I had the front door, patio door and 4 windows installed by West Norfolk Glass Ltd. Had to have remedial work done satisfactory. The installers worked hard in the cold and rainy days! Good communication from the team and the price was quite competitive. Thanks to everyone in the team.

Cannot comment on this company for supplying any product and nor will I be from what I witnessed this morning! Please remind your staff who drive your branded vehicles it is illegal to speed (I witnessed one of your vans with no other vehicles around trigger a vehicle activated speed sign well over the 30MPH speed limit) whilst on his mobile phone. Truly not good advertisement!

West Norfolk Glass has done a fantastic job. Very pleased with the build. Looks like its always been there. The WNG team was very professional, punctual, very tidy and respectful of my property.

We wanted to change our conservatory for some time, but never quite found the right people to do so. We had a couple of companies out to quote us for the work, but after meeting Richard & chatting with him about the vision I had for the space, his wealth of knowledge, ideas & experience within the sector came up second to none. From the time we agreed to use west Norfolk to the completion of the project was faultless. Richard stayed in contact with me insuring that my mind was at ease with the project. The day came for fitting which they were amazing and worked round some dates I was unable to do. To the fitting, absolutely faultless, every attention to detail was amazing, the men who came where chatty, respectful, clean & tidy, every day they left you wouldn’t have even known they had been there. No question was to much or to silly for them as they said “we would rather cover any questions when we are here to ensure you are happy” All I can say is thank you to everyone who was part of the project. If we ever need anything again I wouldn’t hesitate to use West Norfolk! 5 stars is not enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recent installation of the remaining items for our home by the manufacturer Evolution Windows supplied and installed by West Norfolk Glass. Although we didn’t buy the conservatory we really wanted from West Norfolk Glass, as it was out of our budget, we felt compelled to comment on their customer service. From the moment we are walked into the showroom and was greeted by Janice, we were shown the products and given plenty of information. We left our details and were told Richard would call to arrange a visit. Richard pulled out all the stops to see us on his afternoon off, as we needed information and pricing very quickly. I might add we had seen a glass roof conservatory not far from us and knocked the door to ask how they found it, the people we spoke to couldn’t be more complimentary about theirs, that’s how we came to be at West Norfolk Glass. Anyway we were guided and advised by Richard, at no time did we feel pressured into anything. We were able to contact Richard and ask more questions. He was so help and even when we had told him we just couldn’t stretch the budge that bit further, he wished us well, no sour grapes, just kind and friendly. We really would have liked to give them our business.

Well happy with my window installation and my doors, I choose Harry and Lloyd for my installation as they do a great job. They take pride in there work. And left my property clean and tidy. Another good installation by west Norfolk glass.

West Norfolk glass have just completed fitting 10 sash windows to our period property. We are absolutely delighted with the result. The process from start to finish has been trouble free and professional. Harry and Lloyd, our fitters were complete stars; competent, polite, clean and tidy, friendly and well informed about the product, answering questions and going above and beyond. We would have them back in a shot. Many thanks guys, super pleased with your work.

They moved one of my windows during the fitting process without fully explaining the consequences of this change. They also did not ask me to review the work or sign any install paperwork/sign off documentation prior to them leaving the property. As a result, I had to pay around £200 for someone else to fix the issue. When I raised my concerns with WNG I was advised that the proper fix would be for it to be re plaster-boarded and plastered. Instead, they offered to fit unpainted timber as a “gesture of goodwill.” When I told them this wasn’t an acceptable resolution, they stopped responding.

February 2025 Further to my below review which I posted in November 2024, we were so pleased with the Conservatory experience that we decided to have all of our windows and doors replaced. We were not disappointed, as again, from start to finish, it was a brilliant experience. Richard designed and helped us decide exactly what we wanted, he is a really nice guy as is Phil the Surveyor who was equally excellent and suggested better ways to use our doors and windows e.g. opening in different ways and more . It took exactly a week to fit the windows and Harry and Lloyd were an absolute pleasure to have around, they could not do enough for us and they worked like a well oiled machine. They worked hard, in freezing temperatures to a very high standard and were very clean tidy, finishing each window with great care. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the replacement windows and the Conservatory. I have no hesitation in recommending West Norfolk Glass, who take a pride in their work and genuinely care about what they deliver to the customers. November 2024 Absolutely fabulous experience with my new Conservatory purchase from start to finish! Richard Lloyd the designer was really helpful and came up with exactly what we wanted and ensured that all of the niggly bits that we needed sorting were catered for. One of the issues was some remedial work on the brickwork on our existing base and Denis and Wayne from DW were terrific, they matched up the bricks perfectly and left us with a seamless finish, I was delighted with this. The installation team consisting of Adam, Jake and Ollie were outstanding, I have never seen such harmonious team work, they worked quickly and efficiently due to knowing exactly what each should do and what the others were doing. They were really nice guys and a pleasure to have with us. Overall a truly outstanding piece of work. I highly recommend West Norfolk Glass.

Fantastic folks. They replaced our windows 5 years ago, did a great job. Very responsive, they have come by twice since to make a few adjustments. Definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Norfolk Glass Ltd from beginning to end. Everyone I’ve interacted with was very polite, helpful and friendly. I opted to have a new front door fitted, which I really love, and the work has been completed to a very high standard. The fitters were on time and did an excellent job, ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves and even reinstalled my Ring doorbell for me. I will recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services for any future work I need doing.

