They replaced all our window last week, finished in 3 days. It was always going to be a messy job but they took real care in preparing the area and cleared up after so I was shocked at how little mess there was! The office staff were fab getting the measurements and quote over and then can’t fault the install chaps at all. Anyone looking for windows def give them a call
I used these guys to replace a misted up double glazed unit recently. From quotation to replacement was undertaken with professionalism and courtesy. I can’t fault them in any way and I have a lot of respect for the great service they provided us.
Alpha windows have done an amazing job of my conservatory, it was done fast and efficiently and all the team of builders and office staff have been outstanding, we would recommend them and would have no hesitation getting further jobs done with them.
They were very professional and fitted our back door very quickly. The fitter was great with my dog and kids and kept everything very clean and tidy!
Did the work promptly and in line with quote. Very happy.
I contacted Alpha Windows at the beginning of the year to replace faulty guttering that they originally fitted when we built our home back in 2016. The guttering had expanded over time that was clearly not their fault. However since then the service has been dreadful. When they came out to fit the guttering they postponed twice, telling me on the morning they were due that someone had gone sick and they would have to rearrange. I had to chase up numerous times to get an alternative date. Once the guttering was fitted as soon as we had any decent rain it leaked from one of the joints, badly. After the second downpour the guttering dropped completely and the rain poured out. Eventually they came back, only after letting me down yet again with, you've guessed it, someone had gone sick! When the second guy came out we looked at the guttering together and it appears that all the clips are too small and not fit for purpose. The original guttering was fitted early April and here we are on 1 August and the situation is the gutter leaks worse than before the old one was replaced. I continue to ring various people at the office and on their mobile but as yet the problem is unresolved.
Alpha windows installed windows and doors in our property several years ago. We recently noticed the double lock had stopped working and they came round quickly to adjust the hinges for us free of charge. Really great company and would recommend.
After much research i selected Alpha to fit double glazing throughout our house - mixture of new Windows and replacing all glazing in existing conservatory. I found them to be competitive along with the all important FENSA accreditation and insurance backed warranty (cheaper local companies didn't offer this) Install was good, the installers identified two damaged units during the installation and replaced both a few weeks later without hassle Overall very pleased with the friendly and convenient service received
I would not use Alpha Windows again if you paid me. They installed my upstairs windows a few years back and did an excellent job so I decided to use them again. This was a huge mistake! The first door turned up damaged so had to be returned. The fitting was appalling so we had someone out to check the work who agreed it was sub standard. Several weeks later second door arrived with no glass. Waited a few more weeks and the door turned up all ok! Now 11 months on the lock will not work - called Alpha Windows on Saturday who refused to take my details over the phone so I had to log it on line. I was advised I cannot get a lock smith in as my guarantee will be invalid so I have to use one of their own guys. Ok I thought - I will wait. Just called to see what is happening as it is Wednesday and I am told someone will be in contact in due course. Excellent so a door that is not secure and no date for anyone to come out and the advisor believed in her infinite wisdom this was acceptable. To say I am cross is a total understatement! Update after advising Chloe I had posted two negative reviews with in 20 minutes amazingly James called and texted me to arrange a visit the next day. James did turn up and I did mail Chloe to confirm I was happy with the work he has undertaken. However please note at no point did I say I was very happy with the work just happy and I still do not accept a 6 day wait for a fitter on a front door that does not lock is acceptable. Poor show Alpha Windows and still no proper apology.
An all round great service and friendly staff. I've used Alpha twice now and both times they have fitted my windows to the highest standards. Any issues during or after installation were dealt with in a timely manner (sometimes on the same same day) and nothing ever felt too much to ask, as long you make good tea :) I would highly recommend Alpha Windows!
Called with an issue locking a door. Very prompt to book engineer. Came on time and fixed issue quickly. Good customer service.
Alpha Windows replaced all the windows and doors throughout our home, including our conservatory. The standard of service was first class . The installation team were prompt, professional and completed the task as per quote. After sales service has been excellent, dealing with any queries and questions efficiently. Would highly recommend Alison, Mark and their ‘family’ company!

Having had a quotation, we wanted to see the type of window that was suggested for our older house. Small range of windows in the shop, knowledgeably explained. Polite and competent.
Mark and all the Office Ladies and installation team have been supportive through the whole choosing and quotation period. When it came to the actual installation ,wow they know their stuff. 11 windows, one new window cut in and and a brand new set of French Doors all installed plastered and finished in 4 days is pretty impressive. Delighted highly recommend them.
