once doors were ready we had a date and the guy was punctual and kept the work space clean and was respectful. All in all brilliant. I couldn’t of gone with anyone better.

I would use again, couple of minor details that caused me effort but over all quite good.

We had windows and French doors fitted in, what looks like, good quality materials, smart, and well constructed. Time will tell. Very helpful sales team and experienced fitters. Very happy.

Mark replaced a bifolding door in my house and did an impeccable job. Professional, friendly, and competent. I have used Academy Windows in the past and I have never been disappointed.

The new door has given the house a face lift. We’re very pleased with it and the speed and efficiency of the fitters

Just wanted to say a big thank you, to Keith and Team Academy, great experience from ordering to installation, no pressure selling, kept informed on all stages of the order, windows arrived quicker than expected, the fitter was immaculate and respectful in our property, we are delighted with the end result, windows look amazing.

Academy Windows built & fitted a bespoke double-glazed non-opening window, fitted in half a day with no debris or dusty sign that an old window had been removed and the new one installed. The area was left spotless. Thank you!

Very pleased with the installation of these high quality windows. There was no mess to clear up afterwards and all completed within a day. The whole process was trouble free from our first visit to the showroom to placing the order and then arranging a date for the installation. Would definitely recommend.

Great work. Very happy with the installation and the service provided.

I can't rate Academy highly enough. They have recently completed a replacement of our bathroom window, and everyone I've dealt with from Keith in the showroom, to Andy the surveyor, to Jack the installer, have all been amazing! So much so, we have now asked Academy to brick up our old back door and fit a new window in the kitchen.

Excellent experience in buying a new front door. Great advice, prompt install and super easy.

Excellent service and delivery/installation. Good ideas to replace existing old sliding doors with new Bifold. Much better heat insulation and fully opening!

We had a few windows and door changed around 10 years ago, they are still in really immaculate condition. We recently decided to move our door to the middle of our doorway, they carried the job professionally and completed in the best condition. Thanks for the workmen and Keith for arranging everything ever so smoothly.

Really pleased with the composite rear door supplied and fitted by Academy Windows. Priced well, quality excellent, and Jack the fitter did a great job, despite the awful weather at the time. Would certainly recommend them as a first rate supplier. 👍

As always the service from Academy Windows was excellent. I know that I will have the support from them too.

Such a great local company, quality products, good prices with no silly sales tactics, and fantastic aftercare.

Academy Windows have just replaced me existing double glazed windows with new double glazed windows. This is the third time I have used Academy in a number of properties I have owned. I was again impressed with the professionalism of the installers and the quality of the work they did. I would recommend them to anybody. That's why I have used them numerous time already.

Absolutely delighted with the 2 windows we had replaced this week. A local company who are a pleasure to deal with. My daughters bedroom are finally warm again! I Highly recommend Academy Windows, please use small local companies otherwise they will disappear.

We are really pleased with the service we received form Academy Doors & Windows in Wokingham. Initial quotation was provided quickly with no fuss and we decided our final choices in the shop. New french doors, new composite entrance door and a few uPVC windows were replaced on time and efficiently with no leaks or issues. Absolute professionals from start to finish. Everything looks neat and nice. Thank you.

Super installation by Jack, the door had to be sprayed to match the colour of the window frames and what a great job. I have used Academy many times before and never had any complaints, great Job!

The team at Academy were fast to respond to all our questions. Our new doors were made and installed well within the given schedule. The dedicated Academy installation team (Mark and Mark) were second to none.

Academy Windows have recently fitted a composite door for my mother. From initial consultation, quote, through to installation we have been very happy with all members of staff we’ve dealt with and their friendly, professional approach. This is the second time we have used Academy Windows and would highly recommend them.

Good and easy agreement for style of windows, survey and installation went off without incident, all personnel polite and easy to chat through our requirements. We are very pleased with the whole process with Academy Windows.

Very friendly, skilled and tidy workers! Definitely would recommend!

Lovely windows. Efficiently done. It’s made such a difference to our outlook. Thank you

Really pleased with our new composite front door. Great quality door and the customer service by every member of the team has been excellent. Would definitely recommend.

All went well from a surveyor who noticed that we might need lintels and gave an itemised price up front and a straightforward quote to an efficient installation and removal of all debris. We have a date for roofline replacement and a front extension refelting. Told us well in advance that composite front door was delayed and it arrive and was installed with equal efficiency. Roofline installation. We were kept informed of delays in supply chain. Installers equipped with the right tools and equipment. Worked efficiently and customised gutter lengths etc to fit. Really neat job or porch roof. Have recommended to a family member who has also placed an order.

Academy Windows & Conservatories fitted a new Composite door for me last week. I am very pleased with both the door and the work done to fit it. The work done was very professional, quick and the finish is very pleasing. I will be recommending Academy to any of my friends who need new doors and windows.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Academy Windows who replaced our French doors with cat flap. From quote to installation they were incredible friendly, professional and no pushy sales, they even managed to install sooner than expected. Great to support a local company too. I would highly recommend. Karen, Lower Earley.

They were very professional and completed the work when they stated. They removed the old windows and replaced with the new with little or no damage. The bi-fold doors were fitted in one day and the glass and finishing off a week later once the glass was available. Superb job done.
