I have just had a combi boiler fitted in replacement to the original system boiler in my house, as well as a shower swapped from a pumped shower to an electric shower by the team at Valleys Gas. The initial contact with the company was professional, prompt and engaging, with an in person consultation organised with Steve within days of making contact with the company. Steve’s consultation was thorough and tailored to me to help me understand the process and the different options (as a novice to all things boiler, this was invaluable!) Following the consultation quotes were immediately produced and the company - especially Steffan - supported me to tailor my requests and adjust quotes to accommodate the shower swap within the work. Once I had decided on the options I wanted, the company organised the work to be completed promptly and to correspond with convenient timing for me (in my case it was the same week). On the day the work commenced, Matthew came to start the work to change the boiler. Matthew was extremely fast and hard-working whilst also being friendly, respectful and considerate within my home. He worked in a tidy manner and kept me updated as required through the day. He really is a credit to the company! The work was completed on the second day and I was then contacted by the company to ensure that I was happy with the work. I found a few things that I wanted checking and some slight adjustments. Charlotte and Steffan quickly organised for this to be resolved just a few days later. The communication with Valleys Gas has been second to none, and their dedication to customer satisfaction and responding to concerns is truly commendable. I can’t thank the team enough for their support, guidance and hard work!

My boiler was nearly 14 years old and the pump was broken. The second break down this year. No heating or water for 3.5 weeks. I asked for a quote and someone came out within 2 days. The quote was good and they booked me in for the same week. Initially it was going to be the following week but as I’d had a broken boiler for so long they brought the installation forward. So grateful. Very professional, efficient and friendly, I felt I could ask questions about the installation. Took about 5 hours, amazing considering the work they had to do. All the controls were explained to me once the job was completed. No mess left behind. The carpets were covered to protect them before the work started. I was assured that I could phone the company if any problems occurred. Definitely recommend this company.

So happy i decided to go with this company. From the initial survey through to installation and commissioning, everything was handled professionally. The team were polite, kept me informed throughout, and were respectful of my property — dust sheets were laid down and everything was cleaned up properly on completion. All documentation was provided on the day, with the gas safety certificate following a few weeks later as promised. Everyone involved, from survey to final installation, were courteous and efficient. Very pleased with the service and happy to recommend them to others.

Steffan came to see us because we were unsure of our options and he made a suitable recommendation which we were happy with. Steffan turned up at the day and time promised and after discussing the options we were provided with a very competitive quote and installation date the following day. I had to have a combi boiler replacement and choose Valley Gas to install it as the quote was one of the best and from quote to install was only 8 days Steffan arrived and installed the combi boiler first class workmanship and instructions give on how to operate the boiler I would recommend this company if you need a new combi boiler

Needed a new combi boiler, Steve came out to survey and give me a price on Wednesday 15 October, agreed on price and was given an installation date of Sunday 19 October. Installer turned up quite a bit later than estimated time, but the job was still completed within a reasonable time. Area was left clean and tidy and Dan run us through the basic operations of the new boiler. A leak has appeared in the guttering where the ladder was placed to access the roof but Steffan has assured me that it will be sorted. All in all, was pleased with the service and standard of work and will contact Valleys Gas again for any future work needed.

As my boiler was on the way out I decided to look online on a Sunday. Steffan was the only business to respond almost immediately that day. I had looked him up online and was impressed with the number of positive comments from previous customers. He suggested that his sales person, Steve, attend to undertake a quick survey and firm up on the already competitive price. They agreed to replace the boiler within a few days. The fitting was undertaken perfectly, Steffan was very tidy and kept me updated throughout. Following testing and a short presentation of the boiler functions and its settings, I was left with a new boiler that is ultra quiet and performs far better than my previous one. Steffan’s work is incredible. Really pleased with the quality, professionalism and knowledge. Really grateful with how efficiently the full boiler, flue and other elements were complete, he really is a master of the art. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was booked for a boiler service .work was carried out to a high standard .Steffan was very easy to chat with he kept me informed about what he was doing, and was very helpful overall answering any questions I had. I have also had a new combi boiler fitted and the old boiler and moved from its previous location and water tank removed .once again work was carried out to a high standard and every question I had was answered . I am so happy to find such a friendly helpful company .

Got to let everyone know about valley gas I was in a bit of a bother as my boiler stopped working and the cold weather was starting to set in After my first phone call to valley gas I was put at ease Stephen said he would be with me at 3pm and he turned up 5 minutes early at 2.55pm He came in and within 15 minutes he had my boiler up and running I was overwhelmed with the service that valley gas had provided and even happier when he told me how much as I expected a lot more Thanks again Stephen at valleys gas will definitely be using again if needed

Steffan is a consummate professional, who will go out of his way to make sure he provides great service. I have used Valley Gas since moving to Wales six years ago and always had a great experience, from external taps, a new boiler to annual boiler check ups and servicing, Steffan has always been able to complete the work needed in a timely manner whilst also communicating clearly and precisely. I have recommended Valley Gas to a number of my friends in the local area including my parents who all also commented how good the service and installation of their new boilers was. Cheers again 🙂

Brilliant service. Called for an annual boiler check and luckily Steffan found a gas leak. Fixed it next day on Saturday. Definitely he will be the only gas engineer that we will ever use.

Valley gas are someone I will be calling again. They always stayed in touch.came on the day they said they would and stayed till the job was done ( despite being talked to death by us).cleaned up after the job and explained when or if a call back would be needed and a simple solution to a minor issue if it should need sorting. steffan also did a bit of vermin control for us....eeww😁🐁. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

Superb service and standard of work! Initially, Steffan installed a new boiler and heating system, I was so pleased with the work completed that I also went with Valleys Gas for a new bathroom. Steffan has done such an amazing job updating our very old and outdated heating system. Came out quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. Arrived on time and just cracked on, he hardly stopped day after day and we now have a lovely new heating system that will make a massive difference to our old home.
