Incredible service from Addison Glass. My windscreen was cracked and needed replacing. Phoned in the morning and a replacement was ordered and fitted by the mid afternoon, all at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Matt, the manager, was incredibly quick to respond and organised both protective glass and a walk in wardrobe mirror with spot on sizing. The installers were polite, took their shoes off without being asked, and worked efficiently while maintaining a very high standard throughout. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Addison’s.

Amazing service. Great value for money! They do beautiful kitchen splash backs as well which we will look at when we do our kitchen.

I used this company around 7 years ago to remake 2 new stained glass sections of a door only 8”x 6” each and the same size in clear glass , so 3 glass sections in total they came out to look and fitted the new glass and the overall invoice was £210 inc vat I went there today to get just ONE stained glass section same size and I will fit it,- the price now I’m told is £800 to £1000 So I will not be buying anything else from them.

Great service from Adrian and the team - needed 3 quotes to repair a damaged windscreen from a stray golf ball. Addison was the quickest to respond, was the only company who could squeeze me in within next working day as I was traveling the following week and also had the most cost efficient method compared to the well known companies trying to charge hundreds to re program a camera that wasn’t required if you didn’t disconnect it. Very impressed!

Call them 10 minutes ago for a large piece of picture glass. Arrived and it was already cut and ready to go. Couldn’t be better.

Stone flew up and chipped windscreen on ford ranger on a long road trip up north Halfords said they can’t fix it the windscreen needs replacing another independent glass repair shop said the same thing because it was a spider chip Brought it to Addison glass & windscreen the honesty and the helpfulness was second to none they fixed it on the spot for £75 The windscreen would have cost 3-500 to replace or it would be at the mercy of the insurance company Very impressed and grateful with Addison glass & windscreen

I had a large mirror for my bathroom installed by Addison. I’m very happy with it. I didn’t want to have a regular size mirror but something that was a huge to make the bathroom look bigger. Very professional site survey first & then installation 10 days later. It looks fabulous. Now going to order a kitchen mirrored splash back with them as a returning customer !

Quick and hassle-free glass cutting with friendly service which goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I needed some glass panels cut for some old metal-framed windows at the parents’ house and having seen Addisons in and around Guildford all my life, they were my first port of call and delivered - no, exceeded - expectations! Highly recommended, my father remembers using them as long ago as the early 70s - not many companies manage to maintain standards like that for so long these days.

Addison Glass went over and above when the window on my old car was smashed in. Other companies were quoting me more than the car is worth to fix it and I was despairing and considering scrapping when Addisons reached out to proactively offer me help and look into alternative sourcing routes for a window at a more reasonable cost. I haven't received service like this from a company for a long time, so thank you and keep up the great service!

After finding out my Fully Comp Insurance didnt cover windows I visited Addison Glass for help and advice. Adrian was super helpful, and even though it was late in the day managed to source a replacment windscreen for the next morning. I visited at 8am the next morning, my car went straight in. I had the wonderful company of Jamie, who was a real treat to chat with, really lovely chap. I am so so so impressed with the service and warmth of this company, and couldnt recommend them enough.. I have a handmade display cabinet made by my late father-in-law. Unfortunately the glass smashed during my house move. I turned up without an appt and was seen to promptly, with a new piece of glass being cut. However, the glass didn't quite fit, but it was no trouble for the guys to try and sand it down, however, this still didn't work. So, third time lucky I had another piece of glass cut, gratis, which fitted perfectly. Matt and James (hope I have your correct names) went out of their way to make me happy, thank you very much! Brilliant service. Had a chip on my windscreen that I picked up on the motorway on Friday fairly late into the afternoon so I understood that it couldn't be done straight away however, they still allowed me to drive round to the shop so they could check the chip out to see if they can fix it. They managed to fit me in first thing this morning (Monday) and the chip was repaired in 20 minutes, can't even notice where it was. Highly recommend and would use again! Thank you ☺️

Good place to shop for windows

Very affordable windows. I recently visited the shop to look for greenhouse windows and in 10 minutes I was attended and served. I paid less than £20 for a couple of small 50X65cm windows. I was able to park my car on site without a problem. I would recommend this place to a friend if they needed anything window related.

Called to get a windscreen chip repaired. Matt and Adi were very responsive. They asked for a photo to check the damage and Adi immeadiatly called me back to say bring the car in the following day. Work carried out very promptly to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Picked up a windscreen chip on the gritted roads at 2pm. By 4pm Addison Glass had it fixed and you would never know it had been there. Apparently the repair works better if you fix it quickly as the laminate will start to go cloudy. Very highly recommended!

Very pleased with the glazing done to accommodate my wife’s stained glass panel within our porch window. Andy came a measured and helped decide how best to set the stained glass, and arranged cutting of two plain glass sheets. He dropped off beading for me to paint to match the surrounds, and then returned to extract the old beaded glass which would have ruined the effect. He then glazed the stained glass panel, sandwiching between two pain sheets to make it robust, and warmer. The work done, the effect and the care were great.

I ordered a replacement piece of glass for my log burner from the internet. Unfortunately the piece of glass was a few millimetres too big and didn’t fit. I took it to Addison Glass and they very kindly cut the glass down and now it fits! They didn’t charge me a penny. A very kind, efficient, professional company. Thank you!

Good staff, bit slow turn over and bit expensive for me. Can cut any glass any shape so worth using if you have deep pockets.

Really helpful. Great glass. Got just what I needed and wanted even though I was pretty hopeless at communicating what that was. They probably thought I was a headcase, especially when I turned down their kind offer to cut a large sheet of glass to size for my project. I'm happy to report that my glass terrarium turned out beautifully and the glass was well packed into my daughter's car by the man at Addison and t didn't break before we got home!! I have used Addison glass several times over the years. Always friendly, helpful and reasonable. The latest time was when I realised they did Glass splash backs for kitchens. It looks smart and was reasonable when compared to those ordered from Tiling warehouses. It is good to see small independent businesses which manage to survive in this dog-eat-dog world. Dealt with Matt and Nick, both very friendly and helpful.
