Scott, Tom and the team were terrific. We had a top-rated boiler installed in a new position and all new piping and electrical work done 2 weeks quicker and 33% cheaper than British Gas - plus our SafeGas boiler has a 12 year warranty. 7 years more than British Gas. We would definitely reccomend

Had my bathroom renovated by Safegas Scott came round and planned it all and talked us through the whole process. Quote was given and accepted and work started within a few days. Lads came and could not fault them or their work absolutely over the moon with the finish would highly recommend them. Also the price was very competitive.

Have always used safe gas for my annual boiler service since having my boiler fitted by them 5 years ago. The girls in the office always give me a call to remind me it needs doing which is really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in using them for all future services.

Had a new Baxi boiler installed 6/1/2026 to replace an old back boiler which was taken out along with the water tank and cylinder in the loft . Tom and jack who did the job were very professional and courteous I would recommend this company to others and Scott the owner gave me a good competitive deal . Absolutely fantastic service,from start to finish.Called in the office at Swinton,and spoke to the lovely dawn,she arranged for the owner Scott Davis,to do a site survey,the following day,some very useful advice,and he immediately gave me a quote,which I accepted.The following day Peter came to supply and fit my new boiler,on the 18th of September,very efficient,friendly and worked non stop!Ged helped him in the latter part ie the ladder work outside.Both of them are a credit to safegas,would definitely recommend Safegas UK Ltd to anyone.

I had a leak from my boiler over Easter so called at the office to book a service engineer to come and fix it. The lady in the office asked "will later this morning be ok". I said it would and just over an hour later Sunny arrived to take a look. He found the leak was coming from a cracked valve inside the boiler casing which he showed me, a fine jet of water coming out from it. He said there was a spare one in his van which he fitted and got the boiler working again with no fuss. I am very pleased with the way that the leak was dealt with so quickly and Sunny was able to keep me updated as he found and solved the problem. He is an great asset to your company and will now service my boiler each year. Thank you.

I recently had SafeGas in my property to replace all my radiators (11 in total) for a more modern designer type and we are delighted with the end result. Right from the original telephone contact with the ladies in the office to the survey and discussions with John I was confident that they would do a great job for a reasonable price (others quoted me up to 3 times as much!), and I'm very pleased to say that I was 100% correct. Peter and his colleagues did a great job over a couple of days and made sure I was involved with every step of the process so I would just like to say thanks guys and that I would have no hesitation in using SafeGas again, and to highly recommend them to family and friends.

Safe Gas are one of those company’s you’re just glad you know about. Top class service, excellent engineers and not ridiculous on price. Been using them since 2017 and I really have no complaints. I can heartily recommend.

Our old boiler was leaking so called Safe Gas to arrange engineer visit. On investigation, cost of the parts & repair were reasonable but we decided on a new boiler fitting instead. All arranged and new boiler fitted within a week, very quick service seeing as this was straight after Christmas and new boiler quote was very reasonable. Peter Thomas arrived as agreed and worked right through 9.00am to 15.30pm with just a short break to pop put for some extra parts. Wall mounted the thermostat for me and talked me through the boiler and thermostat settings. Cleaned up after job was finished. Really polite, hard working and cheerful guys. Thank you for all your hard work and support.

My 20+ year boiler packed in just before Christmas. Today, Safe Gas came out on Christmas eve to fit and install a brand new boiler. They did a fantastic job, even hoovered up once they'd finished. Merry Christmas guys, and thanks for saving the day!

Cannot reccomend this company highly enough. Had a boiler installed at my last property and again this week at my new one (and a radiator changed to a column one). The phone staff (Dawn for example is just lovely and a delight to deal with), the speed they work at is fantastic, quick quotations and then quick to schedule in the work. The engineer I got both days (Peter) is a lovely fella but his attention to detail and his work quality is fantastic too. The pricing is extremely competitive too, so you are getting high quality work and a great price too. I will certainly use them again in the future and woukd reccomend them to anyone.

Gas fire just serviced by this company, I’ve never used them before but can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks in particular to their service engineer Sonny Whitehead who did an extremely good, thorough and tidy job. Let us know when he was on his way and a reasonable price was charged too. Call out over a hot water issue with my boiler, looked at it, told me it needed a service, left without servicing it and charged me £80 for the privilege. Not sure how that worked? Why not just service it within the £80?

