Prime Heating Services WM Ltd customers report boiler fitting and repair work, with Chris named in several reviews as professional, polite and helpful. One reviewer was very pleased with a new boiler fitted by Chris and Danny and would recommend them. Others describe Chris as honest and genuine, knowledgeable, and good at explaining problems step by step. One reviewer said the work could not be faulted but that the business was hard to contact. Another reviewer reported that a boiler was left leaking, a cupboard was not put back, promised return visits did not happen and calls, texts and other correspondence went unanswered; they advised others to avoid the business.
