Fantastic service, professional curtious and efficient. Dates sooner than anyone else that quoted and cheaper with a decent manufacturer of unit installed. I will be recommending Tom and his team for all plumbing, heating and AC installs and will be using his services again.
This company fitted a new boiler for me, it wasn't the most inexpensive. However they have looked after it for 7 years now and have always provided excellent service. Over the course of time they have ensured the boiler has worked at its most efficient and if there has been an issue they , particularly Tom, has attended immediately and sorted the issue quickly and cost effectively. I would always recommend this company.

We opted for a Vaillant aroTHERM plus 12kW air source heat pump to replace our 20 year old oil fired boiler. Vaillant gave us a choice of three specialist companies to carry out a suitability study including a heat loss survey. T. Bennett Plumbing and Heating were the most responsive and following their very detailed suitability study, we gave them the contract. I have to say that the Bennett brothers, Tom and Jack both delivered to promise. They came up with a very neat and minimally disruptive means of connecting into our existing radiator and underfloor heating systems. We needed a few new radiators which they supplied and fitted as an element of the overall project. True professionals. It was refreshing to see the actual installer right from the start and not a salesperson on commission. Tom and Jack played it straight all the way through, worked like Trojans to get us up and running as fast as possible and have done a splendid job. I am very happy to recommend both them as individuals and T. Bennett Plumbing and Heating as a company.

Tom has given excellent service for over 10 years now. His work is very thorough , he is very knowledgable on all matters re boilers and general plumbing. Nothing is too much trouble, he is honest, friendly and reliable , always gives prompt service and his quotes are always competitive. He loves a cuppa too!

After a number of years considering how to replace our ineffective and expensive to run electric heating system we finally took the plunge and opted for a new heat pump driven central heating and hot water system from Tom Bennett. It has transformed the house. We now have high pressure hot and cold water throughout the house and as much heat as we could possibly want. Running costs look similar to gas, although we did not have the option. Tom was able to explain how to avoid the pitfalls with heat pumps and I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody considering one. As a climate scientist I would strongly urge everyone to consider making the change, especially with the increased £7500 government grant now available.

Tom and Jack carried out the work seemlessly, minimising disruption and wear and tear on carpets and furniture etc.Time keeping was exemplary finishing the work ahead of schedule and on completion explained in great detail how the system worked.took away an extensive amount of redundant equipment.
We booked Tom in for the annual service of boiler and gas fire. He showed up on time agreed and carried out the work diligently leaving no mess behind. We've employed Tom to carry out previous work on the boiler and will certainly get in touch again for any plumbing or boiler work.

Tom fitted a new boiler for us. Although it was quite a complex job, Tom found a way around the issues and did a first class job. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the future.

Tom capped off the gas supply after I removed an old fireplace. He was very professional and only charged me £15 which I thought was very reasonable for task I couldn't do myself. Other tradespersons have charged me more just for turning up. I have recommended Tom to friends. Thank you Tom.
The only company to respond to my urgent call when my boiler broke down on New Year’s day. A visit confirmed the boiler beyond repair. It was replaced within the week by the company who continue to service it annually. I would recommend this company to others for their response times and professional, clean work

Tom connected the new gas hob during my kitchen refit and has since serviced both my boiler and gas fire. Also replaced the gas heating thermostat. On every occasion, Tom has done a good job, is reasonably priced, clean and tidy and arrives promptly. Would thoroughly recommend.
