Justin carried out a boiler service for both myself and my parents. We were both very impressed with how thorough and professional Justin was even though it was “just” a boiler service. He explained everything very clearly and the price was very fair. Overall very happy with the service received. I would definitely be happy to use Justin again for any plumbing or heating work I need doing in the future.

Justin provided an excellent service when we had a leak in our shower. He gave easy to understand advice on the options on initial inspection and then provided a professional service when we were required to fit a new shower. Justin came round promptly on the date we agreed, set out the cost from the outset and then did an excellent job removing the old shower, altering pipework to suit the new shower, repaired the wall and replaced a number of tiles. We are really pleased with the new shower and would not hesitate to recommend Justin.

Justin had a real challenge with my small shower room in a cottage with no walls or corners straight. He did a first class job and took pride in producing a first class finish.

Justin helped me out with a particularly stubborn water heater element that needed replacing. Great communication and punctuality. He did a fantastic job and there was no mess left behind. I will happily use his services again in the future.

Justin fixed the problem with our toilet cistern quickly and without any fuss. We had previously been told by another company it was unfixable and that we needed a new toilet. We will definitely be calling Justin for future plumbing jobs

Justin recently completed some work for us including solving the mystery of why our living room radiators never worked.
