My old boiler after 15 years was becoming temperamental so asked Gary for a quote that arrived t the same day. As Worcester Bosch specialists the team installed Paul turned up on time as usual and efficiently installed new unit. No mess at all! Shoe covers and everything taken away. Very pleased.

I booked a full system check with Magna Blue Flame for my new property as I was having issues with getting hot water and it was a different system than i was used to, a family member has used them for years and recommended them. The engineer was excellent, he explained everything I needed to know about my new system -showing me how to set the timers and explaining how it all worked (and made sure I understood it!) I would highly recommend the company, very efficient and on time which is always appreciated.

Magna Blue flame have always been punctual and very thorough and conscientious in the work carried out for us, and we would recommend them.
I was very impressed with Blueflame as from the time of my initial phone call, to completion of the work was only two weeks and it wasn’t a small job. They arrived on time and carefully covered carpets, etc before starting work, they also cleaned up well after their work. The work was completed on time and I am very pleased with my new water heater. The price was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend this firm.
I had a small boiler moved into the cupboard below to try and make my kitchen look a bit tidier. The guy who came to move it did a grand job. He was professional, thorough and kept things clean, tidying up after himself. The picture shows the messy bit on the wall behind where the boiler was and the boiler nicely moved nearer the floor. Our plan is then to build the cupboard around it to hide it when we refit the whole new kitchen. Been waiting 10 years for this and now getting excited in getting a new kitchen with the boiler hidden away :)

Really quick response, easy to deal with, and everything felt organised straight away. Booking was fast, with a great turnaround, and I was offered an appointment quickly. What stood out was how smooth the whole process felt. Quotes were sent through within the hour. I also really appreciated the text reminders for the appointment, and especially the tracking update when the engineer was on the way. That made a big difference, as I was not stuck waiting in all day and could plan around it. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing and I now have a working cooker to host Easter and a working boiler so my guests stay warm too!! Yet again fantastic service from Magna Blueflame. I was unable to top my boiler pressure up due to a faulty filling loop. I contacted Magna Blueflame and left a message and I was contacted and booked in within 30 mins of leaving the message. The engineer arrived bang on time and was friendly polite and very knowledgeable. Job was completed quickly, efficiently and the engineer cleaned up after himself. I was genuinely impressed with the service I received. Our boiler threw up a fault code and shut down. I called Magna Blueflame first thing the following morning and left a message for them to call me back as it was before their opening hours. They called me back just a few minutes after they opened to find out more about the issue and arranged for an engineer to be with us by lunchtime. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and had the boiler up and running again within the hour. He was very clean and tidy and, as a side note, he even brought his own shoe covers to protect our carpets from his shoes which most companies don’t seem to think about in our experience. I would 100% recommend Magna Blueflame and will definitely be calling them next time I have any heating or plumbing issues. Truly an excellent service from start to finish. New Boiler Install By Magna Blueflame Ltd Can't praise this super team enough. They came to me by recommendation from others who know their quality work and customer experience. From the first call for an engineer to assess my situation to the completion of the work, the office staff and engineers were superb. The office was great with communication and assurance with constant emails, text messages / WhatsApp messages keeping us up to date with everything, including tracking details of the engineer en route. Engineers were on time and very professional with everything they did as ,well as causing minimal disruption. They removed all waste and left the area of work in a clean and tidy condition. Finally taking time to go through all the controls, etc., on our new boiler. I will start with the positives, out of the 4 plumbing companies I contacted they were the only one to actually arrange a quotation visit. The visit was thorough and when I actually got the quote it was a reasonable price that I was happy to pay. However when it came to offering dates for the work to actually take place the date they offered was taken up within 2 days of being offered. I would’ve been understanding of the slot being taken up by another job had I been made aware that it wasn’t being held provisionally or I had taken more than 2 days to confirm a date. Had they made me aware of the fact that the slots were on a first come first serve basis I would’ve responded immediately confirming a date before making arrangements to accommodate the slot. Instead they’ve lost out on the job. Up until the arrangement of the slot booking itself I was impressed with the company, so I would recommend them; but only if you have a very flexible calendar and can accept offered slots immediately.

