Prompt professional service. I rang Aaron in a panic because I was shutting up the house and the window would not close. He replaced the glass, fixed the frame and even cleaned the window. All done in no time. Aaron was great - highly recommend Thank you.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aaron at Kennett Glass was absolutely outstanding. Our retail shop was broken into during the night, with the front door glass completely smashed. In a stressful situation like that, you quickly find out who is genuinely professional and who isn’t. I contacted several local and national glazing companies, many of whom either didn’t answer their so called 24 hour emergency lines or answered sounding irritated at being disturbed. Aaron was the complete opposite. He answered immediately, was calm, professional and reassuring from the very first conversation. He told me he would be with me within an hour and actually arrived in around 30 minutes. He quoted a price, stuck to it, and carried out an excellent emergency board up without cutting corners. What impressed me most was the pride he took in the job. This wasn’t a quick temporary fix done to get paid and move on. Aaron genuinely cared about making the premises secure and ensuring the work was completed properly. He delivered exactly what he promised and kept me fully informed throughout. He’s due back next week to replace the glass, and based on the service I’ve received so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. What’s even more telling is that Aaron hasn’t asked me to leave this review. In fact, if every customer received the same level of service that I did, they should be leaving reviews without being asked. It’s rare these days to find somebody who is this reliable, this professional and this good at what they do. Professional, honest, responsive and genuinely excellent at his trade. So impressed with Kennet Glass / Aaron. He came & fixed a large smashed window and frame in a garage at very short notice. Totally trustworthy (came when he said he would , priced up the job & did it the same day, let himself in & out via a keysafe ). He even noticed loose putty round other windows in the garage & redid them too ! Highly recommend .

Aaron came to fit a cat flap, as well as several greenhouse panels which had broken or needed replacing. He was very friendly and professional, explained things through and gave us some good tips. He was respectful of our property, making sure to cause as little disruption to us as possible. He did a fab job, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Kennet Glass. This is the second time I have used them for a window problem and they have been brilliant. Tidy, punctual, respectful, conscientious and very quick to respond to an emergency call out. They also recommended another tradesman for a roof problem which was so helpful. A friend managed to lock herself out - and with a bath running inside the house and a spare key not close by - panicked and broke a window to get back into the house. Aaron provided a superb response, was quickly able to assess what needed to be done and attend to make the house secure by boarding up the broken window - and all for a cost significantly less than other prices quoted. Very impressed with the professionalism and diligence, we had a smashed kitchen window that needed replacement, came across Kennet glass along with few others online, while some called, asked for pic, measurements. Provided quote before paying a visit to check: Aaron from Kennet glass was very prompt, came over to us within 24 hrs, did his measurements, shared his all inclusive quote and left. We placed an order through him and also notified about our urgency, the glass was expected subsequent week but to our surprise was delivered 4 days in advance, Aaron reached us the same day, came over to us within couple of hrs and 20 mins job was done, very genuine, polite, kind hearted and professional guy, absolutely recommend him.

Thank you Aaron for the work you completed today at my neighbours house following a burglary where the culprits broke ‘the unbreakable’ glass in 3 places with an axe or similar to gain access and burgled my friends home. After Police had finished their forensics, the French windows were boarded up so it became a safe place to stay. Also cleaned up all the broken glass afterwards. Very good work where she felt safe. Thank you for your efforts. Would highly recommend. I did try another well known company, but they were not able to come out on the day!! I am showing the extensive damage. I don’t have photos for the completed work but believe me it was excellent.

Aaron from Kennet Glass, was very polite, professional, helpful and responsive from the start. I wanted a cat flap fitted and sought advice on the best solution between a Kitchen UPC door, patio glazen door or other. We looked at the pros/cons and Aaron took measurements for my kitchen door as it required a replacement panel. The colour and materials match are excellent and he has done a fantastic job of fitting the cat flap into the panel and the new panel to the door. He left the site all clean and tidy and the door looks fantastic! I highly recomment this company.
Had a leaking fish tank and called this company on Tuesday morning. Aaron cane out within the hour, looked at the job, booked a slot for Friday (today) and he’s just fished resealing our tank. Aaron came to fix my parents front door window panel after my dad fell against it and smashed what was an original stained glass window. It was an emergency call out and Aaron came within a couple of hours, completed the work quickly and professionally, and gave us some really helpful information. Aaron dealt with my broken window on a highly professional level: he responded promptly to my calls and texts, came on time, fitted quickly. Apart from it, he kindly offered to clear off brown cello tape stuck tightly on the frame with a special liquid - it was super kind and handy. Aaron also took the payment only after the job was done. Traditional leaded windows restoration
Very professional and impressive service. Aaron knows his stuff and has an infectious enthusiasm for his work. He was able to repair storm damage to our 120 year old leaded lights quickly and to a very high standard (when other companies weren't interested or said we'd have to replace with modern "fake" lead). The price was very fair, and below what I had expected. Having met and seen Aaron in action, I have no hesitation in recommending Kennet Glass for any aspect of glazing work We'll be asking Aaron to help renovate our other leaded lights next year.
