Nathan has been excellent for our ASHP installation. He has always answered any questions we have throughout the process and gone above and beyond when we had specific questions and queries. We found him through the MCS website which meant he was able to process the grant for us no problems, he dealt with most of the paperwork to process that, it was a very easy process. Our job required new pipes throughout the whole house as it never had a wet heating system and he explained how the pipes would work and where they would go as well as installing us an underfloor heating system downstairs. The job has been done to an excellent standard and I know he will continue to answer any questions we might have as we start to use the system. Would highly recommend.