This is the second time i've used Magna Blueflame in almost as many months. After a superb service for my own boiler, my Daughter needed a Gas Safe certificate and an installation inspection for a new house she has just purchased, where the previous occupants had left insufficient documentation. I didn't think twice to ask them to support my Daughter's Gas safety concerns and obviously provide peace of mind to her, her family and to me. Great service from start to finish, super efficient communications throughout, appointment agreed that suited me, regular updates on when the engineer was to arrive and whilst on site Gary gave commentary on what he was doing, how it was going, as well as showing me elements of the boiler for day to day running and efficiency that i didn't know. Magna Blueflame were recommended to us via a local FB business page when I reached out stating I had issues with our heating system and smart heating. After messaging Magna Blue flame, their communication was phenomenal. I told them the problem, sent pictures and even accommodated a Saturday morning appointment. I was given a 2 hour window with live tracking of the engineer which made planning so much easier. Gary arrived and literally identified the issues, worked his magic and now our heating is all working correctly and this morning the house is nice and toasty. An excellent & professional service provided by Gary and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Magna Blueflame Ltd. They not only fit and service , a boiler in our case, they go way beyond the normal level of customer care. They are always available to help with any assistance and are always courteous and polite and willing to go that extra mile. I really couldn't recommend them enough and I would now never consider anybody other than Magna Blueflame for all plumbing and heating needs.
They have saved me multiple times with my boiler (45+ years old) it was time to bite the bullet and replace. Was given payment options and chose the right option for me. Arrived at 8am on the dot to complete, took away the old boiler and replaced with new. Brick work outside was all complete to a high standard and looks like it's always been there. Checked everything was working and tidied and cleaned like they hadn't been there. There was an issue with the electrics over the next couple of days, but wasn't an emergency (due to nice weather) and arranged for their electrician to come and investigate on the Monday morning. Turned out it was old, dodgy wiring in the house and because of the new boiler power it had tripped. All sorted and Magna Blue Flame very kindly covered the cost. Highly recommended.

Came home to an exploded outside tap which turned into an impressive water feature in my garden - panicked scramble ensued to try and turn off the water (let’s just say that was a very icy shower I had not expected! 😂) while leaving a quick message on their answerphone - within five minutes I had a call back from Della, ten minutes later Gary arrived and capped off the tap as an emergency measure for now. Neighbours recommended Magna Blueflame saying that they were delighted with their service and I can see why. I had a problem with my hot water system. I left a message and was promptly phoned back, an inspection the next day followed by a phone call to tell me the cost of parts and repairs, to which I agreed. They came out again, and as before, phoning to say on their way. when the job was completed I was about to pay the agreed amount, but was told that it would be considerably less as they had managed to complete the job without using a particular part. I wouldn't have know and would have paid the agreed price so -- not only punctual, very pleasant, cleaned up, efficient, took photographs so that if any other problems in the future they knew the layout of pipework and tanks but also incredibly honest. Incredible service!! Our boiler broke on Monday of which some family members tried to fix but we were left with no choice. I contacted Magna Blueflame and Della responded so quickly, even with some trial and error options to see if we could get the boiler going. As we had no luck, Della arranged for Gary to come out and inspect. Gary is a very honest plumber and we always trust Gary with his opinions. He said he could try fix the boiler but by the time he’s done that (potentially finding new things wrong along the way), you could’ve put that money to a new boiler. We’ve only been in this house a year of which the boiler is already 10 years old and not of great quality so we were sort of preparing for this but also not! Once Della sent over the quotes, she also talked to us about the finance plans for the boiler. We did not expect a big bill like this just after Christmas so it was handy to understand these financial options to give us more flexibility. Once we agreed the quote, Gary and Lewis came back within a few days! From start to finish, the whole process was under 7 days! Amazing and smooth service throughout - highly recommend!

My brand new tenant (1 day) reported to me that the shower was not working on Sunday. I left messages with a number of heating engineers, and Magna Blueflame Ltd was the only one to return my call. They are clear in their communications and pricing and were clean and accurate with their work, and stayed until the job was done. I've can only say great things about these guys. The absolute best in class service for all things heating and plumbing. I booked a service online via WhatsApp. It's very handy using their online booking, invoice and payment system. Paul attended today. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified a fault with my boiler and, as it is still under warranty, he contacted the manufacturer to arrange a repair on my behalf. Within a few minutes of letting me know, the repair was scheduled, I had photos and a full report. The service continued inspecting the water quality, maintaining filters and functionally checking all radiators. I've such a high opinion of these guys and would highly recommend to others. Had a boiler service and gas safety check. Friendly staff. Really easy to book- totally accessible - no phone calls necessary. Set out pricing at the outset no unexpected extras. Although shoes weren’t an issue in here, shoe covers were put on. I was prepared with the cloth and pot for the water that every technician has needed before but this one had his own with him ready. I was very impresssed. Would definitely book again!

Best around, I would ever go anywhere else for boiler issues again, I will recommend to anyone that will listen to me. I called them and they were in the area and at mine fixing the issue which lucky enough was minor within 15 mins. Within 1hour future servicing was sorted and I was told I didn't need the most expensive option and it was fixed all at a reasonable cost. There is no negatives about this totally honest and lovely company. They now have a customer for life.