I was really impressed by the honesty and integrity of this company! They came to have a look at our boiler as the hot water wasn't working properly. They gave us a quote and came to do the job very efficiently. We had a previous plumbing company come out to have a look who advised that we needed the boiler replacing but couldn't explain why - we felt they were trying to pull wool over our eyes and then proceeded to quote us £5000 for a new boiler. However, Safe Gas UK truly understood the issue and worked hard at a very reasonable price (we did not need it replacing at all), they solved the issue for a fraction of the cost of a new boiler. I highly recommend them, thank you!

I called safe gas to Organise an engineer to come out and fit a gas Hob a week in advance and they arranged for it to be installed on the 12th of December. I then Had numerous text messages telling me I was booked in and to call if I needed to cancel. I called yesterday to ask if they had a time the engineer would be out, to be told I am not on the system. I explained this was organised last week and she came back and said oh I can see you now I was looking at the wrong engineer. (Blatent Lie). She said he would be with us between 9-12. I then called them today saying I had heard nothing and can they update me. Only to be told we have got you down for a pm visit today. (Another blatant lie). Then I get a call from them saying the engineers are stuck on a job and cannot get to you today (more Lies). And we do not know when we can get to you absolute joke. If they had called me and said we are so sorry we have made a mistake and we have not actually booked you an appointment I could live with that, we are human we make mistakes. It's the Lies I cannot abide. Learn from this Safegas just be honest with people, yeah they may shout and be annoyed but they are more likely to work with you than cancel the job altogether like I have done. Very poor 1 out of 10 for me.

Sonny Whitehead just had our boiler serviced this afternoon. He's done a fantastic job not only was he clean & tidy on the job but polite and happy to answer questions. Waited in all day as previously discussed for an engineer on my day off work to be told he left my property after knocking “several times” and having no answer. despite me and my partner both being in the house and not hearing a knock. Obviously didn’t try very hard and very unprofessional service. I was outside my house looking for him within 5 minutes of the office calling me so he didn’t wait around very long.

Sonny has a very open honest manner and is excellent at explaining what needs to be done and why, it’s so refreshing to have been given such a great service by Sonny, he has natural effortless people skills, and yet very professional, he is a diamond.

Originally we called another company out beginning of December, who mis diagnosed our boiler fault 3 times!!!. We contacted safe gas UK, explained our problem and predicament, and a heating engineer (John), was here the very next morning. We were apprehensive because of our dealings with the first company, but was put at ease instantly with the professional approach and diagnosis that our boiler was not repairable. Within 1 week, safe gas UK has installed a brand new boiler and we now finally have heating and hot water. The installation was carried out in a professional and tidy manner, and I thank Clive the heating engineer and the the other engineer who was with him for such great professionalism, (sorry I didn’t get your name). Overall very very impressed, and as a builder I’ll be recommending SAFE GAS UK to my own family and customers in future. Thank you SAFE GAS UK. 10/10 from me and the family. Ps. If you have a nervous dog.... let Clive talk to it. He’s also a dog whisperer. 😊😊

We got our boiler replaced and a new shower room done by safe gas team. Absolutely brilliant job they’ve done and they finished it in good time. Highly recommend!!

I have used Safegas a couple of times before for simple radiator repairs and boiler servicing. They have always done a fantastic job. I was in need of a boiler replacement and Scott advised me to switch to a combi boiler advising that it could be achieved quickly. A fair price was quoted without hassle. The following day the bolier was replaced without any fuss / mess. The team were fantastic. The shower pressures have improved as stated. The follow up service is always top class. Highly recommended.

We used Safe Gas UK in our old house and they did a sterling job there so when our boiler packed in days before my wife was due to give birth Scott pulled out all the stops and got a new boiler fitted the next day. An added bonus was that this was still cheaper than other quotes. I can't thank and recommend them enough.

After having no heating for 6 months and it being dodgy a good 6 months prior and after seeing a great deal on there advertisement in the Metro newspaper we jumped in and had one installed on the 18/06/18. from the two lads turning up and leaving they were efficient,friendly and most important they left our home spotless ! i was shown in detail how to work the new wireless controls and as a bolt on we also had a shower fitted, the lads even set my wonky bath straight and sealed it for us as a thank you for keeping them topped up with brews and biccys . A honest & highly recommended company for sure !
