We live in an older property within a conservation area, so specific permissions were required before any work could begin. Sandringham went above and beyond, speaking directly with the council on the same day as the site visit to take this forward. Jan 2025: Jim (owner/sales) was very professional and informative, and unlike other companies, he didn’t try to put pressure on us to place an order. Chris (surveyor) was very approachable, whilst remaining professional, and was very thorough. Extra special mention to Zoe (office) who was extremely patient when our order needed to be amended due to a minor structural issue. Her colleague Amanda (office) was also very polite, helpful, and responded quickly to emails. Connor and Haydon (installers) were very approachable and professional, and cleaned up after they had undertaken their work. They did a lovely job of installing our new door which we are both very pleased with. Thank you all very much for all your hard work and efforts which we both appreciate. We have no hesitation in recommending you and will buy from you again. May 2025: We are returning customers for phase two of works on our property. Again, Jim was very professional and provided our quote. Chris surveyed our property and was very professional whilst being very approachable. Great job in early autumn 2024 fitting bifolds, patio, kitchen and a triangular gable end window. The guys also fitted soffits and facia to the extension, there was some miscommunication on the type of facia and vents but Charlie and the guys were happy to resolve with no issues. Everyone was helpful, polite and hard working. We are really pleased with the work and support everyone gave us at Sandringham Windows.

Really pleased with both the product and quality of craftsmanship that went into upgrading my 3 windows. One of which was a significant window at front of property. Other companies did not want to tackle it maybe due to the complexity? Would thoroughly recommend them moving forward. Staff who turned up on both days were top notch workers and nice guys

Had all house windows replaced , really happy with the quality of the product . Tim came out to quote and discussed all the options, ended up cheaper than trying to restore the wooden ones I had yet still looks in keeping with the traditional norfolk flint cottage as used pebble grey with wood effect finish and monkey tail pewter handles. Connor did a great job of fitting them , even though some areas were tricky to get to and the walls were uneven . Highly recommend.

New glass conservatory roof installed by Sandringham Windows delivery was within time promised. All persons who attended to measure and then fit new roof were professional and did an excellent job. We ordered a new composite front door and a set of French doors from Sandringham Windows. The ordering process was straightforward, Tim our salesperson explained our options and we chose the doors that we wanted. After a measure up our doors were ordered. The two installers, Geoff and Will were very professional and did a fabulous job. The guy who came out was very nice and professional. But nearly 3 weeks later we are still waiting for a quote even after chasing them up on the phone. Shame sorry to pop the good review bubble but that's our experience of this company. Oh we have found a company now who quoted for the job within the week of coming out.

Very happy with the window installation they did for us, and from the booking to the completion, whenever we had questions etc, their response had been quick.

Great windows and great service. I had their double-glazed sash windows fitted in a white wood grain foil and with heritage features. Both to look and to the touch, you wouldn’t know they weren’t wood, yet so much warmer, safer and functional that the old single glazing they replaced. Would definitely recommend and use Sandringham Windows again.

We had all our original crittal windows with secondary double glazing replaced by Sandringham Windows recently. We couldn’t be more pleased. We knew very little about modern windows or what was on offer so it is a big decision who to employ. Making the right decision on such a big outlay is something you need to get right. Jim gave us so much information and was very patient while we made our choice. We chose Timberlook Flush, which proved to be the right decision for our 1950’s house. When the installers started work, we were impresses from day 1 and have never experienced such professional workmanship. Geoff and colleagues were efficient, considerate and excellent in everything they did even to the minutest detail. Everything was cleared away and left clean and tidy and we really can’t praise them enough. Our house in transformed and we have had people calling on us and stopping to ask who the installers were and we have gladly given them very positive feedback. Sandringham Windows replaced all my double glazing including two exterior doors and one interior door. From the very start they were extremely helpful and Jim, who came to do the quote, took time to explain all our options and put no pressure on us to make any quick decision. He returned two weeks later to answer a couple of questions we had. Again no pressure. We were kept updated as regarding the readiness of the units and gave us plenty of warning when they would be able to come and do the fitting. The fitters were polite, clean and very efficient. We subsequently received a certificate of installation. Sandringham Windows is a well established family run business. I undertook detailed research before choosing this company. I was unable to find a bad review for them. I had to wait around 3 months for fitting as they were so busy. I always consider this a good sign. They are not the cheapest company around but the quality of the units are first class. They take no money until the job is completed. In conclusion a small local family run business with a good reputation who quite clearly take pride in their work.

Had James and Connor today do 2 doors front and stable door. First time we have had Sandringham Windows. Good service. On time. Done a good job. Would have them again.

I am delighted, the windows look brilliant, better than the colour I was going for. The fitting guys were really nice, clean and tidy and friendly. Price very competitive. House over 4°c warmer, I have had to turn the heating down.

We recently had a composite door, aluminium bifolds and upvc windows supplied and fitted and cannot fault them. There was a long lead time but they were up front about this from the start. The lads who installed were friendly, polite, informative and very clean and tidy. We had a slight issue a few weeks later with a lock that had dropped and they sorted it really swiftly. Price was competitive too. All in all very happy and will definitely go back to them when we get round to replacing the rest of the windows.

I really appreciated the clarity on lead times due to issues with supply of glass. Punctuality with appointments was excellent and they were all really pleasant to work with.
