If I could give no stars I would. This company is beyond atrocious.I was let down by this company on 2 occasions for the same job. First time was a no show with no contact from them, I had to contact them after waiting 45 minutes into the time they was meant to be here. They gave an excuse which you’ll see from the photo and said they can reschedule for Saturday, my heart gave them a second chance but my head felt weary that again it would be a no show which it was. He confirmed he could do Saturday and yet again never showed up to the job , no text no call to give any kind of excuse just a no show. The customer service from this company is absolutely shocking. If you want your boiler serviced don’t wait around for this company because they wont show up. It questions me if this company is even legit or if it’s just a fake website with family members leaving reviews. Do not use. I’ve learnt my lesson and I’ll go with British Gas, at least they will show up to the job
Really pleased with the service I received. Charlie was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue with my boiler and had everything resolved within a few days. The process was smooth, and I received the certificate by email shortly after. Everything’s now working perfectly highly recommend!
Been using for years, always friendly, professional, trustworthy and good value. Won't push for extra works not required, gives honest advice and very caring for home. Leaves place as found. Would highly recommend and always my go to company.
We had an on going problem with our boiler, had others come and ‘fix it’! Only for it to stop working again. Charlie was honest with what the problem was and was able to order parts and get it fixed. Still working with no problems 6 months later! Happy with the professional service, will use again and have recommended to family already.
