Central heating installation Had a brand new central heating system installed by Liam and Louie. These guys were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful as there were a few problems they came up against with my old house. Would definitely recommend these guys.

From our first contact with NBI LTD we were pleased with their down to earth approach. No usual sales pitch just straight forward information and pricing and a promise for when we could have the job done from our acceptance of the quote True to word within a day or so phone call tomorrow be ok . Next day Liam and Lou arrived full kit put down dust sheets. Then no stopping they got on and finished it in one day including cleaning up and sitting with us to explain the workings and controls on our Hive system so thanks boys and office staff for a job well done.

Poor after sales service. We had a new boiler installed last year and part of the deal was a "free" first year service. I have made numerous calls asking for this to be done. I spoke with him once and he said he would call me that evening to arrange visit; he didn't. As he is not getting paid he has ignored me.

An excellent service from beginning to end. James got in touch with me within a couple of hours of my enquiry and arranged an appointment to survey my current heating situation. I had an idea of the boiler I wanted because of reports I had read on the internet. James explained very clearly why that particular boiler may not do what I wanted and recommended one at about half the price but still from a very reputable manufacturer. The price quoted was very competitive and I selected New Boiler Installations Ltd. based partly on price but more on the way that I had been treated during the sales process. An early installation date was arranged and Mark arrived spot on time. The installation was efficient, effective and clean. He explained exactly what he was doing and then talked me through the operation of the new boiler and thermostat. Mark was also very respectful of being in our home. I have no hesitation in recommending New Boiler Installations Ltd.

My old boiler was tired, 12 years' service and loyalty had come to an end. I had three quotes; I didn't take the cheapest but the one where the surveyor listened to what I said and supplied a boiler best to suit my needs. Two guys turned up to install it on the day, they were polite, tidy, and more importantly most respectful of my property and myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NBI.

Having moved house in September to a home that had an old boiler, header tank and immersion tank, I shopped around for quotes to have them replaced with a combi boiler. The quote from New Boiler Installations was very competitive, and their employee who came round to look at the job and measure up came across as very professional. We decided to opt for New Boiler Installations to install our combi boiler (we had received quotes from four companies), and a couple of weeks later the work started. Ryan, the plumber doing the work, was very polite, didn't seem to take many breaks, explained what he was doing, kept the areas he was using fairly tidy, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, we're very pleased with the job New Boiler Installations did for us and we thoroughly recommend them.

We recently had a Vaillant ecoTEC Plus boiler installed by New Boiler Installations Ltd. It replaced our Vaillant thermoCOMPACT which had, and still was, performing extremely well over nineteen years. However, with the increase in energy costs, I felt it was the right time to upgrade to a more efficient condensing boiler. We had a couple of issues with the installation, but they were efficiently dealt with by Simon and James so I would be happy to recommend the company.

We were very happy with the whole boiler replacement process, from the initial survey through to the actual installation. As part of the survey, we were advised of the various options open to us and subsequently provided with a competitive quote. On the installation date, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and completed the work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this local company.

From my experience I would highly recommend New Boiler Installations Ltd The first visit was from James, who really knows his stuff and didn`t try to push unnecessary expense. I did get two other quotes which were much higher. One major selling point was the 12-year warranty offered by Ideal boilers. Our installation took place Monday and Tuesday this week by an extremely pleasant and competent chap called Liam. All in all, this has been a very professional and pleasant experience coupled with a saving of around £600 compared to other quotes that did not carry such a long manufacturer's warranty. Very happy customer

New Boilet Installations LTD gave me good advise, price and worked with me to replace an existing boiler coming to the end of its life. They fitted in with the tenants requirements and they completed the works efficiently and as stated. Highly recommended.

Are you still trading as I have heard nothing for two weeks now I have tried Phone calls Emails / Messenger / voice mails with no response please let me know one way or the other. Regards Richard

Would never recommend this firm and regret choosing them!! Started great and they kindly said they would wait for new card to arrive for payment. However what was said would be done wasn’t and was left to sort out myself, tiles removed broken and cracked, needed to be re boxed-in to cover condensate pipe and a new pelmet was needed on the cupboard as the boiler was hanging out at the bottom (all things said by Simon that wouldn’t happen or he would do!) when I questioned Simon why this was different to what he explained he blamed the manufacturing has changed!!! Simon was desperate to give me a £50 b&q voucher. I got a carpenter round to sort out the issues and asked Simon for £100 for reimbursement he went nuts!( god forbid me for wanting my kitchen looking like it did before!). He told me I had no right to sort out my self and kindly explained what DIY stood for “it’s do it yourself” he also said that they kindly dropped the price £300 to support me as a local customer when actually they had to drop the price to get the job to match two other quotes I had which was dropped very quick so was I being overcharged originally?? Simon had the cheek to say I was shouting at him down the phone but I had to as he’s one of them annoying people who don’t let you get a word in feeding me more excuses. This phone call ended with Simon rudely putting the phone down. So basically watch what your told your gonna get to what you might actually get or better still just swerve them, I wish I had.