Gary and his colleagues have worked hard to help get heating back up and running. I had a complex problem of leaks under the floor caused by a mouse 🐁 getting through an air brick and then nibbling joints. Gary separated the upstairs so that it would still work and proved the leak was downstairs. Then the leaks were fixed. Good problem solving as well as the work with the tools. Good communication also.
What a fantastic service we received from Magna Blueflame, from our initial enquiry to having our boiling replaced was straightforward and completely stress free. They arrived on time, worked fast and efficiently to get our boiler replaced and working on the same day. They covered the hall and landing areas with carpet protector and covered down all other surface areas where they were working which meant when they left I hardly had to clean anything. They explained how to use our new boiler and even sent us a youtube video showing us how the controller worked which was really helpful. Our boiler was registered and the certification details were emailed to us within 24 hours. The price quoted was very excellent and included a 10 year guarantee together with the first service free. When my heating stopped working just before Christmas I was left with no heat or hot water. The Magna Blueflame engineer came round and sorted it out with one visit. No problems, no fuss and no mess. Then arranged for a boiler service which was completed a couple of weeks later. This was carried out 4 days earlier than I expected. After calling me to see if this was okay. I will have no problem recommending them to anyone.

My boiler brokedown and once Gary deemed it was no longer economically viable to repair, 3 quotes were provided for suitable replacements. Once we agreed the best option, the boiler was replaced the next day despite falling on a Saturday. All certification and registration for building control and warranties were provided the next day. The prices quoted were acceptable bearing in mind the recent high inflation. Good communication throughout and very approachable. Highly recommended if looking for an excellent A1 quality service.

We received communication the day before to remind us of the appointment and on the day to let us know when Paul was on his way. Paul was friendly, polite and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. He was also very patient with our 3 year old, who was very interested in what he was doing! I first found Magna Blueflame by recommendation and, thankfully, he is as good as I was told, if not better. Gary has installed a Joule cylinder (unvented system), a full central heating system and regularly services both my boiler and hot water cylinder. He’s always happy to advise and has also added a pump to improve hot water flow around my home. Unfortunately, he didn’t install my new boiler; this was done by another company who made such a mess of the installation that it took 4 days and a visit from the manufacturer, culminating in my ‘new’ boiler becoming essentially a refurb. Gary is clean, responsible, reliable and, above all, trustworthy. Della is quick to respond to queries and keeps me up to date with Gary’s whereabouts when he’s booked for a visit. All in all, highly recommended
I contacted Magna Blueflame after our boiler failed and within an hour, Paul was at the door. It turned out, our old boiler was not worth repairing. Laura sent immediate detailed quotes for a new boiler, we accepted and they kindly re-arranged some appointments to accommodate our emergency the following day and in 24 hours, brand new system installed and operational. Engineers Paul and Lewis were super efficient and answered lots of my daft questions. Clean, tidy and expertly fitted pipe work and hardly any water hammer now either when the tap/washing machine feed shuts off. Thank you so much for everything!

From the moment I spoke to Laura on the phone through to the invoice arriving via email, everyone I dealt with did exactly what they said they would, and within the realistic timescales they gave. We were not given false hope, nor were we pushed into unnecessary costs, in fact the price was really reasonable (and I was told the call out cost in the first conversation). Our boiler was leaking and the controls were failing. We asked Magna Blue flame to give us a quote for a new boiler and Paul was with us next morning. We had our written quote around midday and they were able to fit it within a few days. The admin has been faultless with text updates regarding arrival times etc. Paul and his assistant were very pleasant and completed the installation by mid afternoon, having cleared the site as promised. We were very impressed.
I emailed Magna Blueflame when I discovered a leak from my boiler, which I was concerned about and never expected and immediate reply out of hours. The problem was taken out of my hands and an engineer was arranged for me as part of my warranty who came the very next day and resolved the issue. Gary and his team were very patient with this job as it took some time to even begin thanks to seized stopcocks both inside the flat and out. They had to make several trips out to my flat but never made a fuss and, when the work could finally begin, they were very professional, tidy, friendly, and the work was carried out to a high standard. I can only recommend them and will certainly be calling on them again if needed.

I initially had Magna Blueflame round to sort out a weird gas pipe sticking out the floor in my living room. Since then, they've installed a Nest thermostat, replaced a radiator, fixed an issue with my boiler, and serviced it twice. What sets them apart from everyone else I've ever dealt with is their level of communication given. Della always drops me a text to let me know when they're coming round and is super quick to reply to any queries. I honestly can't recommend them enough!

Two engineers came to install a gas cooker for me,I have to say first polite,friendly,professional.Price was amazingly cheap and quick, new pipe welded, bayonet,safety chain,hose, checked and signed off.Took about 30 minutes all that for £80,lovely lads perfect job and a lot cheaper than I thought it would come to.I recommend to anyone reading this don't go anywhere else if you want the best you have found them.
