We asked Josh to come to have a look at our combi boiler as we needed an annual service and a water leak attending to. Josh came over as being professional, polite and he knew exactly what he was doing. He also explained everything in detail which was good to know and very reassuring. He was also clean and tidy and easy to talk to. Next time we need anything plumbing and heating related we will have no hesitation in having Josh come and carry out the work for us. Finally, 5 star job 5 star person. Thank you Josh. Update: 14/10/26 We have had Hayes Plumbing and Heating back again to do a job for us. It wasn’t a big job but Josh didn’t rush it as many others have done for us in the past. We would highly recommend this company. Absolutely fantastic service, Josh gave us a quote in May, but we wanted the work doing with some planned building work. Josh was superb, he worked with the builder and relocated the boiler from the bathroom to the garage. Installation is impeccably tidy and pipework is spot on. Thank you Josh. Andrea

Had previous work completed by Hayes domestic previously, including boiler replacement and servicing, and also work corrected that another company had left. Can highly recommend. This level of service and work quality is why we continue to use them, and have just had a hot and cold outside tap installed

Absolutely superb service from Josh and Natasha. We had a small emergency with a first floor toilet leaking water into the living room. I rang Hayes and Josh was there within the hour. Toilet repaired, no more leaking water and all at a very reasonable price considering it was such short notice. I will definitely be recommending Hayes to friends and family.
