Boiler + Unvented Cylinder + Water Softener Installation - 3-month review. 3 months ago, I decided to renew my heating system and install a water softener, and I chose RP Heating Solutions. Time has passed, and it proved to be the right choice. Since the first contact, Rob is a good communicator, answering all my questions and making me aware of exactly what he was going to do, step by step, including the materials he planned to install. Another good thing about Rob is that he only works with and recommends the best brands. I am very happy with my MegaFlo cylinder. Since it was a medium/big job, it took Rob and Dean 2 days to complete the job. The installation in view was done to a high standard, and not a botched/rushed job. The price was fair, and Rob worked within the quote he provided days before. I have no problem recommending RP Heating Solutions.
Rob and his team fitted a complete central heating system for me. Considering that meant taking up floors in almost every room in the house and taking out the existing old-fashioned 1980s water heaters in the kitchen and bathroom I was surprised and delighted by how little mess and disruption there was. They did any moving of furniture that was needed (and there was quite a lot), and put it all back again perfectly afterwards, and at the end of each day cleaned up any dust and debris produced by the work. They arrived on the dot every morning, and managed to get the work completed a day ahead of schedule.

Rob and Dean did an amazing job upgrading our 30 year old boiler to a brand new one. They communicated everything that needed to be done and were on time every day. They left the house tidy and the workman ship is great. Even came back to tweak things and recently use them to install new taps and stopcock as well. 10000% would recommend! Thanks again guys!☺️

I found 3 boiler installers on google. Their quotes were similar but Rob’s recommended a Drayton/Wiser smart (wifi) heating control for two zones plus hot water. As we were without heating during the work (February), it was a relief to hear the new boiler come into action by 4.30pm on the day of installation. We are well pleased with the efficient way the job was completed by Rob, his mate and electrician Dean. With confidence we would recommend RP Heating.

What a excellent experience I had with this company. Timely communication, explained options fully. Even saved me money by suggesting I go direct to valiant to replace the pump on the boiler after the power flush had not fully returned heat within home. We have used RP Heating Solutions Ltd for the last three years. Rob has come on an annual basis to service the boiler. We have always been pleased that he is punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday we asked him to come and sort our failing Condensate pump. Bless him, he managed to find, supply and install the new one all in the same day ! Not only this but he pointed out the old one had been incorrectly installed. My husband is impressed with his knowledge and ability to ensure everything is done correctly. The boiler is quiter now ! waiting!!! for these kind of people to fix a gas leak in my house!!! any time today!!! i am wondering about dangers of this!!! and if the smell gets any stronger in my living room!!! i'm out the back!!! my mother figure of the group stuffs her hoover under a tiny stair space where the main gas pipe runs too!!! she has been aggressive and unwell and in pain and possibly cracked the pipe in distress trying to rush too fast getting carpets hoovered!!! i told them all years ago!!! not good idea to keep hoover there!!! but there really was no other room discreet enough!!! i suppose!!! they were always very plucky on that!!! but now!!! finally i think it's cracked!!! (photo from wh smith hardware book produced in association with readers digest) what really happened!!! the gas man phoned the boss who phoned the british gas company who got the indian one out and he said there is no gas leak it would be like water dripping!!! and i said well you're all not dead stood up talking about it for the next half hour!!! so we have no gas leak!!!

Rob was recommended to me by a friend. It was a relief to find him and his team actually after coming across dodgy/useiess plumbers. He’s completed a few jobs for me now. Rob arrived on time and carried out a boiler service and safety check in an Extremely cramped loft space and was still helpful and cheerful when finished. (Why it was ever installed there, I don't know!). There was a problem with the control panel which was fixed cost effectively and I would have no hesitation in recommending RP Plumbing.

Rob came round to give a quote within 2 days of speaking on the phone and then he was back 3 days later to fit a brand new boiler. Needed to get my hot water pump and tank replaced in my flat as the pressure was slowly going. Rob was able to visit to take a look at my old one, explain and recommend what is needed for a new one, and then fit the new tank all within the space of a week. Definitely recommend his services as he is fast, reliable and knows what he’s talking about and is happy to explain everything thoroughly if you have any questions. Definitely will use his services again in the next few months as plan on getting him to fit and install a new bathroom
Our aging Vailant boiler finally died, I found Rob using the recommendations/listings from the Vaillant website. He and his colleague were able to visit and diagnose the issue (it was terminal!) shortly after contacting him and fitted a replacement for what I would consider a decent price later the same week.
