All Seasons Windows

Very bad after sales,been wanting a warranty for my composite door for over a year . They use all the excuses under the sun to fob you off . Would never use this company again .once they get your money that's it ,no further interaction.

I've used All Seasons for all our doors and windows over the years, always great service from Norman. He shows up on time, always a quality job and they sweep up before they leave.

We had French doors, two windows and a repair to an existing back door locking mechanism. Very happy with everything that was done. Norman was prompt professional and all mess was cleaned up afterwards. We are currently in the process of getting a new composite door fitted By All Seasons Windows and are sure we will be just as happy with the work. A well deserved 5 stars! :-)

Not interested in after sales service once the cheque has cleared, I had two doors and a set of french doors fitted, I've now got problems with the French doors, repeatedly promised to come and inspect them, but never turn up!! So much for the 10 year warranty!! The normal doors are fine by the way! #####!!! UPDATE !!!##### I've had another promise of a visit to inspect the doors, so, only time will tell! #### FURTHER UPDATE #### Two fitters arrived this morning, partially dismantled the doors, took a part away for ' modification ' promptly returned, fitted new bottom seals, adjusted the doors, and they're now fine, close and lock easily ( for the first time). Thanks lads. That's why I've upped the review to 4 stars, just a shame that I had the initial problems as the product itself is of good quality!

ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO SEAL MY WINDOW AS MY 95 YEAR OLD MAM FEELS THE COLD NEVER TURNED UP DISPITE ME SPEAKING TO NORMAN RE THIS MATTER SAID HE WOULD COME NEVER TURNED UP VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER
