Great company. The surveyor for my replacement boiler was excellent, helpful and put us at ease with the project. No hard sell just professional and friendly. We signed on the spot for a new Worcester Combi Boiler, along their Fasttrack scheme. The installation was done by one person incredibly, only taking about 5 hours to fully install test and demonstrate to us. Very happy with this service and communications, so much so we are getting a second quote for radiator problems.

TS Gas & Electric company were absolutely brilliant in the service they provided, right from first contact through to the installation of the boiler, which they did as part of the “FastTrack” WorcesterBosch. After the installation was complete you could not tell anyone had been in to do it! Very clean and tidy. Vic who did the installation was friendly and kept me informed of all he was doing, explaining the new thermostat he put in really well. They are a brilliant company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Tinderjit arrived on site and I gave him a tour of the house to explain where everything was situated that he needed to complete the job. His next task was to roll out some sticky carpet porotector and from then on he proceeded to turn everything off ,drain down the system, take out our old boiler and fit the new. Put like that it sounds easy but as an ex-gas engineer I have done similar jobs myself and it's a skill to carry out the job without any fuss or issues. The job was soon complete and the work is excellent. Tinderjit cleaned up after he had finished and all I've had to do has been a bit of air removal from the system and radiators which I have to carry out occasionally anyway so I'm very satisfied with the whole process from estimate to completion. Well done guys.

The whole process from quote to installation was easy. All questions answered and the installation engineer was excellent. I would recommend this company.

Fitted a new pressurised Worcester boiler 07.05.25 onto a non pressurised system. The new boiler looses pressure as there is now a leak in the old pipework which is under my concrete flooring. I contacted Worcester Bosch direct & they state they would not fit a pressurised boiler on a non pressurised system. I’m unable to use the system. When fitting the new pipework the mains water pipe was damaged running under the concrete floor. After a month I noticed my concrete floor was saturated. I’ve had to have it dug out and repaired. See pics!

Had the boiler fail in my rental property leaving my tennant with no heating or water. TS gas were referred to me by the Worcester Bosch FastTrack replacement service. They were very polite and efficient, did an initial survey and quoted a very reasonable price for the whole system replacement boiler, pump, diverter valve, thermostat, and controller. I had a local plumber over pressurise my boiler after a simple job and it utterly ruined it. TS Gas came round and replaced it with a really nice Worcester Bosch boiler at a great price. Boiler service has been regular as clock work and I've had them redo all my radiators and move some and install ones at new locations. Both Indy and his team are great at what they do and I genuinely wish they were more local. The local plumbers round my area are bloody awfull but Indy and co were great. Thank you Indy.

Had a survey by TS Gas which was very professional. Indy provided an excellent service with some really great honest advice. I will no doubt use their services in the future.

We had our boiler replaced and relocated recently by T-S Gas, and initially I was happy, the engineer was friendly, polite, and hardworking. The job was completed in two days, and as expected when he finished the works, I did have to relay my carpets and vac up some of the mess that was left but this was what I believed to be within normal tolerance. When leaving the engineer stated that he had ‘left the box the new boiler had been delivered in’ assuming this was just packaging and could be disposed of on recycling day I had no issue with this. At closer inspection the box was full of waste parts from the old boiler and tank as well as the plastic floor coverings he used. I decided to contact T-S Gas to enquire about their normal practises and if they typically leave this amount of waste after completing a job. I received the following reply. “Good morning Tim, The cardboard and other waste packaging in your picture are left on all jobs. This is the case as we found most customers prefer to make a visit to their local tip, rather than us add additional waste disposal costs to their quote. Kind regards, Tim Ferguson “ I seemed to remember the quote outlining the removal and disposal of the old system, so I sent a follow up email asking if this was included in the quote, this was ignored, I sent the same request the following day, below is the reply. I am shocked that this gentleman is working in a customer facing position of any business. “Good morning Tim, Our email response to you was VERY clear on Monday. Re- read our response. Multiple emails are not required following that. For your convenience see below: “The cardboard and other waste packaging in your picture are left on all jobs. This is the case as we found most customers prefer to make a visit to their local tip, rather than us add additional waste disposal costs to their quote.” What part of that is ambiguous? Was waste disposal itemised on your written quote? It is very clear and concise. We will not be responding further to this ‘issue’. Regards, Tim Ferguson “ I requested a copy of the company’s complaints procedure and received a reply email stating that as my partners name was on the job sheet not mine that he wouldn’t deal with me any further, so my partner has sent written consent for me to handle this matter on her behalf (we both own the house the boiler is in). Since then, I have sent two more requests for the complaint’s procedure to no reply. Do not use this company is you wish to be treated with an ounce of respect from their office staff.

