Had kitchen bi-fold doors, kitchen utility door and bedroom window fitted. Team of fitters completed the install in terrible conditions including outside wall. All to a high standard and they were very tidy I would certainly recommend.

We’ve had Holtye Windows Ltd install replacement windows, a composite front door as well as a fully fitted kitchen. From outset, Tom and his whole team were very competent, courteous, communicative and professional. Their work ethic is above and beyond and each day they left our property clean and tidy, leaving everything as it was before they started . Their prices, we believe, were great value for the quality of the goods we received. We would not consider using any other company should we ever need their services in the future have therefore no hesitation in recommending them .

Holtye installed windows and two doors in our house. Jack and Teddy completed the installation with complete professionalism, care and consideration to ensure that we were happy with the outcome - which we were. Nothing was too much trouble. The doors and windows are of sound quality and structure. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holtye.

We hired Tom and Craig to completely refurb our kitchen, conservatory, living room hall, front door and cloakroom. I can't recommend them enough. Great quality of work and attention to detail. Holtye Windows are the best show in town as far as all things windows and doors are concerned. They have replaced various windows and doors around our house (including bay windows on a period property) and carried out all the work to an exceptional standard at a competitive price. No fuss service, quick to quote, quick to arrange installs and all the fitters have been genuinely lovely guys. Recently they replaced dormer windows for us and added a new window frame and cill and it looks fab. Highly recommend.

Wonderful job from start to finish . Tom initially came and done the quote and said he could make our time frame and meet the expectations we wanted . After accepting the quote Tony stepped in and took over looking after our job and he was amazing from start to finish . The boys were so polite and courteous and left the house clean every night and done exactly what Tom quoted from the off. Highly recommend Holtye Windows. We originally contacted them to enquire on replacing existing windows in our property and then supplying new windows to our extension, as well as bifold doors. They have been amazing since the start, our project is still ongoing and they supply and fit everything when requested. They have also installed our kitchen - they are wonderful in everything they do. Super professional, hardworking and trustworthy team!

The good and bad of Holtye windows. We used them twice and had a good experience. Then midway through planning the next job, we could not get any contact. Just stopped calling. We then had a snag from a previous job and still they would not contact us.

Called into see if they sold new front door locks for a upvc front door. They should have been open at 11.30 but they were not. Open till 1pm on a Saturday. No sign on the door, no apologies... A wasted journey.

Fantastic new conservatory delivered for a fraction of the cost of other quotes. Design was exactly what I wanted and Tom happy to offer a reinforced slab foundation over conventional footings. His team delivered a professional service throughout happily adjusting & re-hanging the existing french doors to clear the tiling on the new floor. Holtye had delivered the windows at my previous house a few years ago and excelled again here; 100% recommended.

Excellent experience with Holtye. We had sash windows and were advised from other companies where we obtained quotes that they would require a rip out and replace. Holtye were able to utilise the existing sash frames and drop in composite sash window inserts. The results are amazing, You can't really tell they are modern and not constructed from wood. Outstanding knowledge and installation experience. Would highly recommend.

Very swift service. Thomas came out to see me very soon after I called to inquire. Then Holtye Windows did the install within less than two weeks of me accepting the quote, which I judge to be a competitive quote. The guys doing the instal were very friendly and got the job done very professionally. I will use them again. I highly recommend Holtye Windows!

We decided to replace our ageing double glazing and elected to use Holtye Glass following a visit from Tom. The quotation was received within 24 hours and our queries and alterations were quickly addressed. Carl, the fitter was absolutely brilliant. He took great care and was extremely tidy and respected our property. We are delighted with our new glazing.

I’m really sorry to say we’ve not received the same sort of customer care that others have here. The hinge on our door broke back in August so after seeing some feedback on Facebook I decided to give Holtye a call, initially all seemed good and we had someone visit to measure up. Then absolutely nothing, no quote. We rang several times and after a few calls it became apparent that the person doing the quotes may have been away. A few more calls in the following weeks and we were told that it should be with us shortly, again more calls and only after saying I would leave feedback did we get a quote, which was ok, but then a request for a 50% deposit, ‘the invoice would follow shortly’….its been another week since that email and still nothing and I still have a broken back door. To me this is someone that doesn’t want the work or thinks nothing of their customers. Really disappointed and wish my feedback had have been different, so my advice, if you have something that you want doing in a reasonable timescale I’d look elsewhere.

Price generally seemed OK for 1 part window replacement and sorting out slipped bi-good doors. Quite a long wait between quotation and work being carried out - albeit a small job

We are extremely happy with the work carried out by Holtye. We had all conservatory windows replaced and installation of a new solid roof with two velux windows and it looks so much better than before. Thomas is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, his quotation was competitive compared to other two companies we contacted. They were also the only ones covering all aspects of the job including new window sills, electrics and decorating. Every single worker involved was highly skilled, punctual, polite and took pride in their job. Coordination among workers and communication between us and Thomas was very good. I had all my windows and patio doors replaced by Holtye Windows over the last year and every time, Tom and his team have provided an excellent and professional service. The work completed has been to an excellent standard and each fitter comes with a wealth of knowledge and are very friendly. Prices are competitive. We had a scratch on one of the panes of glass, when mentioned, the glass was replaced in a speedy manner and with no questions asked. Very please with the service, would recommend.

Promised a large order of doors from this company, after placing the order Thomas went radio silent. No response to any contact attempts despite us saying if you can't fulfil the order just let us know. Multiple phone calls, texts, emails ignored and the order never showed up.

Disappointing I'm afraid. Exceptionally slow and difficult to engage in discussing subjective but also some objective faults with the installation. Failed to reply to multiple emails. Numerous issues disputed and no real desire to rectify anything in a timely manner was my experience. Unfortunately I could not recommend this company.

'Resting on your laurels' syndrome possibly. Made an appointment last week, was told the surveyor was free to visit Friday am which was a few days away. I get a phonecall the day before saying the appointment has been double booked. I suggested Tuesday the following afternoon 3pm and got told the surveyor prefers to come at 2pm as likes to finish early. Phoned today to make sure he's coming. Told no trace of booking in the diary. When I described this as basic incompetence, told I can go somewhere else. Makes me wonder who wrote the reviews below. To have this level of lackadaisical attitude at the time when people are facing employment and financial uncertainty is foolhardiness at best.

Been waiting for 4 months now for someone to come and check the windows - useless company with empty promises - had to reseal myself silicone as it started coming off in 2 months, 1 of the windows was not seated properly either so there was a gap of 2cm when closed.
