If I was allowed to award more than 5 stars I would. After the initial consultation which couldn’t have been more helpful in so many ways not least as they explained the problems and solutions in words of one syllable, LST spent 11 hours yesterday installing a new boiler. It was a difficult job for them due to where the boiler was situated however they carried out the installation with total professionalism and with a smile on their face(s) and wouldn’t leave until they had checked and doubled checked that everything was working correctly and that we understood how the new thermostat worked. Without question this is how CUSTOMER SERVICE should be .
We have recently moved home and wanted the boiler serviced. Spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah who booked Steve in the following day. When Steve arrived he realised he had serviced the boiler a month before we moved in. He could have just redone it and we would not have know but told us and the office so we didn’t get charged. Not only is Steve a really nice and honest chap, Sarah was extremely helpful. Thank you.
Had a boiler service and Hive fitted. Both great trades people, friendly and professional and good communication from the company. Strongly recommend.

I engaged the company to fit a new bath panel and cure 2 leaking taps. Joe & Finn called to undertake the work. I have been so impressed with the whole process from start to finish and cannot recommend them more highly from my experience. Trustworthy, reliable, efficient company. The boss came round and gave me an upfront quote with no hidden extras (unlike the 2 other quotes I had obtained). A very competitive price as it turned out. Engineers kept me informed as to their time of arrival. They were extremely efficient, causing minimal disruption and even secured a loose radiator back onto the wall at no extra cost. Also had to remove 2 cupboard doors to access boiler area but again they just got on with it. Cleaned everything up before they left. Excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend.
LS Toth are an incredible company, I use them to service boilers in 2 properties, they are always prompt for the appointment, the engineers are extremely polite, the office team are amazing, they always try to find the earliest available convenient time to attend, the engineers are proactive in advising of issues arising that could have an effect on the boiler in the future. Over the past few weeks, I’ve needed a plumber 3 separate times (rain it pours)! Thankfully I decided to call L S Toth & Sons Ltd. They have been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL to me, gone out of their way, incredible communication and great, reasonable pricing. They are local in Wythall and a family run business. They’ve repaired practically the same day and I cannot shout loud enough about them, a small gem in todays labour market.
Hi, Great company, fitted a new boiler and the engineer and assistant were very polite, they were tidy, the new boiler was fitted and so much neater, piping was excellent and no issues. It has made our airing cupboard much easier to get to and boiler more efficient.

He came, he saw and he conquered - magnificent work from Pete, Lucci and the Toth team to sort our faulty boiler within 24 hours of us seeking help at Christmas. Polite, personable and skilled - couldn’t ask for more and thoroughly recommend.

Contacted L.S Toth & sons ltd Wednesday night with a quick response to my dilemma James the engineer turned up on time on Friday afternoon sorted out the problem great job no mess and a polite young man would highly recommend
They quoted 40£ on the first hour of visit and then they send bill with 58£ and the problem is still not solved. They send quote with what will cost the repair after few days ... l booked them because they said 40£ but surprise surprise
Our regular guy wasn't available to sort a problem with our hot water, so we called these guys. Came out same day and methodically found and fixed the fault for a sensible fee with no fuss. Surprised they haven't got more reviews.
Excellent service and customer service, was able to respond to my needs and repair the unit quickly.
A very professional business, I would recommend this company. I lovely bunch of people, girls on the phone very helpful. Ensure you have the biscuits for the lads 😉
