11 months on and the door is still looking great. Really please with the quality of the door and the workmanship in the installation. The new composite door replaced an old timber door - wish we had done it sooner! The East Grinstead Glass guys were spot on and very professional, efficient and considerate of the house. Highly recommend East Grinstead Glass.

I would like to thank East Grinstead Glass (and team) not only for a fabulous job, but an affordable price to replace many 'blown' (misted up) double glazed window units in my conservatory this morning. We first asked East Grinstead Glass to replace all our existing wooden framed windows and doors 29 years ago. It was a no brainer not to go with them again. This time they replaced all the original glass with the latest, servicing all locks and hinges as they proceeded with the refit. From the moment I made the initial phone call, to the survey, to completion (three weeks ahead of schedule) it was five star service. Adrian and Alex are truly Professional. We had a problem with the lock on our front door. Basically we couldn't lock it. Someone else told us that very likely we need to replace the door as it is an older model for which you could no longer get a lock. Or something like this...This would obviously have been very expensive. But then we contacted East Grinstead Glass and Adrian did some research and he found a way to fix the lock! Obviously it would have been easier for him to say that the door had to be replaced and he would have made more money with it for sure, but he didn't say that. I know everyone has different experiences, but they were very good with us, so we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

I visited their shop to try and find a lock for a patio door that had broken. I was met with a blank by the usual warehouse style retailers and was faced with having to buy a whole now lock at an extortionate cost. EGG were amazing. They made time to source the part from one of their existing doors and then were kind enough to say "its on the house" - I was delighted to make a small cash contribution - but what wonderful local service - almost forgotten today. Moving forward - for all my needs that fall within their remit - totally trustworthy and knowledgeable - Thank you so much EGG Ltd

We cannot speak too highly of East Grinstead Glass. We would like to thank Adrian and Paul for their wisdom, patience and perseverence throughout the design process and Jordan and Cameron for their excellent fitting and good humour over their seven days on site. The quality of the windows is excellent and they enhance the appearance of our unusual house.

I phoned in the morning about my UPVC front door that needed repairing. They said they'd ring me back about availability and I received a call back in 5 mins saying Paul would be there that afternoon. He did a great repair on the door which now works perfectly. I would highly recommend East Grinstead glass.

First class professional service. I had some high quality replacement double glazed units supplied at a very good price and was able to collect them from their shop/showroom in the centre of town. Very pleased!

East Grinstead Glass give GREAT service and have gone out of their way to make sure I got what I needed on several occasions (even though often my jobs were 'bitty' and fiddly and not major or high ticket items!). Wanted a piece of glass cut shape of a circle for my daughters lamp which was given to her by her late nan Alex .sorry if i got your nsmame wrong . But was very helpfull and explained the process of cutting a circular piece of glass .he is very skilled and a craftsman .not only that a great guy .thank you for talking and showing me your skills,.my daughter was very pkeased .thank you ..would recommend you to anyone who needs glass cutting

I e-mailed East Grinstead glass for a quote to fit some bi folding doors in place of a patio door. Paul rang me back and arranged an appointment which he cancelled via text. Which was happy with, but despite following up with him twice via text he never got back to me. I guess they do not need the work. Very disappointed as wanted to use a local company.

They cut my glass to size immediately.

Small jobs are far too much for this company, so they lost out on the big job that I eventually required.

Like Mcphersons glass they are not interested in small domestic jobs:didn't even answer my email.

Failed to provide the promised quote on time. Didn't place an order. If they can't deliver paperwork i don't hold out much hope for the conservatory. Price was competitive though