The customer service was fantastic, I made a small mistake on my order, I phone them up and their friendly staff amended the order with ease..the installation of the door, again the guys where friendly and very efficient. I do highly recommend west Norfolk glass. Andy & libby

West Norfolk Glass came to Norwich to fit some upvc double glazed sash windows in our house. Very reliable and the windows look really good.

Would like to say a big thankyou to west Norfolk glass for the response I received from them regarding a replacement glass in summer house, they came measured up and 1 day later glass replaced , so a big thankyou to the gut who came he was very polite and helpful, ww did supply him with tea but what a team thankyou.

Just had 2 doors and a kitchen window fitted. The team were great from initial consultation to finish. Plenty of questions were asked at the consultation to make sure we got what was needed. We're kept updated to when they could complete the installation. The fitters arrived on time, placed a cover down around front door/dining room area to protect the carpet, tidied up after themselves, took the old doors & frames away with them and made sure we knew how to use the keys to lock the doors before leaving. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area. House is a lot warmer now than what it was. Definitely will be using again in the future if needed.

I’ve been using West Norfolk Glass for three years now and have recently had the largest job to date completed, involving a variety of windows and a new back door. As a firm West Norfolk Glass are pleasure to deal with from start to finish – every aspect of the ordering and survey process was efficient, lead times were reasonable, during the lead I was able to make slight adjustments to the order with no problems, the installation team arrived bang on time and were genuinely lovely people, and, finally, the end result was brilliant and has had a huge positive impact on my property. I would also like to highlight the customer service I received from Richard, which was just fantastic. A large part of why I would highly recommend West Norfolk Glass is down to him - being treated like a valued customer is increasingly rare these days!

A very good service and outcome on what was a difficult and complicated job. The end result is excellent and the service was very good. The workmen who fitted our new door, surround and large window really knew what they were doing and were also very pleasant to have in our home. Everything fitted without a problem which is a credit to the pre installation work and the surveys undertaken. We would recommend this Company without reservation.

. Richard came to measure up for some windows today. Very nice chap , very respectful and friendly . We have been using West Norfolk Glass for over 20 years and have not had any problems. Would and have always recommended them in the past . Not worth going anywhere else .

Based on our experience, I have no hesitation in recommending West Norfolk Glass. Richard who visited to give us a quote listened to what we wanted and guided us without any hint of the hard sell. Fitters, Craig and Chris did a very professional job in an efficient and friendly manner. They were respectful of our space and left the place clean and tidy. In short, great job at a reasonable price.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. We had uPVC windows and a new front door fitted which look great but have also improved energy efficiency and reduced the amount of noise from outside. Richard provided us with excellent customer service and product knowledge, he is a really genuine guy who is passionate about his job and always goes the extra mile. The fitters did a great job and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward.

Chose this company to replace glass in a small conservatory due to reviews. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. On installation, far too many parts either missing, wrong finish or damaged and took far too long to resolve. Took two further visits and about 10 weeks to finally complete - with the first visit still having incorrect parts. Communication poor, calls not returned and arriving without notification. Would not recommend.

All groups doing the work, the builders, installers, electricians were really nice and respectful of my property. Builder initially misread the plan and had to remove a wall in progress when I noticed the door was in that particular spot. Everything was left clean and tidy by them, but some of my intact quarry tiles were removed without asking and were not returned despite promises. The installers were lovely guys and efficient, a couple of ‘sealing’ corners cut and had to be addressed later. Plaster did a good job, but left plaster ‘rubble’ on a ledge which could not be seen from below. This was addressed later, though I can’t see. The electrician and assistant were excellent, respectful and efficient. The frame itself is ok, the door does not feel very robust. There is still an outstanding issue, the gutter joins all leak. I was promised more robust joins, but the seals were changed to address the problem. This has not worked. Nice people to deal with….but fear there will be a few ongoing issues.

Great service from initial contact to the installation team. Quick responsive and great product at a good price.

Truly outstanding. The various teams have been well-coordinated to ensure our new conservatory together with replacement of front and back doors plus French windows were all completed on schedule. Some additional ground work that was found to be necessary was still accommodated within the detailed timetable. Even Storm Eunice failed to deflect this achievement or dent their good humour - materials being prepared in our garage that Friday morning to enable rapid progress the following Monday. With WNG's order book already full for the next 3 - 4 months, this has been well worth the wait.

Had new upvc windows and a door fitted by West Norfolk glass, from start to finish it was seamless, Lloyd and Harry the fitters cracked on with the fittings, just as I stired their tea they had the old windows out, superb work on our old house. I cannot fault the quality and work. All finished in an anthracite grey with a wood affect inside and out. Fully recommend.

Moved into a property in Jan with 9 year old units from West Norfolk glass. One is faulty, I called to arrange it to be fixed under warranty and am still waiting after 6 weeks. Was told would have a call in a few days, subsequently to keep it together from the works on the new property we wanted a window removing, making bigger in the wall, had a manager round but am still waiting for the quote from 6 weeks ago..... Have been tryingbto call but seems line isn't manned on a Saturday....
