John and the team were brilliant. We recently had moved house and a lot of windows needed new hinges and locks also a couple had blown too and the patio doors inside and outside had dropped. John came round and took note of the work required and then promptly sent a quote the following day. Once the parts had arrived the guys came and carried out all the necessary repairs. Very reasonably priced and I thought the service this company offer is superb. So much so that we decided to get them back in to fit some cat flaps to our patio doors!! 10/10 guys and we would use them again in the future, highly recommend!

My windows were blown and moisture had gotten in, no insulation and could barely see out of them, and some wouldn't close properly. The house was losing so much heat, but really couldn't afford to replace them. After a lot of research I found there was a way to repair them which is not only a more sustainable practice, but would save us a lot of money. The quote from We fix windows and doors was competitive and excellent value for money. I had smaller windows adjacent to the bay that they said didn't need replacing but would look better if they were replaced - there was no pressure to include them in the order but I thought it was a good suggestion to make and had them replaced with larger bays. I was kept informed throughout and they were fitted at a time that suited me. I can already feel the difference in how much more insulating these windows are vs my old ones. I've spent the last two winters with draughty windows worried about costs and now I'm kicking myself I hadn't got in touch with them sooner, because it really was so affordable and great service from start to finish. John took on the job of fixing the gearing mechanism in my patio door. The door being obsolete made this a tricky task few were willing to undertake. John and his guys had all the equipment needed to complete this to a high standard saving me the cost of a new door. Great company. Very reasonable prices. Good communication.
I've used them a couple of times to replace blown glass and repair my window and door ubits, and each time it's been easy, efficient, and good quality service. The team who have come round and done the work have been really polite and professional and have done great work.

Recommended by a friend, WWD sorted out a dropped french window door, installed new bolts and replaced the hinges on our bedroom window. Very happy with the service, would definitely use them again
I contacted John from the Portsmouth branch as my front door had dropped and I was struggling with opening and closing it. He arranged to come over the next day, he arrived early, and got the job done with 15 min. He also sorted out handles on 2 windows which had jammed. Great service and would most definitely use again! Assisted us with material for a guarantee enquiry with the manufacturer. And then the work we went ahead with was undertaken cleanly and professionally.
Great at giving windows and doors new lease of life - and they're properly friendly and efficient with it. Really great to be able to get things repaired, or get parts replaced, rather than have to renew whole thing every time. And very cost-effective. They're a wonderful find, and we thoroughly recommend!

Our UPVC double-glazed windows are at least 15 years old, and although the windows still seem in good condition, they were letting in a hell of a draft. On recommendation from other friends and family members who have used them, we asked them to come out and quote. John came out quickly, identified the problem straight away, and said we needed new brackets fitted. We also had a problem with our back door not catching which just needed adjusting. John provided a very reasonable quote the next day and sent someone out within the week to fit them. I know of others who have used them for new double-glazed units, beading, and handles, and we’ve all been very satisfied with the work and price. I really like that they will give professional advice that can save you the expense of having new windows fitted. Although the firm is based in Hayling Island, they cover a wide area in Hampshire and Surrey. Highly recommended.
We Fix Doors were responsive, arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite, stuck to the quote, and did a good job. No faults at all, would definitely recommend for your door and window repairs.