When my boiler packed up recently I arranged a replacement via Worcester Bosch. They put me in touch with TS Gas & Electric who contacted me the next day to confirm the quote, check some details and arrange the visit (actually a day earlier than Worcester had offered). The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and professional and worked with a minimum of disruption (I was working from home). He also ensured that the area was left clean and tidy when he finished. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend them

Absolutely awful service with late arrival and no apology. Lies told to me about timings and the fact that the company knew that the engineer was going to be late and yet nobody bothered to contact me. Lies about emails being sent. Lies about telephone calls. And then I was accussed of being abusive because I became distressed. At no point in time did I raise my voice to the engineer but did hear the way that the person on the phone spoke about me and he wondered why I got upset! He seemed annoyed that i called several times - well if you had sat there waiting for 20 minutes with no communication wouldn't you wish to know what was happening. They advised me that they would no longer wish to service my boiler and they didn't need my £90 - which is amusing as there is no way that i would allow these people near my home again. I am assuming that this is their way of not wanting to deal with people outside of their direct area. Blame the customer!

Very prompt and efficient service. Indy was very professional providing the quote. Vic & Colin, who were both very amiable and friendly, carried out the installation professionally and within the quoted one day time scale (despite them having been sent on a mystery trip around the Welsh countryside courtesy of a road diversion on their way to us).

Very pleased with service and professionalism. Our 20+ years boiler broke in the middle of the winter and the pandemic and had few quotations for replacement. Indy's quote was priced right and inspired the most confidence hence paid a deposit and booked for the fitting. The old boiler however kept going without a fault for over a week so we decided to cancel the fitting. Indy refunded the payment with no question asked. I came across this company via Rated People for an installation of a brand new Combi boiler. Not where each member of the team very polite (Big props to Indy) but also gave a very detailed explanation of what the installation process would consist of and of any new features that could be implemented to make life a lot easier. I can proudly say that within a week after the initial quote was took, the job was done within a day and the new boiler has been a joy to use. It has honestly breathed new life into the house and has kept me and the family warm and snug as well as leaving me with the safe knowledge that we have a ten years guarantee to cover us. 110% would recommend to anyone. I had a Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler fitted with a 10 year guarantee.......and a filter installed at wrong position. Advice: carefully check everything upon completion, otherwise you can never expect them to come back and fix the issue left. EDIT: TO TS GAS: Firstly, I told your engineer who did the price qoute that the boiler position move was for placing wash machine at the original position. Secondly, I emailed you on the NEXT DAY of completion about the filter at wrong place. Thirdly, when I apologised about "keep on changing mind", that was about fitting a radiator vavle, not about this filter issue. Please stop lying!!!! Also, I've been waiting for you to fix the trouble you left, or in your world "courtesy and good will", for over a month with my kitchen in a mess and all work stopped. And I was told to keep waiting for... who knows how long. Good job forcing me to give up by myself! See the attached photo: TS Gas engineers drilled a big hole in my wall and found it hit the eaves outside. So they filled it back and moved everything down without any communication with me. "She has already been advised by our engineer that the boiler could not be placed any higher internally"------This was after the installation and my complaint about things at wrong position. I have a full time job and couldn't be there to monitor their work. They could have just simply called me when they found the eaves was in the way, rather than just finishing the job of their own convenience and left quietly without mentioning the mess they've done. I didn't spot the problem as well as the holes and wires left in my closet within the 10 mins of inspection and docs signing. Now they are using this against me. Well done! And they still haven't returned my keys!!!!!!!!

Installation of a new gas boiler Tinder called to arrange to give me a quote for a new gas boiler. He was polite and clear and very accommodating with the times available. He arrived and looked at the job giving me a full explanation and made everything clear. He was honest and very professional and I did not feel under any pressure to buy.
