Josh and the team replaced our ancient oil fired boiler and updated the pipework. We got a few other quotes locally and PHGS were the cheapest, but also seemed the most knowledgable and engaged when they came out to have a look. Install was completely trouble free. I was working from home and didn't know they were there. Also dog friendly... they were very patient with my lab who was very interested in proceedings!!

These guys are fantastic, had a leak from my mains water into the house. Came out the same day and fixed the issues super quick. Would recommend highly!

Our original plumber (not PHGS) that we had booked in for final fix in our extension unfortunately had to withdraw at extremely short notice owing to coming down with COVID. Can't be helped but not ideal as we're on a bit of a deadline to get the work done with a baby coming imminently... I found Jerome and Josh at PHGS through another contact and they managed to move some things around and fit us in within a few days, knowing we'd already been waiting to get the work finished. This included fitting an extremely heavy designer radiator, installing a Quooker boiling water tap, drilling through the external wall for the waste for the new kitchen sink and fitting all the pipework outside, plumbing in the gas hob, and replacing a trap in a sink. The work completed today is impeccable, I am blown away with the professionalism and quality. Seriously cannot more highly recommend these gents for any work you're doing, both Jerome and Josh were fantastic professionals and the attention to detail was spot-on. Considerate, tidy, great conversation all day and competitively priced. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Thanks again lads, you have saved the day coming here at short notice and my pregnant, emotional wife is now over-the-moon rather than dwelling on the disappointment that we'd been let down earlier in the week.

Can't thank Josh and his guys enough! Boiler breakdown beyond repair at Tennants House left me a big problem. My friend recommended Josh as they were working for North East Essex homes and contact was made on the Friday. Saturday the old boiler was looked at and on the Monday a new boiler was installed and up and running. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

PHGS came highly recommended on a local Facebook page, and I can totally see why! They came today, exactly at the time they stated, to install a shower pump, replace a broken toilet siphon, fit two new taps on a bathroom sink, and repair a tap on a second sink. Everything about their work is first class. The shower pump had to be installed in a very tight space next to the immersion heater tank, and they did a fantastic job. The pipework (of which there is loads!) is absolutely immaculate. They had to remove the bathroom sink from the wall to gain enough access to fit the new taps, and they re-fitted it, along with the new sealant absolutely perfectly. Once all the work was complete, they showed me round, and pointed out the various bits that had to be done. Both plumbers were extremely polite, friendly, and were very respectful of our property. They also left the house spotless! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PHGS to everyone, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