Boiler installation was fine and well priced, sadly we also arranged a month later installation of entire house radiators to be replaced and communication has been non existent. Chase multiple times to have excess such as supply chain issues although after checking I could have found the supply myself no problems and now just total lack of replying. Doesn't speak well based on the fact they are meant to offer boiler service for the next year's etc !. Shame.

We were recommended New Boiler Installations LTD to help us replace our broken boiler and they were absolutely fantastic! Due to the fact we had no hot water or heating, during very cold temperatures/snow, we stressed the urgency for a fix - They were super quick to respond, viewing our existing install to make recommendations for a replacement and followed up quickly with the relevant quotes. Not only were they really competitively priced but they also exceeded our expectations to offer a very fast install date too! Our engineer and his apprentice were professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job on the install of our new Worcester Greenstar 8000 Style combi boiler, keeping us updated on progress throughout the process. We honestly couldn’t praise them high enough for delivering such an exceptional service and we would highly recommend.

I got the name of this Co through 'Boiler Guide' (they are good too)who provide 3 Company's who will give quotes. When Simon from NBI Ltd came round I was immediately impressed. He took his shoes off without anything being said. After we received the quote ( which was a shock but when we originally replaced it cost us £950.) we had to wait for another Co but Simon didn't mind. When it came to choosing it was between 2 Co's, 1 local and NBL Ltd. Simon wasn't pushy at all but the other became pushy. We were desperate to get a boiler fitted as we'd had no heating for nearly 2 weeks. The other Co could fit us in 2wks, Simon came back to us and could fit us in on the Friday (4days) after talking to another client. We'd been cut off the gas mains by Cadent as a gas leak, who gave us heaters, when Simon found out he said they would have supplied us with them. The other Co didn't even mention it. We had a powerflush on the Friday which went smoothly, Richard was very good. Richard came back on the Saturday (which the local Co wouldn't have done) to fit the boiler when we had a bit of a set back but Richard said he'd be back the next day. He did with a mate and finished the job. Beautiful job too. Richard was extremely tidy, took all the rubbish, there weren't even signs of him having a cigarette in the garden. The only thing he couldn't control were foot prints as it was wet outside and not an easy job to do if you keep taking your shoes off. Communication super too. Simon called on the Monday afternoon to see if everything went ok and running smoothly. They had done all the registrations etc so nothing for me to do. Would highly recommend this Company. We decided to replace our gas boiler and together with a couple of other companies/suppliers requested a quote from New Boiler Installations Ltd Jamie and Simon attended at our house very promptly after initial contact and their honesty and professionalism was very evident from the minute they arrived. They took time to explain exactly what was necessary and how their firm would complete the work and subsequently provided a very competitive quote and in view of how much they had impressed us during their visit we easily decided the job was theirs. Communication was very impressive in the days prior to the engineer/fitter arriving and as agreed he was with us bright and early to start work (16/11/2020). Jordan the engineer/fitter was a true star during this job - he was polite, respectful and it was very obvious how competent he was. His work ethic was very impressive and in fact he never stopped all day which thankfully had us returned to heating and hot water around half past four. I completed a brief feedback form at the time and wrote then that he was without doubt a credit to the company - it had indeed been a pleasure to witness a true craftsman at work. With this job now all completed, I remain very impressed and am more than content to complete this review where my comments are based on the very positive experience we had and I would happily not only use them again but also definitely recommend New Boiler Installations Ltd for similar work etc.

I would like to say how pleased I was with the installation of my new boiler. All through the process I was consulted and every detail explained fully. The Engineer came on time and diligently fitted the boiler with no drama.. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. I would like to thank Jamie and his team for doing such a fantastic job. I thought I would wait a month or so before writing this review as I wanted to make sure that the work prior to installation, during installation and post installation matched. I can now say it does. Although a relatively new company they went out of their way to answer any questions, very friendly and efficient service would recommend them to friends and family, The engineer who fitted the new boiler cleared away the old boiler and rubbish leaving area clean.
