Craig attended to a leaking hotwater tank on the same day we contacted him. He sorted the leak and helped to clear the damage in a professional and friendly way. We are grateful for the service he provided so efficiently in our hour of need, Thank you.
Inspired by.work done for friends by Craig and Nick, I knew precisely who my go-to installers would be once I had decided to remodel my two bathrooms. They have just completed work on both rooms and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are the most professional, conscientious, helpful and hard-working team imaginable. I defy the most critical customer to find fault with their work.
We have used Nick and Craig as our plumbers and boiler engineers for the last 3 years, they are reliable, honest and do excellent work. They have rescued us when our boiler recently broke and were upfront about our repair or replacement options providng clear and honest advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will continue to use them and always advise our local friends and family to do the same.
My boiler broke and the neighbour recommended Craig. He managed to not only come in the same day to check out the issue, but managed to find time to source the part and replace it all on the same day. He was super fast and the service was excellent.

When your heating decides to spring a leak, lose pressure, and turn your house into an ice rink, all while your better half and mother-in-law are offering “constructive criticism” about the temperature, you need a hero. Enter Nick from Bond Plumbing & Heating Services. Nick was out within a couple of days and despite the leak being on a tricky joint in a enclosed, awkward space (the kind you’d normally send a contortionist into), it was fixed with no fuss, no drama, just solid workmanship. Friendly, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. Heating restored, pressure stable, and domestic harmony re-established. Honestly, I’m not saying Nick saved my relationship… but I’m not not saying that either. If you want a reliable heating and plumbing specialist who knows what he’s doing, turns up when he says he will, and can work miracles in impossible spaces, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bond Plumbing & Heating Services. Cannot recommend Nick highly enough. He must have done about five or six jobs for us now all excellent quality all done speedily and all done with a no fuss attitude. I’ve had three other boiler men before him that I weren’t happy with so either I’m fussy or Nick is exceptional. Or both.

Reliable and high quality plumbing services. Nick comes when he says he will, even if booked many weeks beforehand. For one piece of work, he also came the day after I called him, and on a Saturday, to fix an urgent issue. Flexible, friendly, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

It was my good fortune to be recommended to Nick Bond just over a year ago and I honestly cannot recommend this company too highly. At the time I was seeking someone to take over servicing of my gas boiler but in the meantime several fairly minor plumbing jobs cropped up which Nick came out promptly to deal with, always polite and with a smile on his face. On one occasion he responded to my sos call for help with a broken tap and turned out at 7.00 pm on a rainy Sunday night, still managing to smile! I have recently had my boiler serviced with balancing of radiators and replacement thermostats. The work was immaculate and the charges extremely fair. Both Nick and Craig are delightful young men, utterly professional and trustworthy. I think this company represents the new face of the plumbing industry and Nick should be extremely proud of the business he has created.

We used Nick for a few jobs when we moved into our new home. He was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and quick to get back to us if we had any questions. He was polite and very tidy when working. Work was completed to a high standard and good value.
I would highly recommend Nick Bond as a skilled and efficient plumber. I recently had 2 showers and bath taps replaced plus repairs to 2 toilets and the work was beautifully neatly done. I live in an old house with old plumbing which presented problems finding parts that fitted. But Nick managed to solve each problem with the minimum of fuss and now I am delighted with the results.

We used Nick for new radiators installation, boiler service and new bathroom refit. They worked very hard to complete our bathroom whilst we were away, they have done an amazing job, we Can Highly recommend Bond plumbing. Nick is brilliant at what he does, but more than that - he is efficient, knowledgable and makes it really easy to understand what's happening and what needs doing.
The work Nick carried out was installation of a water softener in my kitchen and fitting three new taps to existing basins in other rooms. He carried out this work in a highly professional and competent manner and took the trouble to explain what he was doing. Nick gave good, sound advice when it became apparent that there were alternative methods and pipework routes. Retrofittng work can sometimes be difficult when following on from other tradesmen whose work may not always have been quite right in the first place. But, Nick coped excellently under some trying circumstances. Finally, he left the areas where he had been working, clean and tidy, an added bonus.
Nick renovated my en-suite and replaced the shower and flooring. He did an amazing job, very professional, exactly what I wanted and very reasonably priced. Thanks so much. Highly recommend
Bond Plumbing and Heating Services replaced a radiator and repaired our toilet (which had been flushing itself!) The jobs were carried out efficiently and tidily, on the arranged day, at a very reasonable cost. Nick was extremely professional from start to finish, from the moment I mentioned about our power shower stopped working, he had a good idea what the problem was by my explanation. The pump. He was super efficient at trying to squeeze us in his busy schedule. Nick is a safe, clean and tidy worker who has amazing attention to detail. Old pump out, move the 4 copper pipes to fit the new pump and that was it.....job done!! Would 100% highly recommend, i will definitely use Bond Plumbing & Heating Services in the future.

Can't rate this company enough. Fitted our kitchen to such a high specification, and they have put in a new bath toilet sink and cupboard into our bathroom which has given it a really lift. Bonus is the estate agent says the work completed by these guys has added significantly to the value of our house. Recently had a new water tank fitted, water softener added and boiler serviced by Nick, can not express how professional he is and his work is outstanding and always clean. Will be using again for future work.
We had Nick back out to remove our hot water cylinder and fit a new one and fit a new water softener downstairs as our water is terrible. Great job as usual and very neat workmanship. Already have him booked in for our next project
